This study was conducted to determine the casual relationship among family support, social support, workplace spirituality, and quality of life (QOL) for middle-aged, male office workers, as well as the effects of family support, and social support on their QOL with the mediation of workplace spirituality. The participants were 288 middle-aged, male office workers, and the data were collected from 14 October to 30 November, 2016, through questionnaires. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlations using PASW 21.0, while the AMOS 18.0 program was used for structural equation modeling (SEM), and the fitness of the final model was determined using RMSEA .05, GFI .98, AGFI .94 and NFI .96. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. There were correlations between family support, social support, workplace spirituality, and QOL for the middle-aged, male office workers. Second, family support (${\beta}=.60$, p<.001) and social support (${\beta}=.47$, p<.001) had a direct effect on their workplace spirituality. Third, family support had direct (${\beta}=.12$, p=.002) and indirect (${\beta}=.10$, p<.001), while social support also had direct (${\beta}=.12$, p<.001) and indirect (${\beta}=.08$, p<.001) effects on their QOL. The findings also suggested that workplace spirituality had a partial mediating effect between the family support, social support, and QOL of the middle-aged, male office workers.

The purpose of this study was to explore the causal relationships between turnover intention and its influencing factors among married female nurses. The participants included 148 married nurses at 5 general hospitals in J city. Data were collected by using self-reported questionnaires and were analyzed by using SPSS and AMOS software. The overall fitness of the modified path model to the data was good ($x^2/df=0.002$, GFI = 1.00, AGFI = 1.00, RMSEA = 0.00, NFI = 1.00, CFI = 1.00, TLI = 1.09). Job stress, social support, work-family conflict, and burnout explained 32.0% of the variance in turnover intention of the participants. In particular, work-family conflict had a complete mediating effect between job stress and burnout. In addition, work-family conflict had partial mediating effects between social support and burnout as well as between social support and turnover intention. Social support had direct and indirect effects on work-family conflict, burnout, and turnover intention. In conclusion, strategies for decreasing married nurses' burnout and turnover intention should focus on reducing work-family conflict and increasing social support.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the Family Functioning, Smartphone Addiction and Self-differentiation of college students and investigate whether Self-differentiation mediated the relationship between Family Functioning and Smartphone Addiction. The subjects of this study were 176 college students from 3 colleges located in S-si and M-si and the data were collected over the period of 20 days from December 1 through December 20, 2016. As their Family Functioning increased, their Self-differentiation increased (${\beta}=667$, p<.001); as their Self-differentiation increased, their Smartphone Addiction decreased (${\beta}=-.361$, p<.001); moreover, their Self-differentiation fully mediated the relationship between their Family Functioning and Smartphone Addiction (Z=-2.336, p<.001). To alleviate the Smartphone Addiction of college students, their Family Functioning and Self-differentiation need to be improved.

This study examined the relationship among smartphone addiction, life stress, and family communication in nursing students. A total of 172 subjects participated in this study and the data were collected using the structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using an independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS WIN 19.0 program. Overall, the level of stress was high, time of family communication was short, and smartphone addiction rate was high in nursing students. The high risk group of smartphone addiction was 14.0%, potential risk group was 29.0%, and normal group was 57.0%. In the risk group, the life stress was higher (t=3.15, p=.002) and family communication was not better (t=-2.53, p=.012) than the normal group. Smartphone addiction correlated significantly with life stress (r=.27, p<.001) and family communication (r=-.26, p=.001). The factors affecting smartphone addiction were smartphone usage time, life stress, importance of smartphones in their lives, and family communication, and the explanatory power was 31.3%. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop personalized and collective customized intervention programs focused on smartphone using method, life stress management, and family communication for the prevention and management of smartphone addiction of nursing students.

This study is a preliminary survey to determine the desired demanding well-dying education requirements for subjects aged 65 years or older according to their family's death experience. The results of this study report that all subjects needed well-dying education regardless of their family's death experience. In addition, 71.8% of those who had experienced family deaths said they needed education. On the other hand, 40% of those with no family deaths said that education was needed. Both groups responded as needing well-dying education based on the meaning of death and value of life. Groups with family death experiences hoped to include 'how to overcome sadness related to the death of family and friends' and 'information about organ or body donation procedures'. Both groups responded that 1 week was appropriate for the duration of well-dying education, and that the lectures and discussions were appropriate for the education method. In the future, well-dying education will require sustainable education, not one-offs, and education for the family as well as the elderly.
