Instagram of Fashion Brand's Current Use and Customer Attitude based on User Attributes (패션브랜드 인스타그램 사용자 특성에 따른 이용현황 및 소비자태도)

  • Instagram, image based visual SNS platform is regarded as one of the most effective marketing channels and the number of users are getting increased. To enhance of our understanding of general current use and customer attitude through Instagram accounts owned by fashion brands depending on user attributes, the present study investigates factors that current status of use, purpose of use, brand attitude, purchase intension, and recommend intension. A survey method was conducted for empirical test. A convenience sample of 100 participants was used for data analysis. SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis. Findings of this study suggest that first, the very purpose of access is to grasp fashion trend, second, a group of the high interest in fashion accesses to Instagram account of fashion brands more often, uses Instagram for information search more than other group and has a positive influence on recommend intension, third, a group of the high frequent access accesses Instagram for purpose of information search more and has a positive influent on values on customer attitude and the last, partial purposes of utilization and benefits sought of Instagram of fashion brands has a positive influence on customer attitude.

Mediation of Consumer Satisfaction in the Relationship between Outdoor Wear Purchase Decision-Making Process and Repurchase Intention (구매의사결정 단계와 재구매 의도 관계에서 고객 만족의 매개효과 분석 - 아웃도어 웨어를 대상으로 -)

  • This study identified the purchase decision-making process of outdoor wear consumers and examined the hypothesis that consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between purchase decision-making process and repurchase intention. Data were acquired from a survey and analyzed with descriptive, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. Respondents were 454 adults who have purchased outdoor wear. The results are as follows. First, the purchase decision-making processes of outdoor wear consumers consisted of a series of steps: need recognition & passive information search, active information search, evaluation of alternatives with practical attributes, evaluation of alternatives with unpractical attributes, purchase decision, and post-purchase evaluation. Second, four purchase decision-making processes (except for need recognition & passive information search and active information search) had significantly positive effects on consumer satisfaction. Third, the need recognition & passive information search, the evaluation of alternatives with unpractical attributes and post-purchase evaluation had significantly positive effects on repurchase intention. Lastly, the partial mediation of consumer satisfaction in the relationship between two purchase decision-making processes (evaluation of alternatives with unpractical attributes and post-purchase evaluation) and repurchase intention were indicated. This academic study will help to understand the purchase decision-making processes of outdoor wear and allow companies to obtain information (from the industrial aspect) about which process to invest in and how to manage the process.

  • This study aims at providing basic data for the beauty industry to establish more reasonable marketing plans for women in identifying their Lifestyles, observing and analyzing their purchase behavior for beauty service. Women were classified into four types: fashion appearance oriented type, sociable personality oriented type, brand oriented type, fashion indifferent type. The result of the differences between their lifestyles and purchase behavior for beaty service is as followed. Purchasing behaviors, such as motives of purchase beauty service, beauty service information search, beauty service estimation standards were made a difference in lifestyle types.

  • Fashion leadership of middle- and high-school male student was measured. The subjects were divided into five subgroups including, fashion dual leaders(13.3%), innovators(10.3%), opinion leaders(7.6%), followers(52.3%), and laggards(16.3%), according to their innovativeness and opinion leadership. The findings were as follows : fashion dual leaders were very confident and fashion-conscious while other subgroups were very price-conscious and quality-aware. Among the fashion information sources included in the study' my own experience and opinion' was the most Important to all 5 subgroups. Generally the higher the fashion leadership was, the more actively utilized fashion information sources. The fashion magazine and commercials as information sources was not as important to the subjects as it was to college women. Apparel shopping behavior was also significantly different among subgroups. As a whole, the general characteristics, such as. the use of fashion information and the apparel shopping behavior, of opinion leaders and innovators were similar, but those of followers and laggards were very dissimilar.

  • This paper presents a new architecture for full-search block-matching motion estimation. The architecture is based on linear systolic arrays. High speed operation is obtained by feeding reference data, search data, and control signals into the linear systolic array in a pipelined fashion. Input data are fed into the linear systolic array at a half of the processor speed, reducing the required data bandwidth to half. The proposed architecture has a good scalability with respect to the number of processors and input bandwidth when the size of reference block and search range change.

