The development of Korean textile industry has continued for the early industrialization. But a change in situation of circumstances, textile industry undergoes hard times. To overcome the barrier, therefore, technical development and design innovation are needed to make high value added product. This paper try to put to practical use of the silk weighting process technique(WPT). First, we investigate the technical trend of WPT to summarize the theory, and examine the feasibility of technical development. Second, the application of Graft process to silk textile is examined to know whether it is possible as an practical use. Next, we present the practical way of WPT using MAA monomer through experiment. The results are as follow. 1) Considering the lack of silk yarn. Graft process is appropriate new technique to make the value added product, and fine quality. 2) Studing textile goods, it need inter-displlinary co-work not only fiber engineering scope because textile goods is closely related with fashion industry. 3) MAA monomer used in this paper is more excellent then other monomer because it has good weighting effect and does not harm to the nature of textile. 4) MAA WPT is good for silk textiles of ladies jacket and neck-tie.

The pur[pose of this study is to investigate the research method and to provide a guide to the ways in which researcher, interested in costume history, can obtain in formation. There are comparison, induction, observation, awnalysis, experience and synthesis in method of science. Firstly, comparative research is to ascertain the accumulated evidence. Secondly, we can compare with historical phenomenon. A research intend to verify the hypothesis based upon the sources of information. It is an available method to investigate the costumes and adornments in the past. Whatever the approach, the researcher much discribe the facts objectively. Historical research has been approached in many warys in the field of costume. There are visual and documentary sources. Visual sources are paintings, sculptutre, frescoes, coins, potteries, medals, mosaics, wall paintings, stained glasses, seals, tapestries, illustrations, photographs, movies, and fashion dolls. Documentary sources are archives, letters, diaries, literature, wardrobe accounts, sumpturary laws, newspapers, and recollections.

In 1970s, Computer Graphics of still and geometry changed computer Animation of image, and Computer Animation has diversely been used in movie, TV, fashion, sports, education, basic science, medical science, etc. by the development of LSI technology and the large size of computer in 1980s. Since Computer Animation was first used by movie of Futureworld in 1973, we easily experienced the essence of Computer Animation made of the Little Mermaid. Beauty and the Beast, the Lion King, Aladdin, etc. in Disney Animation and Terminator. Jurassic Park, the Mask, etc. in movie. And in other countries that have got the diversely special effect and knowhow in technology are effectively using the Computer Animation now. What situation we Korea are in now, if we compare the Computer Animation with that of other country using the progressive movie\ulcorner Although we first producted the movie title of Ticket, 10years ago, we have rarely been used it in movie, yet. Therefore, we know that it is very important for us to examine the historical and technical side for the purpose of overcoming the technological gap.

From the past to the future, the great nature has been long standing good text and has never been behind the fashion. All problems of human being had been occured and been solved by 'Lives' and the biological chemistry ststem which are inside the nature. They say that "Ecology is the applications of biological shape in man made system design." We should find out the basic principles of nature and apply to the necessity of study. Biology, Ecology, and the other relational theory of design have abundant sources of idea in which designers can take new policy and creativities. When designers design new products they should consider socialogy and psychological circumstances that are related to them, and should find out various possibilities trying to contact biological systems and ecological systems which are chosen in the nature. The seed of ash samara can be applied to firehydrant for mountain on fire and application of the spider's web can lead to the device for road work. As soon as possible, we should find out the methods introducing the nautre which supplies infinite sources of idea to the basic theory of design.of design.

For evaluating the cytolytic effects on the mouse thymocytes, four typical antiinflammatory steroids (dexamethasone, triamcinolone acetonide, prednisolone, hydrocortisone) were selected in this study. When steroids were treated to the mouse thymocytes in vitro cytolysis occurred with dose-dependent fashion and the activities were found to be paralle with the known local anti-inflammatory activities. In vivo thymus atrophogenic activities appeared by the treatment of topical and subcutaneous applications of the derivatives were also found to dose-dependent, but not coincided with the thymocyte cytolytic activities in vitro and local anti-inflammaatory activity in the case of triamcinolone acetonide. Triamicinolone acetonide induced potent thymocyte cytolysis in vitro, but showed less thymus atrophy.

