To analyze royal nad Chinese envoy procession, and sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy for Choson Dynasty, the author studied historic book-Youngjeob Dogam Sajechong Euigwae of Choson Dynasty(1609 year) in which Chinese envoy procession for sacrificial rite in Choson Dynasty were described. The results obtained from this study were as follows. 1. Sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy for Choson Dynasty were Yellow paper burning and performing a sacrificial rite of chinese envoy. 2. Order of Chinese envoy procession for Yellow paper burng and performint a sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy, was civil and military officers, flag procession, drum, palanquin of incense, palanquin of guneral oration, palaquin of material for guneral expenses, palanquin of rich viands and sumptuous fare and Chinese envoy. 3. Things offered in sacrifice of Yellow paper burning were fried cake made of wheat flour, honey and oil, fried gutinous rice cake, patterned savory cake, fruits, meat fish and others broil, slices of boiled beef, soup, stew, noodles, 3cups of alcohol, rice cake and water. 4. Things offered in sacrifice of performing a sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy were a cattle, a hog, a sheep, 3 cups of alcohol and etc.

This paper deals with the exchange of tourists and the operation of sightseeing train encouraged by the inter- Korean cross-border railway project. First of all, how the inter-Korean cross-border railway project has developed will be discussed. After this, tile present tourism state, facilities, the state of railways and roads of North Korea, and major tourist attraction around the Kyonguisun will be shown. And then, several aspects on the agreements between the Korean National Railroad (KORAIL) and North Korean railroad system will be summarized. And, finally, the economic effect of the line including the operation schedule of the Kyonguisun sightseeing train, the demand forecast, the computation of railway fare, and profit sharing will be depicted.

AFC 시스템은 요금징수단말기로서 버스, 철도, 택시와 같은 다양한 대중교통 수단에서 사용되고 있다. 기존 AFC 단말기는 C, C++ 언어로 작성되었으며, 기능 추가 및 수정을 위해 전체 Application의 실행파일이 전부 교체되어야 했다. 본 논문의 목표는 빈번하게 수정되는 주요 기능들을 스크립트 파일로 모듈화 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 스크립트 파일 기반 시스템을 설계하고 일부기능을 구현하여 시스템을 평가하였다.

Employing a newly developed conceptual framework of the tasks and activities that comprise today's digital scholarly undertaking and their potentially reputation building, maintaining and enhancing components, the efforts of ResearchGate in supporting scholars' reputation building endeavours were put under the microscope. Not unexpectedly, RG performs well in regard to basic research activities. Clearly, too, with ten metrics at its disposal, RG is in a league of its own when it comes to monitoring individual research reputation. Where RG falls down is regarding scholarly activities that do not concern pure research and so especially teaching. Its claim to have created a new way of measuring reputation is only partially true because if it wants to do so genuinely then it needs to extend the range of scholarly activities covered. RG also falls short in informing members as to the nature and changes to its service and of embracing new actors, such as citizen scientists and amateur experts.

This paper reviews the recent theoretical and empirical studies on the European countries that the bill and keep settlement between mobile operators is superior to the financial settlement like CPNP from the perspectives of social welfare and fare competition in market. Besides these the recent studies, considering the change of mobile wholesale market in Korea, the necessity to introduce the bill and keep settlement as an alternative for the current CPNP as well as policy implication is examined.

Recently the number of wireless internet service user is increasing rapidly but there are some areas in which service level has not reached the expected level yet. In this paper, we apply ACSI model to measure the current level of customer satisfaction. As a result of ML estimation, we observe that satisfaction increases as the level of perceived quality increases. However, this model does not provide flexibility of adjusting data characteristics that wireless internet service has, and it is not easy to find direct controllable feedback for better service. We propose a structural equation model that can overcome these problems and obtain that information transmission quality and proper fare policy can significantly improve the satisfaction level of wireless Internet users.

This paper proposes the selection model of the telecommunication company using an analytical hierarchy technique. When selecting a telecommunication company, consumers conflict the difficulty in decision-making because there are many competitive and complementary factors of telecommunication companies. To select an optimum telecommunication company, consumers need to consider a number of different quantitative and qualitative factors such as fare, various services, additional function and so on. In this study, we develop the method for selecting the telecommunication company considering various factors to help consumers' decision-making for their benefits.

Electrical tree is studied widely by manufacture state of insulating material fare and blazing fire diagnosis system of use in phenomenon of part discharge that happen for main cause of dielectric breakdown of equipment for electric power. Use process that draw tree pattern here measuring above zero to study special quality of this electricity tree, real-time processing by image processing is proposed because reproduction of tree blazing fire process drops and pattern of tree is difficult correct quantification of tree growth by existent visual observation by involution. This research presents general process that need in image processing of tree blazing fire, and that remove various noises that happen in above zero by measuring electrical tree dividing background and complete view in measured above zero taking advantage of specially proposed complete view object abstraction techniques effectively and quantification of tree becomes easy naturally, can apply to dielectric breakdown estimate because can chase growth process of tree.

In this study, an optical identification system was developed, wherein visible light is used to transmit the interrogating signal, and infrared is used to send the response signal. In the reader, visible light from a light emitting diode (LED) array was modulated via modified pulse width modulation for flicker-free illumination and dimming control. Moreover, the duty factor of the dimming control time was employed to control the illumination from the LED. In the transponder, the spike signal in the output of the high-pass filter was utilized to recover the interrogating signal while preventing interference from the 120-Hz noise from adjacent lighting lamps. The illumination was controlled in 26-86% range of the constant wave LED illumination by changing the duty factor from 20% to 90%. This configuration is advantageous for the construction of optical identification systems for automatic security check and car fare calculation at toll gates or parking facilities.

This paper aims to find the most effective feature selection method for the sake of opinion mining tasks. Basically, opinion mining tasks belong to sentiment analysis, which is to categorize opinions of the online texts into positive and negative from a text mining point of view. By using the five product groups dataset such as apparel, books, DVDs, electronics, and kitchen, TF-IDF and Bag-of-Words(BOW) fare calculated to form the product review feature sets. Next, we applied the feature selection methods to see which method reveals most robust results. The results show that the stacking classifier based on those features out of applying Information Gain feature selection method yields best result.