The Influences of Risk Perceptions and Clothing Involvements on Information Search Behavior (지각된 위험과 의복관여도가 정보탐색 활동에 미치는 영향 -대학생을 중심으로-)

  • This study was intended to identify the information search behavior according to the risk perception and clothing involvement. The data were collected via a questionnaire from 369 students of Semyung University in Checheon and data were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, Cronbachs alpha and multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Multiple regression revealed the fact that each type of involvement dimensions were influenced by the risk perception dimensions. Among four involvement dimensions, importance of clothing was the best influenced factor according to the risk perceptions. 2. Also information search behavior was influenced by risk perception and fashion involvement. Among four information search behaviors, industry providing search was the best influenced factor by the risk perception and clothing involvement.

  • Existing clothing product search is possible only with text search, so it is not possible to properly search for the product that the user is looking for, and it takes a lot of time to search for the desired product. In addition, it was difficult to know where to sell unbranded products such as Soho Mall products, and it was difficult to search for detailed attributes of fashion products. To solve this problem, we would like to propose a deep learning technique that can search for the exact information that the user wants through the learned image search.

  • This study examines consumers' multi-channel choices in the search phase and purchasing phase stage according to price sensitivity and product characteristics in order to propose a multichannel strategy. For the research, one-way ANOVA, t-test, clustering analysis, and crosstabs are used for the descriptive analysis of 317 surveys on men and women conducted in 2014. The findings are as follows. First, consumers that both experience goods and search goods rely on surrounding advice as well as a search channel regardless of price sensitivity. Second, channel selection differs by price sensitivity when it comes to purchasing phase. Consumers with high price sensitivity tend to purchase from online channels; however, consumers with low price sensitivity tend to purchase from off line channels in cases of search goods. Meanwhile, cases of experience goods have no meaningful result. Third, consumers are divided into 3 groups by the tendency of channel selection. In case of experience goods, search channel choice is aligned with purchasing channel; however, search channel choice is not aligned with purchasing channel in search goods. This study provides clear information on fashion consumers' behavior on multi-channel choices compared to ones for search goods consumers on strategic strategies for fashion companies.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the usage of internet advertisement, to define the convenient dimensions of information navigation medium, and to examine the difference of convenient information navigation among advertisement types and information design methods. Thirty-four subjects were selected for the survey study and descriptive anlysis, factor analysis and ANOVA were used for the data analysis. The results of this study were: 1. the most perceived channel about the web site information was the search engine, the most preferred type of information design was the mixed type with text and image, and the most preferred medium for fashion information is the magazine. 2. the convenient dimensions of information navigation medium were information understanding, design composition, easy navigation, timely navigation, and convenient navigation. 3. the information design method is the significant factor influencing on the convenient information navigation.

  • The purpose of this study is to closely describe the meaning of the clothing conformity behavior of female consumers in today's society. In this process, the vanity scale was used as a precedence variable, on the other hand, clothing consumption value and information search behavior was used as outcome variable, which has an effect on the clothing conformity behavior. The subjects were 300 females who live in Seoul and Kyung-gi. The data were analyzed by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Factor analysis, Regression and ANOVA using SPSS program. The results were as follows. First, the vanity scale was classified into four factors, a concern and a positive view for each achievement and appearance. Clothing consumption value was divided into five factors; fashion, appearance attractiveness, emotional, social and functional clothing consumption value. Clothing conformity behavior was classified into three factors; normal, informational, and identified conformity factor. Second, various vanity scales influenced the clothing conformity behavior factors. In particular, concern for achievement and appearance were more important factors to clothing conformity behavior. Among six clothing consumption values, fashion was a more significant factor affected by clothing conformity behavior. Also, various conformity behaviors influenced the information search behaviors. Finally, according to age, school record, and pocket money, there were significant differences in clothing conformity behaviors and vanity factors.
