  • Recently, as the number of shopping facilities has increased, such as complex shopping malls, warehouse type superstores, large fashion outlets, and so on, the conflicts over the opening of large stores between neighboring municipalities are increasing. However, current regulations on the opening of large-scale stores, such as the impact analysis on commercial area, do not adequately reflect the characteristics of new type shopping facilities. In this study, we tried to suggest a rational policy alternative with more realistic suitability by analyzing the characteristics of 'regional shopping facilities' beyond the scope of the municipalities, and analyzing the impact on the regional merchants. The main results of the study are summarized as follows. First, unlike previous researches, which are limited to small business sector, this study presents the results of comprehensively comparing and analyzing the impact on the detailed sectors of the whole distribution market, including the large distribution sector and online distribution sector. Second, in this study, we calculated the total (average) amount of market penetration rate of existing shopping facilities by the entire regional shopping facilities in the Seoul metropolitan area, and this is considered to be of great value in relation to the recognition of problems at the whole level of the metropolitan area and the search for alternative solutions.

  • 1. Introduction: Contrast to the offline purchasing environment, online store cannot offer the sense of touch or direct visual information of its product to the consumers. So the builder of the online shopping mall should provide more concrete and detailed product information(Kim 2008), and Alba (1997) also predicted that the quality of the offered information is determined by the post-purchase consumer satisfaction. In practice, many fashion and apparel online shopping malls offer the picture information with the product on the real person model to enhance the usefulness of product information. On the other virtual product experience has been suggested to the ways of overcoming the online consumers' limited perceptual capability (Jiang & Benbasat 2005). However, the adoption and the facilitation of the virtual reality tools requires high investment and technical specialty compared to the text/picture product information offerings (Shaffer 2006). This could make the entry barrier to the online shopping to the small retailers and sometimes it could be demanding high level of consumers' perceptual efforts. So the expensive technological solution could affects negatively to the consumer decision making processes. Nevertheless, most of the previous research on the online product information provision suggests the VR be the more effective tools. 2. Research Model and Hypothesis: Presented in

, research model suggests VR effect could be moderated by the product types by the usage situations. Product types could be defined as the portable product and installed product, and the information offering type as still picture of the product, picture of the product with the real-person model and VR. 3. Methods and Results: 3.1. Experimental design and measured variables We designed the 2(product types) X 3(product information types) experimental setting and measured dependent variables such as information usefulness, attitude toward the shopping mall, overall product quality, purchase intention and the revisiting intention. In the case of information usefulness and attitude toward the shopping mall were measured by multi-item scale. As a result of reliability test, Cronbach's Alpha value of each variable shows more than 0.6. Thus, we ensured that the internal consistency of items. 3.2. Manipulation check The main concern of this study is to verify the moderate effect by the product type of usage situation. indicates that our experimental manipulation of the moderate effect of the product type was successful. 3.3. Results As
indicates, there was a significant main effect on the only one dependent variable(attitude toward the shopping mall) by the information types. As predicted, VR has highest mean value compared to other information types. Thus, H1 was partially supported. However, main effect by the product types was not found. To evaluate H2 and H3, a two-way ANOVA was conducted. As
indicates, there exist the interaction effects on the three dependent variables(information usefulness, overall product quality and purchase intention) by the information types and the product types. As predicted, picture of the product with the real-person model has highest mean among the information types in the case of portable product. On the other hand, VR has highest mean among the information types in the case of installed product. Thus, H2 and H3 was supported. 4. Implications: The present study found the moderate effect by the product type of usage situation. Based on the findings the following managerial implications are asserted. First, it was found that information types are affect only the attitude toward the shopping mall. The meaning of this finding is that VR effects are not enough to understand the product itself. Therefore, we must consider when and how to use this VR tools. Second, it was found that there exist the interaction effects on the information usefulness, overall product quality and purchase intention. This finding suggests that consideration of usage situation helps consumer's understanding of product and promotes their purchase intention. In conclusion, not only product attributes but also product usage situations must be fully considered by the online retailers when they want to meet the needs of consumers.

