The cross-border trade(CBT) market has grown significantly due to the global spread of the Internet and mobile. China has become a very important market because of its share of 78% in 2016 in the export of korea's CBT. To sum up this phenomenon, First, the forms of distribution and trade, in which the O2O method is utilized, are settled. Next, it is necessary to develop a new strategy to expand the stagnant export of Korea. In particular, it is time to look for an effective export expansion strategy to expand market share in the fast-growing Chinese market. For this purpose, this study proposed a strategy for efficient use of logistics as a countermeasure against China's CBT laws and regulations and development of CBT exports to China to develop effective export strategies.

In our fast-moving information and knowledge society, skills and know-how rapidly become outdated. Virtual learning environments play a key role in meeting today's growing demand for customized educational and vocational training and lift-long teaming. The scope of multimedia-based and web-supported education is illustrated by means of an interdisciplinary multimedia project 'New Statistics' funded by the German government. The project output contains more than 70 learning modules covering the complete curriculum of an introductory statistics course. All modules are based on a statistical laboratory and on a multitude of Java applets, animations and case studies. The paper focuses on presenting the statistical laboratory and the applets. These components present the main project pillars and are particularly suitable for international use, independently from the original project framework. This article also demonstrates the application of Java applets and other multimedia developments from the educational world to official statistics for interactive presentation of statistical information.

A deoxyriboendonuclease has been purified to near homogeneity from a fast growing mycobacterium species, M. smegmatis and characterized to some extent. The size of enzyme is about 43 kDa as determined by a denaturing gel analysis. It shows optimum activity at $32^{\circ}C$ in Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.2) containing 2.5 mM of $MgCl_2$. Both EDTA and $K^+$ but not $Na^+$ inhibit its activity. Evidences show that the enzyme is not a restriction endonuclease but catalyzes the endonucleolytic cleavage of both the double- as well as the single-strand DNA non-specifically. It has been shown that the cleavage by this enzyme generates DNA fragments carrying phosphate groups at 5' ends and hydroxyl group at the 3' ends, respectively. Analysis reveals that no endonuclease having size and property identical to our deoxyriboendonuclease had been purified from M. smegmatis before. The property of our enzymes closely matches with the deoxyriboendonucleases purified from diverse sources including bacteria.

The last few nears have seen significantly increased interest in organic food. Organic food is still a small but growing part of the food industry with an identity defined and protected by law. Its existence provides an element of consumer choice. To obtain consumer confidence and, product credibility and transparency in the organic market, organic legislation and certification is needed, To facilitate export of organic products, harmonization of the organic legislation is favoured. The IFOAM accreditation programme has already achieved very much in this respect. Several national regulation, such as the NOP(USA) and EC2092/91(European Union) have already complied with the IFOAM basic standards. But in many countries there is still a lack of national legislation on organic agriculture. Because of the fast globalisation, organic agriculture is facing major challenges for international trade, so it is very important to consider the future development and certification of organic produce in all countries.

Tween refers 'between' generation aged of 10-16 who are between child and high teens. Tweens have been regarded as one of the fast growing markets and they show some unique characteristics as next-generation consumers. This study has explored the perception of their appearances and clothing styles, style preferences, and influencing factors on clothing behavior of tweens. 120 students aged of 12-15 participated in depth interview and data were structured and categorized by applying domain analysis. Results showed tweens have great concerns on their appearances and styles, so they want to express their identities and aesthetic favors through clothing styles. As for clothing style preferences, they have multi-facet tastes such as casual, active, feminine/ masculine, sophisticated, dramatic, etc. Factors influencing on their clothing behavior include reference groups like friends, dual desires of conformity and individuality, fashion, and brand names.

This study was developed high-quality a large size precast channel structure using polymer concrete to improve quality of the product as well as to enhance construction quality. Practical precast channel structure design and manufacture procedure for the high polymer concrete were described in this paper. Precast PC represent the fastest growing segment of the polymer concrete industry. The fast curing, high strength, and low impermeability permit thin section and rapid reuse of moulds. Precast channel structure will carry out structural experiment and analysis.

Air transport demand is on a sharp rise due to growth in the aviation market. To prepare for this rapidly growing demand for aviation, airport operators are interested in the processing airport capacity. Airport throughput is determined to be the smallest of the facility capacities that make up the airport, but it is customary to determine the cost and time consuming runway capacity as airport capacity. Previous studies have shown that while recent studies have been conducted on airport capacity, there is little research on the criteria for determining capacity. In this study, we would like to determine the extent to which airport capacity is affected by the airport's operating hours and the resulting delays.

A full-scale driving simulator is being developed as an effective test-bed for reproducing realistic driving situation in a safe and tightly controlled environment and conducting various human sensibility ergonomics studies. The simulator will be equipped with a 6 degree-of-freedom, high frequency motion base and a 4 channel, wide field-of-view visual system. The simulator will be fully interactive, highly realistic, and yet economical, taking advantages of the fast growing PC technology.

Most construction works on the soft ground adopt instrumentation to manage settlement and stability of the embankment. The rapid progress of the information technologies and the digital data acquisition on the soft ground instrumentation has led to the fast-growing amount of data. Although valuable information about the behaviour of the soft ground may be hiding behind the data, most of the data are used restrictedly only for the management of settlement and stability. One of the critical issues on soft ground instrumentation is the long-term settlement prediction. Some observational settlement analysis methods are used for this purpose. But the reliability of the analysis results is remained in vague. The knowledge could be discovered from a large volume of experiences on the observational settlement analysis. In this article, we present a database to store settlement records and data mining procedure. A large volume of knowledge about observational settlement prediction were collected from the database by applying the filtering algorithm and knowledge discovery algorithm. Statistical analysis revealed that the reliability of observational settlement analysis depends on stay duration and estimated degree of consolidation.

The portable game market is growing so fast recently. However, the development activities of domestic game development companies have been very week, which is mainly due to the lack of efficient and economical game development library solutions. This paper deals with how to implement 2D game library for SONY PSP game console that is very popular thesedays as a portable game console. We have ported the open source SDL library to PSP. Consequently, developers could develop games in PC environment and port it to PSP very easly based on the game library
