학교 범죄 위험성 평가를 위한 체크리스트 개발 연구 - 국내·외 학교시설 CPTED 평가지표 분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on Development of Checklist for Evaluation of School Crime Risks - Focusing on Analysis of CPTED Evaluation Index for School Facilities at Domestic and Foreign -)

  • This research aims to securement of crime prevention for school violence and invasion from outside etc. For crime prevention efficiency secure, It has purpose for school current state comprehension and prevention essential elements deduction autonomously etc. Furthermore, school facility crime dangerousness evaluation checklist is looked for autonomous monitoring tools. This checklist made from analysis of frequency, importance and check availability of 6 native and foreign existing CPTED evaluation's 360 indexes. Then, 81 indexes was derived from analysis, and that indexs verified through focus group interview. Finally, total 47 articles checklist emerged with general details, external school, internal school, and school administrative managements. Through this checklist, school can select essential elements of the preferential crime prevention autonomously, and so it is expected to prompt improvement of crime dangerousness elements, school violence and reduction of crime rate.

의료영상장치의 전자파 안전에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Safety of Electromagnetic Wave of Medical Imaging System)

  • This study was done to provide basic data on the safety of professionals in medical imaging system by measuring the electromagnetic waves generated in the medical imaging system being used in medical organization. The studied medical imaging systems were general X-ray system, computed tomography(CT), ultrasonographic system, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), PET-CT and fluoroscopic system, and through these devices, electric field and magnetic field were measured and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the measured values classified by the medical organizations were not much significant, but in the measurement by the medical imaging systems, there were high hazard elements in the sequential order of electric field PET-CT($17.7{\pm}22.9$)v/m, CT($10.3{\pm}8.7$)v/m, general X-ray system ($8.8{\pm}8.8$)v/m, magnetic field general X-ray system($5.06{\pm}8.26$)mG, CT($2.71{\pm}4.53$)mG and PET-CT($0.74{\pm}0.34$)mG, the systems that adopted X-ray as main ray source, and the more aged the medical imaging systems, the greater the effects of electro-magnetic waves($10.6{\pm}15.93v/m$ for 5 years or more, $6.14{\pm}5.60v/m$ for 5 years or less). The effects of electromagnetic waves on medical imaging systems or facilities were not much when the notification of ministry of knowledge economy is considered, but in the overall perspective considering all the equipments and facility of the medical organization, such effects were significant. It is determined that sustainable safety managements of electric field and magnetic field must be done during process from medical imaging system installation to maintenance to rule out such factors.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics such as spatial composition, areas, location of functional unit space and comparing the type and the number of operating programs by type of managements of multipurpose senior center in Youngnam metro area. first, the consignation management facilities had functional unit space of 152 things and the direct management facilities had 115 things. When comparing average areas composition ratio, direct management is public welfare, social education, public part, medical and rehabilitation order and consignation management is public part, social education, public welfare and rest part order. Second, medical part must be located around the first floor or the elevator, because many people can frequently use this area at the same time. Third, as a result of analysis of management programs indicated that the total number of programs is as a whole 74 things a range of $min12\~max20$ in the each direct management facilities and 111 things a range of $min20\~max24$ in the each in the each consignation management facilities. This fact shows that consignation management provided many people with more various programs than direct management. Finally, the number of staff in the direct management is less than consignation management. When comparing programs per staff and space, the direct and consignation management each appeared (2.74, 0.64) and (1.35, 0.73). This fact implied that the consignation management was more specialized than direct management in the service and function.

국내 외국환은행의 포페이팅 위험관리 비교 고찰 (A Comparative Study on the Risk Management for Forfaiting of Foreign Exchange Bank in Korea)

  • 수출기업들의 수출채권을 금융기관이 상환청구불능조건으로 매입하여 수출기업들의 신용위험을 해소시켜주는 금융기법이 포페이팅이다. 포페이팅통일규칙이 2013년 1월부터 발효하게 되어 수출기업들의 관심증대와 외국환은행들의 포페이팅관련 상품개발이 확대해 가고 있는 추세이며, 포페이팅 취급에 따른 위험관리에 관심이 제고되고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 국내 외국환은행과 외국계은행 간의 포페이팅 위험관리 실태를 각 은행의 약정서를 통해 비교해보고 국제상업회의소의 표준 포페이팅계약서와도 비교해보고자 한다. 본 연구결과 국내 외국환은행은 담보위험과 유보사유인 소구가능 사유가 은행간 차이가 상당히 있음을 발견하였고 수출기업과 외국환은행의 위험관리차원에서 통일의 필요성이 제기된다.

대축척 수치지도 기반의 정밀 공간정보 활용방안 (Utilization of High-precision Spatial Information Based on Large-scale Digital Map)

  • 1/5,000 수치지도는 국토관리, 지자체의 도시정보 체계, 민간분야의 내비게이션 등의 다양한 업무에 활용이 되는 기초정보를 제공하고 있다. 1/5,000 수치지도는 전국을 대상으로 구축되어 기본도의 역할을 수행하고 있으나 1/,000 수치지도에 비해 도시지역에서 활용하기에는 위치정확도 및 속성정보 측면에서 한계를 가지고 있다. 또한 공간정보 서비스의 패러다임이 변화되면서 행정업무와 민간 지도 서비스 분야에서는 좀 더 정확한 위치정보와 풍부한 속성정보를 필요로 하고 있다. 특히, 도시지역에서 빠르게 변화되고 있는 도시시설물의 관리와 다양한 공간분석적인 측면에서 대축척 수치지도 기반의 정밀 공간정보에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 1/1,000 수치지도를 기반으로 하는 정밀 공간정보 활용방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 대축척 수치지도 관련 법제도와 공간정보 관련 법제도를 분석하고 1/1,000 수치지도를 제도적으로 활용할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 공공부문의 행정업무와 민간분야에서 기존 공간정보 활용사례를 분석하고 정밀 공간정보를 활용할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하였다.