Intravenous administration of O-acetyliervine (an alkaloid from Vertrum album) produced a dose-dependent (10-100 .mu.g/kg) fall in blood pressure and tachycardia in anaesthetized normotensive rats. Pretreatment of animals with propranolol (1mg/kg) abolished these cardiovascular responses of O-acetyljervine similar to that of isoprenaline $(1\mu/ml)$. In isolated tissue experiments, O-acetyljervine $(10-100\mu/ml)$ produced a dose-dependent relaxation of phenylephrine-induced contraction of the rabbit aorta. In guinea-pig spontaneously beating atria, it caused positive inotropic and chronotorpic responses in a dose-dependent fashion $(10-100\mu/ml)$. These responses were abolished in the presence of propranolol $(1\mu/ml)$ similar to that of isoprenaline. These results indicate that O-accetyljervine is adrenoceptor stimulant $(\beta_1\; and\;beta_2)$ like isoprenaline.

A 70-year-old man complained imbalance while walking, inability to perform ankle flexion, and could not stand on tip-toe 3 months after injury. The ankle looked swollen with loss of Achilles contour and obvious gait disturbance. Magnetic resonance imaging shows a 5-cm Achilles tendon gap. Subsequently, surgery was performed to solve the neglected Achilles tendon rupture. Patient was put under general anesthesia with a regional block. Using a nontourniquet technique, a reconstructive procedure was performed using a half-width autologous Achilles tendon graft, which was attached to the calcaneal prominence with wire in a double strand Bunnell fashion. As for the proximal stump, double core Bunnell/modified Kessler suturing was carried out to suture the graft to Achilles stump. To increase the vascularization, an ipsilateral gastrocnemius fascial flap with a distally based-pedicle was harvested to wrap around the tendon graft. At a 6-month follow-up, the patient was able to stand on tip-toe and had also regained a normal gait.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 is the most common tumor predisposition syndrome inherited in an autosomal dominant (100% penetrance) fashion with a wide variety of expressivity. From the perspective of plastic surgery, the most significant clinical symptoms, including disfiguration, peripheral neurologic symptoms, and skeletal abnormalities, are caused by various tumors originating from the affected nerves. Surgical removal is the standard of care for these tumors. However, the outcome is frequently unsatisfactory, facilitating the search for additional therapeutic adjuvants. Current trials of molecularly targeted therapies are promising.

