영양사 직무기술서 (2000년) 의 영양사 직무영역별 특성 분석 3 : 학교 (Analysis of the Dietitian's Job description in the school)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the dietitian’s job description(2000) for dietitians working at schools. The survey was carried out for the frequency, criticality and difficulty of each job description with 4 point scales. The number of subject was 125 dietitians, who have been working over 3 years at their position. The results are following ; 1. Duties with high frequency and criticality were menu managements, purchasing, storage and inventory controls, food productions, meal services, managing equipments and facility, waste managements, sanitation managements and self promotions. 2. Duties with middle frequency and high criticality were human resources managements and financial managements. 3. Duties with low frequency and high criticality were nutrition assessment (life cycles, certain diseases, specific condition), medical nutritional theraphy, nutrition education and public health nutrition. 4. For difficulty, duties related food service had lower points than that of nutrition service.

지그비를 이용한 시설물 관리 기법 (The Scheme of Facilities Management based on the Zigbee)

  • 일반적으로, 고정된 시설물을 관리하기 위하여 관리자가 수동으로 제어하거나 혹은 센서를 이용하여 자동으로 시설물을 제어할 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 구현은 중앙 시스템에서 시설물의 상태 데이터를 수집하기 어려운 문제점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 시설물의 정보를 근거리 통신망인 지그비를 이용하여 수집하는 중앙 관리 시스템에 대하여 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 시설물의 상태 정보를 수집하기 위하여 다양한 종류의 센서를 사용한다.

The effect of Combined Sewer Overflows on river's water quality

  • The effect of Combined Sewer Overflow on the river system was investigated throughout three preliminary field tests and three main ones. As a result of the study, Combined Sewer Overflow did not affect water qualities on the main stream since the concentration of the main stream did not significantly changed during rainfall events although the water quality of tributaries has rapidly deteriorated due to the influence of the Combined Sewer Overflow during rainfall events. The main cause of the result is that the flow rate of the tributaries is considerably lower than that of the main stream, so that the tributaries with deteriorated water quality during rainfall events did not significantly affect the quality of the actual main stream. Therefore, the water quality of the Kumho River is more affected by the wastewater treatment facilities that discharges water continuously to the main stream than pollutants from non-point pollution sources during rainfall events. As a result, managements for discharges from wastewater treatment facilities should be strengthened in order to improve the water quality of the river.

생활시설 종사자가 경험한 남성노인의 성적욕구 표출에 관한 연구 (A Study on Sexual Desire Outburst of the Male Elderly Residents Experienced by the Workers in Living Facilities)

  • This study has been performed to explore verbal and behavioral expression of sexual desires among male elderly residents who have been living in long tenn care facilities. There are three topics covered in this study; first, in what situations and how seriously do care workers encounter expression of sexual desires of the elderly residents? Second, what kind of negative consequences do they believe those sexual behaviors will lead to? Third, how can we implement defensive measures against the sexual behaviors? In this study, twenty three care workers working full time in five retirement and care facilities were asked about their experience and perception of the above study agendas, and answers of the qualitative interview were drawn as follow; first, the elderly residents apparently show a variety of sexual harassment and provoking behaviors such as sticking to specific women, physically touching and attacking, and induce obscenely activities against female residents, care workers, and volunteer visitors. Second, their sexual behaviors are often influenced by their isolated and abandoned emotionality as well as living situation in rural areas. Third, their sexual behaviors often critically affect care work plan and facility managements by severely discouraging female care givers and community supporters. Therefore in this study, suggestions and defensive measures were made as follows: first, education and counselling programs toward female workers and volunteers need to be developed, and the programs should cover psychological and behavioral mechanism of sexuality in later life. Second, self control plans need to be empowered toward the elderly residents; in the plans, the elderly residents shall be encouraged to evaluate primary cause and proper solutions of sexual behaviors of their peering residents. Third, combination of healthy housing and care facilities for frail elderly need to be integrated in a neighboring location, so that when residents and workers encounter extreme episodes of sexuality of healthy residents in a housing facility, the problematic sexual residents are partially transferred into a neighboring care facility and thereafter other residents and cafe givers are relieved from stressful contacts with the extremely sexual residents.

병원급식에 일반위생관리기준과 HACCP 제도 적용을 위한 시설ㆍ설비 위생관리 점검도구 개발 (Development of the Hospital Foodservice Facility Evaluation tools based on the General HACCP-based Sanitation Standards and Guidelines)

  • The rapid increase in food borne illness outbreaks in Korea has been one of the major threats to the Nation's Health. Foodservice establishments have been identified as the major place for these outbreaks, mainly due to the lack of sanitary management and sanitary facility management practices. The purposes of the study were to develop hospital foodservice facility evaluation tools, based on the general HACCP-based standards and guidelines, for hospital food service establishments, to ensure the safety of these foodservices and to reduce the risk of food home illness. The scope of this study included: 1) an assessment of the current foodservice sanitation practices and managements for 6 general hospitals, with more than 400 beds, and 3 general hospitals, with less than 400 beds; 2) the development of foodservice establishments sanitation evaluation tools and sanitation standards, based on the HACCP system. The survey data showed varied results between the hospitals surveyed. Most of the hospital foodservice operations had many problems with ventilation and the plumbing. The total dimensional mean scores for the hospitals with more than 400 beds and less than 400 beds were 31.5 and 27.0, respectively. The highest dimension scores were for the water supply facility and lighting, with the lowest for insect and rodent control and toxic materials management. The levels of the mean scores were very low, especially for the general hospitals with less than 400 beds. These low mean scores may have arisen from critical problems within the hospital foodservice operations. The most needed facility management items for improvement were: storage shelf should be spaced 6 inches from the floor and walls, the use of three compartment sinks, utility sinks and cleaning facilities, with a floor drain for cleaning mops or liquid wastes, a ventilation hood designed to prevent dripping onto food, cooking facilities should be disassembled for washing and sanitizing, a separated hand washing sink and a sanitized food board for each area should be provided, all toxic material must have warning labels attached, and be stored in an area away from food preparation under padlock. The evaluation tool consisted of 14 dimensions, with 65 check-off items. The results of this study will provide basic facilities' guidelines to regulators, or foodservice industry personnel, wishing to build, or expend, and establish an efficient flow of food. As a result, food borne illnesses will be effectively prevented, and the Nation's health will be promoted for the development of their own sanitation standards, with a checklist for the safe production of foods.