131I 치료입원실 폐기물 방사능 오염도 분석 및 자체처분가능일자 산출 (Determination of Self-Disposal date by the Analysis of Radioactive Waste Contamination for 1131I Therapy Ward)

  • Purpose: The treatment of thyroid cancer patients was continuously increased. According to the increment of thyroid cancer patients, the establishment of iodine therapy site was also increased in each hospital. This treatment involves the administration of radioactive iodine, which will be given in the form of a capsule. Therefore, protections and managements for radioactive source pollution and radiation exposure should be necessary for radiation safety. Among the many problems, the problem of disposing the radioactive wastes was occurred. In this study, The date for self-disposal for radioactive wastes, which were contaminated in clothes, bedclothes and trash, were calculated. Materials and Methods: The number of iodine therapy ward was 15 in Korea Institute of Radiological Medical and Sciences. Recently, 8 therapy wards were operated for iodine therapy patients and others were on standby for emergency treatment ward of any radiation accidents. Radioactive wastes, which were occurred in therapy ward, were clothes, bedclothes, bath cover for patients washing water and food and drink which was leftover by patients. Each sample was hold into the marinelli beaker (clothes, bedclothes, bath covers) and 90 ml beaker (food, drink, and washing water). The activities of collected samples were measured by HpGe MCA device (Multi Channel Analysis, CANBERRA, USA) Results: The storage period for the each kind of radioactive wastes was calculated by equation of storage periods based on the measurement outcomes. The average storage period was 60 days for the case of clothes, and the maximum storage period was 93 days for patient bottoms. The average storage period and the maximum storage period for the trash were 69 days and 97 days, respectively. The leftover foods and drinks had short storage period (the average storage period was 25 days and maximum storage period was 39 days), compared with other wastes. Conclusion: The proper storage period for disposing the radioactive waste (clothes, bedclothes and bath cover) was 100 days by the regulation on self-disposal of radioactive waste. In addition, the storage period for disposing the liquid radioactive waste was 120 days. The current regulation for radioactive waste self-disposing was not suitable for the circumstances of each radioactive therapy facility. Therefore, it was necessary to reduce the leftover food and drinks by adequate table setting for patients, and improve the process and regulation for disposing the short-half life radioactive wastes.

에탄올 복령추출물의 지방축적 억제활성, 항암활성 및 단회 경구 독성시험 (Intracellular Lipid Accumulation Inhibition, Anticancer Activity, and Single Oral Dose Toxicity of Ethanolic Wolfiporia cocos Extracts)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내산 50% 에탄올 복령추출물(KPE)과 중국산 50% 에탄올 복령추출물(CPE)의 약리활성 비교를 위하여 전 지방세포주인 3T3-L1 세포주와 암세포주인 Sarcoma 180 세포주를 이용하여 지방축적 억제활성과 항암활성을 비교하였다. 또한 노지재배 및 시설재배의 1년산 복령과 2년산 복령의 50% 에탄올 복령추출물(LPE, FPE)에 대해서도 50% 항암억제활성($IC_{50}$)로 중국산 복령과 비교하였다. 추가적으로 현재 시중에서 유통되고 CPE와 KPE의 안전성 자료를 획득하고자 단회 경구 독성시험을 실시하였다. CPE와 KPE를 3T3-L1 세포에 처리 후 48시간 이후에 대조군과 비교 시 지방축적 억제를 보였으나(p< 0.05), CPE와 KPE 사이에서는 지방축적 억제활성의 차이가 없었다. Sarcoma 180에 대한 CPE와 KPE의 항암활성을 비교할 때 시험한 농도에서 유사한 활성을 보였지만 $300{\mu}g/mL$의 고농도에서는 KPE가 CPE보다 높은 항암활성을 보였다(p < 0.05). 중국산 복령을 대체하고자 인공재배에서 생산된 노지재배 복령(LPE)과 시설재배 복령(FPE)의 항암활성 비교에서 CPE의 항암활성보다 높게 나타났다(p < 0.05). 단회 독성시험에서 CPE와 KPE의 $LD_{50}$(반수치사량)은 2,000 mg/kg 이상으로 추정되었다. 위의 결과를 종합 시 암세포주인 Sarcoma 180 세포주를 이용한 항암활성측정법은 중국산과 국내산의 원산지 검증의 생물활성검증의 보조수단으로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대되었다. 국내에서 인공재배 되는 노지재배 복령 및 시설재배 복령은 중국산 복령을 대체하여 수입 감소의 효과를 기대할 수 있으며 지방축적 억제활성 및 항암활성의 기능성 원료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 생각되었다.
