파괴방수차 다관절 붐의 동특성 및 내구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dynamic Characteristics and Durability of Multi-joint Boom for Demolition Water Vehicle)

  • 본 논문은 다관절 붐의 선단이 구조물과 충돌할 때 발생하는 각 붐의 동응력에 대해서 논하고자 한다. CATIA를 이용하여 3D 모델을 작성하고, ADAMS와 ANSYS를 이용하여 메쉬작업을 수행 후 응력데이터를 포함한 다관절 붐의 MNF를 만든다. 이 두가지 모델을 가지고 ADAMS에서 FFT해석을 수행하여 각각 모델의 타당성을 알아본다. ADAMS에서 타당성이 검증된 모델을 이용하여 붐 선단의 충돌해석에 따른 동특성 해석을 수행한다. ADAMS Durability를 이용하여 다관절 붐과 구조물의 충돌시 각 붐에 응력이 크게 발생하는 지점을 알아보고자 한다.

혼합배관 내의 열 경계층 이동으로 인한 고주기 온도요동에 관한 연구 (A Study on High Cycle Temperature Fluctuation Caused by Thermal Striping in a Mixing Tee Pipe)

  • Fluid temperature fluctuations in a mixing tee pipe were numerically analyzed by LES model in order to clarify internal turbulent flows and to develope an evaluation method for high-cycle thermal fatigue. Hot and cold water with an temperature difference $40^{\circ}C$ were supplied to the mixing tee. Fluid temperature fluctuations in a mixing tee pipe is analysed by using the computational fluid dynamics code, FLUENT, Temperature fluctuations of the fluid and pipe wall measured as the velocity ratio of the flow in the branch pipe to that in the main pipe was varied from 0.05 to 5.0. The power spectrum method was used to evaluate the heat transfer coefficient. The fluid temperature characteristics were dependent on the velocity ratio, rather than the absolute value of the flow velocity. Large fluid temperature fluctuations were occurred near the mixing tee, and the fluctuation temperature frequency was random. The ratios of the measured heat transfer coefficient to that evaluated by Dittus-Boelter's empirical equation were independent of the velocity ratio, The multiplier ratios were about from 4 to 6.

적응 확률을 갖는 유전자 알고리즘을 사용한 퍼지규칙의 최적화 (Fuzzy Rule Optimization Using Genetic Algorithms with Adaptive Probability)

  • 퍼지제어에서 퍼지규칙은 퍼지제어기의 제어결정을 내리는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 그래서, 제어성능은 주로 퍼지규칙의 질에 의해서 결정된다. 본 논문에서 우리는 교차와 돌연번이의 확률이 적응적으로 변화되는 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하여 퍼지규칙을 최적화 하는 방법을 기술한다. 또한 본 논문에서 우리는 플랜트의 응답을 듀개의 부분으로 나누어 제어 목적을 만족하게 하는 적합도 측정 방식을 제안한다. 좀더 빠른 해답을 얻기 위해 우리는 초기의 퍼지규칙으로 무작위적인 규칙을 사용하지 않고 자동으로 퍼지규칙을 생성하는 방법을 사용하여 초기 퍼지규칙으로 사용했다. 이렇게 얻어진 퍼지규칙이 좋은 것인지를 보여주기 위해 비선형 플랜트를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 해보았다. 시뮬레이션 결과 우리의 방법이 합리적이고 유용한 것임이 밝혀졌다.

Design and control of a permanent magnet spherical wheel motor

  • We present a permanent magnet-based spherical wheel motor that can be used in omnidirectional mobility applications. The proposed motor consists of a ball-shaped rotor with a magnetic dipole and a hemispherical shell with circumferential air-core coils attached to the outer surface acting as a stator. Based on the rotational symmetry of the rotor poles and stator coils, we are able to model the rotor poles and stator coils as dipoles. A simple physical model constructed based on a torque model enables fast numerical simulations of motor dynamics. Based on these numerical simulations, we test various control schemes that enable constant-speed rotation along arbitrary axes with small rotational attitude error. Torque analysis reveals that the back electromotive force induced in the coils can be used to construct a control scheme that achieves the desired results. Numerical simulations of trajectories confirm that even without explicit methods for correcting the rotational attitude error, it is possible to drive the motor with a low attitude error (<5°) using the proposed control scheme.

선형 시변시스템을 위한 신경망 기반의 새로운 이득계획 QFT 기법 (A New Gain Scheduled QFT Method Based on Neural Networks for Linear Time-Varying System)

  • The properties of linear time-varying(LTV) systems vary because of the time-varying property of plant parameters. The generalized controller design method for linear time-varying systems does not exit because the analytic soultion of dynamic equation has not been found yet. Hence, to design a controller for LTV systems, the robust control methods for uncertain LTI systems which are the approximation of LTV systems have been generally ised omstead. However, these methods are not sufficient to reflect the fast dynamics of the original time-varying systems such as missiles and supersonic aircraft. In general, both the performance and the robustness of the control system which is designed with these are not satisfactory. In addition, since a better model will give the more robustness to the controlled system, a gain scheduling technique based on LTI controller design methods has been uesd to solve time problem. Therefore, we propose a new gain scheduled QFT method for LTV systems based on neural networks in this paper. The gain scheduled QFT involves gain dcheduling procedured which are the first trial for QFT and are well suited consideration of the properties of the existing QFT method. The proposed method is illustrated by a numerical example.