오늘날 디자인은 유행의 영향으로부터 자유로울 수 없다. 이러한 유행은 일시적으로 등장하였다 사라지며 동시에 평균화를 지향하는 속성을 지니고 있기 때문이다. 그 결과 유행의 영향으로 인하여 제품들이 오래 사용되지 못하고 사라지게 된다. 제품의 기능과 상관없이 단지 검증되지 않은 사회적 관념을 통해 제품의 수명이 결정되고 있는 것이다. 결국 유행에 대한 대응이 없게 된다면, 유용한 제품들마저 서서히 우리 주변으로 부터 멀어지게 될 것이며, 최후에는 심각한 환경 문제로 확장 될 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 이러한 상황에서 세이커 디자인의 특성을 살펴보는 것은 중요한 의미가 있다. 미국의 세이커 공동체의 경우 일반 소비사회와 다른 특징을 지닌 경우라고 할 수 있다. 일시적인 유행과 왜곡된 정보가 그들의 의식에 관여할 수 없기 때문이다. 세이커 종교공동체를 살펴보면 종교와 생활 그리고 디자인의 원리가 모두 동일한 선상에서 전개되고 있다. 세이커 디자인에서는 그 어떤 장식과 재료적 차이가 허용되지 않는다. 신(神) 앞에서 모두가 평등하다고 생각하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 사회적 신분과 경제적 우월감에 대한 그 어떤 표식도 용납되지 않는다. 이러한 의식적 내용을 통해 그들의 디자인은 유행과 장식으로부터 자유로울 수 있었던 것이다. 또한 그들은 완벽성을 추구하였으며, 실용성과 단순성을 통해 그것이 가능하다고 믿었다. 세이커 디자인이 유행으로부터 자유로울 수 있었던 것은 바로 디자인에 의식이 관여하고 있기 때문이다. 결국 유행으로부터 자유롭고, 오랜 기간 동안 사용되는 제품이 디자인되기 위해서는 종교 또는 사회 의식적 내용이 전제되어야 한다.성에 대한 만족도가 비고령자와 고령자간에 어떤 차이가 있는지, 그리고 이를 활용하여 한글서체 환경에서 웹 표준방식에 맞게 활용할 수 있도록 구체화 하여, 고령자를 위한 웹 컨텐츠에서의 서체활용 가이드를 개발하여 급속도로 다가오는 고령화 사회에서 고령자도 쉽게 인터넷을 통하여 정도를 습득하고 사용할 수 있는 유니버설 웹 인터페이스를 위한 기반자료로 활용될 것으로 전망된다. 제외지를 통합하여 TIN분석을 실시하여 범람 홍수해석에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 하천수리해석의 기능을 보강하기 위해 역산조도계수 산정모형, 상류-사류 천이류 구간에 대한 부등류 해석모형, 범람 홍수류에 대한 홍수위 산정모형, 하천수리계산시의 불확실도 해석모형 등의 새로운 기능을 추가하여 제시하였다. 모든 입출력자료는 프로젝트 단위별로 운영되어 data의 관리가 손쉽도록 하였으며 결과를 DB에 저장하여 다른 모형에서도 적용할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 HyGIS-HMS 및 HyGIS-RAS 모형에서 강우-유출-하도 수리해석-범람해석 등이 일괄되게 하나의 시스템 내에서 구현될 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 HyGIS와 통합된 수리, 수문모형은 국내 하천 및 유역에 적합한 시스템으로서 향후 HydroInformatics 구현을 염두에 둔 특화된 국내 수자원 분야 소프트웨어의 개발에 기본 토대를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.았다. 또한 저자들의 임상병리학적 연구결과가 다른 문헌에서 보고된 소아 신증후군의 연구결과와 큰 차이를 보이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 자극에 차이가 있지 않나 추측되며 이에 관한 추후 연구가 요망된다. 총대장통과시간의 단축은 결장 분절 모두에서 줄어들어 나타났으나

90년대 들어서 국내 패션시장은 소비자들의 생활수준향상, 라이프 스타일의 변화와 함께 해외 라이센스 브랜드 도입의 증가와 대기업은 물론 중소기업들의 신규참여 또한 증가하는 추세에 있다. 이러한 급변하는 시장환경 속에서 오랜 전통과 기술력을 가지고 있는 선발 패션업체로서 주식회사 세정의 인디안 브랜드는 90년대 현 상황에서 타 브랜드들과의 경쟁에서 상대적 우위를 선점 하고 미래의 소비자들을 충족시킬 수 있는 새로운 이미지 정립이 절실히 필요한 상황이다. 이러한 시점에서 (주)세정의 인디안 브랜드 이미지 제고를 위하여 경영환경의 입체적 마아케팅 조사를 실시, B.I. 컨셉을 설정한 후 시각적 이미지 표현작업에 착수하였다. 그 후 설문조사를 통해 Logo mark를 결정한 후 인디안 B.I의 주요 디자인 항목인 기본 요소와 응용요소를 전개, 전체 디자인 시스템을 완성하였다. 그리고 브랜드 이미지 통일의 효과를 극대화하기 위해 보완되어져야 할 요소로는 디자인 조형상의 원칙준수와 철저한 관리, 브랜드 관련 전체 구성원들의 사고와 행동의 일치, B.I의식 실천을 위한 지속적인 교육프로그램의 실시 등이 요구된다.