    • Recently, as the fashion e-commerce market has expanded, the proportion of online shops that are growing rapidly has increased and with them so too has competition. Most retailers operating online shops need their own competitiveness, and accordingly, the need to develop their logistics service quality components is increasing. This study investigated the quality of the logistics services, which is a factor of the logistics service quality of the internet shop. It influences customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by collecting samples from the customers using online fashion shops. Two hundred customers who shop online were surveyed to extract the data. The sample was subjected to basic statistical analysis using the SPSS 25.0 package, and factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed. The results of this study showed that the information quality of proactive return, promptness of the return process, and reliability of the return cost had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and it had a significant influence on the customer's repurchase intention to the online store. A selection of shops showed high amounts of return reasons, high customer satisfaction, and high repurchase, whereas, in general, many others scored poorly across these criteria. This suggests that a retailer operating online should consider pages for receiving information plus sales content in addition to the quality and constituent factors of its logistics services for returns that influence repurchase and satisfaction.

    • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of interactivity on consumer-internet brand relationship and consumer's repurchase intention according to relationship tendency with internet brand. The survey was limited to the respondents over 20 years old living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas who had purchased fashion products in internet shopping mall. Questionnaire was collected from February 1, 2012 to February 12, 2012 and 562 useful data were analyzed using Amos 19. The results of this study were as follows: First, after respondents were divided into the strong relationship group and the weak relationship group, the path model was verified according to each group. All the paths except 'affective commitment${\rightarrow}$ repurchase intention' were accepted for the strong relationship group, while three paths were accepted for the weak relationship group. As for the weak relationship group, people-people interactivity dimension had a significantly positive effect on consumer-internet brand relationship. Also it showed stronger effect on each consumer-internet brand relationship dimension for both groups compared with contents-people interactivity. Second, respondents were divided into 'more than one year' group and 'less than one year' group according to relationship period. All the paths were accepted for 'more than one year' group, while three paths were accepted for 'less than one year' group. Both interactivity dimensions showed stronger effect on 'trust' than on 'affective commitment'.

    • Recent economic depression aggravates the difficulty in employment, and it has been expanded to a social issue. Even worse, low wage structure in the textile and fashion industry, and inferior working environment make it difficult for fashion design graduates to stably settle down in society. To tackle all these problems, the demand of a new educational model is on the rise. In responding to such economic and educational environment changes, we can actively cope with structural problems in the textile and fashion field, and a social problem of youth unemployment by vigorously using the Internet as a tool for practice. In other words, Startups are reinvigorated through hands-on education, focused on information by introducing the factor of supply chain management (SCM), which efficiently manages resources within the supply chain, and a business to customer (B2C) model, and by utilizing these for startup education.

    • Recently, chatbots have been applied in various fields and have shown good results, and many attempts to use chatbots in shopping mall product recommendation services are being conducted on e-commerce platforms. In this paper, for a conversation system that recommends a fashion that a user wants based on conversation between the user and the system and fashion image information, a transformer model that is currently performing well in various AI fields such as natural language processing, voice recognition, and image recognition. We propose a multimodal-based improved transformer model that is improved to increase the accuracy of recommendation by using dialogue (text) and fashion (image) information together for data preprocessing and data representation. We also propose a method to improve accuracy through data improvement by analyzing the data. The proposed system has a recommendation accuracy score of 0.6563 WKT (Weighted Kendall's tau), which significantly improved the existing system's 0.3372 WKT by 0.3191 WKT or more.

    • Open data has a lot of economic value. Not only Korea, but many other countries are doing their best to make various policies and efforts to expand and utilize open data. However, although Korea has a large amount of data, the data is not utilized effectively. Thus, attempts to utilize those data should be made in various industries. In particular, in the fashion industry, exchange and refund problems are the most common due to unpredictable consumers. Better feedback is necessary for service providers to solve this problem. We want to solve it by showing improved images of dissatisfactions along with user reviews including consumer needs. In this paper, user reviews are analyzed on online shopping mall websites to identify consumer needs, and product attributes are defined by utilizing the attributes of K-fashion data. The users' request is defined as a dissatisfaction attribute, and labeling data with the corresponding attribute is searched. The users' request is provided to the service provider in forms of text data or attributes, as well as an image to help improve the product.