미지의 부하와 마찰을 갖는 컨테이너 크레인의 적응 가변구조제어 (Adaptive Variable Structure Control of Container Cranes with Unknown Payload and Friction)

  • This paper introduces an adaptive anti-sway tracking control algorithm for container cranes with unknown payloads and friction between the trolley and the rail. If the friction effects in the system can be modeled, there is an improved potential to design controllers that can cancel these effects. The proposed control improves the sway suppressing and the positioning capabilities of the trolley and hoisting against uncertain payload and friction. The variable structure controls are first designed based on a class of feedback linearization methods for the stabilization of the under-actuated sway dynamics. The adaptation mechanism are then designed with parameter estimation of unknown payload and friction compensation for the trolley and hoisting, based on Lyapunov stability methods for the accurate positioning and fast attenuation of trolley oscillation due to frictions in the vicinity of the target position. The asymptotic stability of the overall closed-loop system is assured irrespective of variations of rope length. Simulations are shown under various frictions and external winds in the case of no priori information of payload mass.

  • In this paper, We are going to propose the fire protection system with using CAN(Controller Area Network). The larger, higher and deeper buildings are, the more dangerous people are when fire happens. We should be aware of the problems of prior fire protection system. Therefore, we construct embedded system based on CAN communication that is capable of N:N communication, and build independent fire protection system. If the fire is occurred on the building, the problem is that how fast we can detect the fire and put off it by using available system, this is major factor that reduces damage of our wealth, therefore in this studies We would like to design more stable system than current system. this system that is based on CAN communication which is available N:N communication constructs and is designed to compensate for each fault so that our aim is to reduce the line of system and cost of installation and to suppose future type fire protection system. We are simulated by NIST FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator) to prove the efficiency of this system.

소비자의 웨어러블즈 스포츠웨어 기술수용 과정에서 연령, 인지욕구, 패션관여의 조절효과 연구 (Differing effects of perceived psychological benefits of wearables adoption by consumer age, need for cognition, and involvement)

  • 본 연구는 기존의 기술수용모델의 핵심인 지각된 사용 용이성과 지각된 편의성이 소비자의 제품 품질 지각에 미치는 영향에서, 연령, 인지욕구, 그리고 패션관여가 미치는 조절효과를 조사했다. 분석 결과, 가정되었던 지각된 유용성과 사용용이성의 지각된 품질에의 긍정적 영향력은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 웨어러블즈의 수용에서 기술수용모델을 적용하여 설명했던 선행연구들의 결과와 일관되었다. 반면 가정되었던 연령, 인지욕구, 패션관여의 조절효과는 부분적으로 지지되었다. 가령 응답자 연령은 웨어러블즈에 대한 지각된 유용성이 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향에 유의한 부적 조절효과를 보인 반면, 지각된 사용용이성이 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향에 유의한 조절효과를 나타내지 못했다.

AN UPDATE ON THE MOPRA SOUTHERN GALACTIC PLANE CO SURVEY

  • The 22 m diameter Mopra telescope in Australia is being used to undertake an improved survey of the CO J = 1-0 line at 3mm along the 4th quadrant of the Galaxy, achieving an order of magnitude better spatial and spectral resolution (i.e. 0.6 and 0.1 km/s) than the Dame et al. (2001) survey that is publically available for the Southern Galactic plane. Furthermore, the Mopra CO survey includes the four principal isotopologues of the CO molecule (i.e. $^{12}CO$, $^{13}CO$, $C^{18}O$ and $C^{17}O$). The survey makes use of an 8 GHz-wide spectrometer and a fast mode of on-the-fly mapping developed for the Mopra telescope, where the cycle time has been reduced to just 1/4 of a second. 38 square degrees of the Galaxy, from $l=306-344^{\circ}$, $b=0{\pm}5^{\circ}$ have currently been surveyed, together with additional 9 sq. deg. regions around the Carina complex and the Central Molecular Zone. We present new results from the survey (see also Burton et al., 2013, 2014). The Mopra CO data are being made publically available as they are published; for the latest release see the project website at www.phys.unsw.edu.au/mopraco.

Design Study for Pulsed Proton Beam Generation

  • Fast neutrons with a broad energy spectrum, with which it is possible to evaluate nuclear data for various research fields such as medical applications and the development of fusion reactors, can be generated by irradiating proton beams on target materials such as beryllium. To generate short-pulse proton beam, we adopted a deflector and slit system. In a simple deflector with slit system, most of the proton beam is blocked by the slit, especially when the beam pulse width is short. Therefore, the available beam current is very low, which results in low neutron flux. In this study, we proposed beam modulation using a buncher cavity to increase the available beam current. The ideal field pattern for the buncher cavity is sawtooth. To make the field pattern similar to a sawtooth waveform, a multiharmonic buncher was adopted. The design process for the multiharmonic buncher includes a beam dynamics calculation and three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation. In addition to the system design for pulsed proton generation, a test bench with a microwave ion source is under preparation to test the performance of the system. The design study results concerning the pulsed proton beam generation and the test bench preparation with some preliminary test results are presented in this paper.
