The purpose of this study is to explore the model and application for family life welfare service in Korea. In order to explore the characteristics of family life welfare service, the object, the extent and approach for family life welfare service is examined. The model for family life welfare service is constructed on the base of definition for family life welfare-subsistence of family life, personal formation and development, the creation of community culture-, family life cycle and demand for family life welfare service. Lastly, the contents and politic supports for family life welfare service are examined.

The purposes of this study are to explain the need of family therapy service in Korea to explain the realities and problems of family welfare policy, family therapy institutions and family therapist of Korea and to suggest several ways in terms of family welfare policy family therapy institutions and family therapist for activating family therapy service. One of the most important factors to activate family therapy service is the financial support of government for family therapy service.

The purpose of this study is to develop the service program for family in order to strengthen the family function and increase the family well-being. The service program for family is based on The Healthy Family Act. For the purpose, researchers prosed the three approach-the type of service program, family life cycle approach, eco-systemic approach-and the specified program example.

The purpose of study was to improve the quality of the Family Welfare Service in Korea. For the purpose, this study consists of these main subjects. A analysis about the experience and satisfaction of the family life welfare services. And a analysis about the Needs of family life welfare services. The data was collected from 407 low-income families experienced of family life welfare service. The results are as follows They experienced more less $40\%$ of the family life welfare service. It appeared family life welfare service in Korea was still not 'for the family' but 'of the family'. The most of the them experienced or family lire welfare service did not satisfy about services. They hoped to set the family lire welfare services about housing, elderly-care, child-care, job opportunity.

= ABSTRACT = Objectives: This study was carried out to identify the relationships of family burden and mental health service needs of chronic mental patients in community. Methods: Objects of the study were 153 chronic mental patients in community of P. city in korea. Data were collected from December, 2007 to February, 2008 using structured questionnaire. Research tools of this study were family burden tool developed by Pai & Kapur (1981) and mental health service needs tool developed by Kim (2003). Results: The average grades for family burden was 1.62 points. And the biggest part of family burden was economic burden(1.74), followed by interrupt of daily life(1.67), interrupt of family relationship(1.64), interrupt of family leisure (1.57), effects of mental health(1.50), and effects of physical health(1.43). The average grades for mental health service needs was 2.72 points. And the biggest part of mental health service needs was rehabilitation service(3.09), followed by social service(2.87), and Psychiatric medical service(2.21). Positive correlation showed between all parts of family burden. And, positive correlation showed between psychiatric medical service and interrupt of daily life(r=.281, p<.01), psychiatric medical service and effects of physical health(r=.355,p<.01), social service and effects of mental health(r=.213,p<.01). Conclusion: The family burden for care giver of mental patients was related with all parts of family burden and mental health service needs of family. Thus, these results should be considered to reduce family burden for care giver of mental patients in community.

패밀리 레스토랑은 서비스 산업이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 서비스 운영자 혹은 서비스 제공자의 역할은 고객과의 접촉순간(MOT : Moment Of Truth)에 고객의 요구 및 욕구를 충족시켜 고객에게 제공하는 가치를 극대화하여 서비스 상품의 판매 향상을 도모하고자 하는 것이다. 향후 패밀리 레스토랑은 하드웨어(hard ware)측면보다 내적으로 어떤 서비스를 질적으로 나타낼 수 있느냐 하는 소프트웨어(soft ware)가 더욱 강조될 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들의 직무만족이 서비스품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구전역에 위치하고 있는 패밀리 레스토랑에 근무하는 종사원을 연구대상으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2004년 4월 1일부터 5월 20일까지 50일간에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 7개의 가설 가운데 4개가 유의한 것으로 검증되었다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the model for the family welfare service delivery system in Korea. In order to provide more effective and efficient delivery system it is necessary to evaluate the existng family welfare delivery system. By the review of literature family welfare delivery system is fragmentary and inconsistent. Then the role of informal voluntary public and commercial sector in the delivery system is examined Lastly the models for family welfare service delivery system are proposed. Major suggestions are as follows: 1, It is necessary to reform the family welfare service delivery system for considering the integration of the family life. 2. Family welfare worker ought to coordinate the service to meet the complex needs of individuals and the family 3. The intersector collaborative model for family welfare service delivery system in proposed.

Although researchers have, during the past decade, become increasingly interested in customer satisfaction customer reaction, and service quality issues, very little of research has devoted to the family restaurant. Family restaurant industry is among the fastest growing sectors of the tourism market. This paper discusses the importance of the family restaurant product and service quality, and presents the relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer reaction. The literature supports the value of family restaurant's service quality and relation between service quality and customer reaction. Exploratory study examined customer's satisfaction with service quality components and customer's reaction with satisfaction. The survey was conducted in four phases; service quality, customer reaction(satisfaction, repurchase intention, and word of mouth), restaurant information, general profile of customer. The results of the study show that service quality(product's quality, physical character) provided family restaurant customer with the overall satisfaction, and service quality affected on customer reaction(repurchase intention, positive word of mouth). Also overall satisfaction affected on repurchase intention and positive word of mouth.

This research evaluated the present condition of the family voluntary service group and healthy family campaign, which was being carried out as one of the healthy family culture businesses of the Healthy Family-Support Center. Furthermore, it suggests ways to improve these business activities. Research centered on the analysis of business documents created between December 2006 and November 2007. The results were as follows. First, the family voluntary service group and the healthy family campaign business in the Center must be able to have specificity or individuality. Second, the Center must manage the scale, frequency, and contents of the businesses systematically. Third, the businesses must concern themselves with family life in general, make better use of the advisory committee or steering committee, concern variety of business performing system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate service support programs for the work-family balance in the community. Service support programs in the community are at beginning stages of development, because it has taken about 10 years to put a self-governing system into practice in Korea. This study concentrates on service support programs developed by various service organizations in the city and does not include any rural districts. First, the developmental process of the work-family balance model and type of the service support program in the community were studied. Next, the situation of care service support was examined based on written articles. Finally, a few suggestions were made f3r work-family balance in the community. The developmental situation of work-flmily balance in Korea is in a stage which is shifting from the company-leading model to a family-company-community model. The most common type of service support program offered in the community until now has been the informal sector through relatives, neighbors or friends. However, service support programs, in the public sector by the government and in the voluntary sector by nonprofit organizations and corporations, has rapidly been growing and the number of services from each sector has also increased. Profit organizations in the private sector, such as medical and care service centers, are also now rapidly increasing. It appears that service support programs contributing to the work-family balance in the community come from a number of sectors, including public, voluntary, private and informal sectors, to suit consumer needs.