고속도로 시설물별 차선반사도 다양성 연구 (A Study on Retroreflectivities of Pavement Markings by Freeway Facility Types)

  • 차선의 주요성능인 차선반사도는 도로의 기하구조 특성, 차선재료, 교통량, 일기, 환경요인등 다양한 요소에 의해 영향을 받게 된다. 그 결과 차선은 영향을 받은 정도에 따라 각기 다른 반사성능을 나타내게 된다. 본 논문은 공용중인 고속도로에서 차선의 반사성능 감소가 심할 것으로 예상되는 특정 기하구조 및 시설물 구간의 차선반사도 증감의 특성을 확인하여 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 현행 최소차선반사도 기준과 비교하여 차선 반사도의 기하구조 또는 시설물 구간에 따른 차별적 관리가 필요하다는 주장을 제시하고자 한다. 데이타 분석을 위해 중부고속도로 하남JCT-남이JCT구간에서 황색실선. 백색점선의 차선반사도를 측정하였다. 이 측정치를 도로시설물 특이사항별로 구분하고, 각 구간에 대해 진입 전, 해당 구간, 통과 후로 구분하여 각각의 차선반사도를 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 곡선구간, 오르막구간, IC램프구간, 터널구간에서 차선반사도가 상대적으로 낮게 측정되었다. 이로써 차선반사도의 기하구조 및 시설물 구간에 따른 차별적 적용 및 관리의 필요성을 제시하였다.

중·저준위방사성폐기물처분사업에서 금융비용 감소를 위한 연구 (The Study for Reducing the Borrowing Cost for LILW Disposal)

  • 원자력발전소 및 산업계에서 발생하는 중 저준위방사성폐기물을 처분하기 위한 처분장이 2014년경 준공될 것으로 예상된다. 방사성폐기물 처분을 위해서는 물리적인 처분시설의 확보도 중요할 뿐만 아니라 발생자와 처분사업자 등 각종 이해관계자들이 모두 수긍할 수 있는 비용부과체계 마련도 중요하다. 우리나라의 처분비용은 해외의 다른 국가에 비하여 높은 편에 속하며 이는 폐기물 발생자와 처분사업자에게 많은 부담을 주고 있다. 우리나라의 처분비용이 높은 이유는 처분장 확보를 위한 사회적 비용 또는 건설비가 다른 국가에 비하여 상대적으로 높은 이유도 있겠으나, 처분장 건설을 위해 조달한 비용에서 발생한 금융비용이 보다 큰 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 처분사업의 지속가능한 사업체계 마련을 위해 비용 구조를 분석함으로서 처분비용 중 금융비용을 낮추기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

디지털트윈을 활용한 건축물 시설안전대응 통합관리체계 구축 필요성에 관한 연구 (Investigating on the Necessity of Integrated Project Management System for Effective Facility Management Utilizing Digital Twin Technology)

  • 2019년 발생한 코로나라는 팬데믹 영향의 장기화로 인해 사람들 간 접촉을 하지 않고도 생활이 가능한 비대면 활동의 중요성이 증대되면서 우리사회는 본격적인 언택트(untact) 시대로 진입하게 되었다. 언택트 시대는 우리의 일상생활뿐만 아니라 산업사회를 디지털화로 재편하는 거대한 구조적 변화를 초래하는데 영향을 미쳤는데, 그 중심의 핵심기술에 디지털트윈(digital twin)이 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 디지털트윈은 4차 산업혁명에 접목되고 있는 다양한 기술력을 융합하여 현실세계를 가상의 디지털 세계에 그대로 재현해내는 기술로, 다양한 산업 공정 전반에 관여하여 산업 사회에서의 혁신을 선도하고 있다. 그러나 디지털트윈이 갖는 구조적 한계 및 환경적 제약으로 인해 동 기술은 모든 산업 제반에 걸쳐 적극적으로 활용되고 있지는 않다. 특히 건축 및 시설물 분야는 일상에서 건물의 주기적 관리가 요구되고 재난 발생 시 인명피해와도 직결되는 분야이기 때문에 디지털트윈의 접목 필요성이 더욱 제기되고 있는 분야지만 현실적으로 직면한 사항들이 디지털트윈의 적용에 있어 장애물로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점에 착안하여 건축물 시설안전대응분야에서 디지털트윈 기술의 적용 필요성을 제시하고, 그로 인해 창출 가능한 기대효과를 기술함으로 디지털트윈의 적극적 활용을 강조한다. 더불어 디지털트윈이 현재 직면한 문제를 극복하고 향후 지속발전가능성이 높음을 시사하여 디지털트윈의 수요 창출을 견인하도록 연계짓는다.
