스마트 공장을 위한 CPS 기반 금형 수명 관리 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on CPS-based Mold Life-cycle Management System for Smart Factory)

  • 산업 4.0은 생산 설비 스스로 작업 방식을 결정하여야 한다. 하지만 중소기업에서는 여전히 이러한 작업 방식에 대한 준비가 미비한 수준이다. 본 논문에서는 생산 설비 스스로 작업을 진행할 수 있는 CPS 기반의 금형 수명 관리 시스템에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 금형 수명 관리 시스템은 금형의 shot를 통해 금형의 수명을 관리하며, 이리한 금형 수명 정보는 사용자에게 클라우드를 통해 제공된다. 이를 통해 생산 품질을 향상시켜 열약한 중소기업의 경영활동에 직간접적인 기대 효과를 높일 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

  • 수도건설사업은 공용이후단계에서 소요되는 운영${\cdot}$유지관리비용 중에서 기계설비 및 관로시설이 대부분을 차지하는 대표적인 플랜트시설로 구성되므로 일반적인 토목시설물의 LCC모델과 차별화되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수도건설사업에 적합하도록 비용분류구조를 제시하고 이에 따라 수도시설 LCC분석 모델을 개발하였다. 설계VE 활동시 기초가 되는 설계VA의 절차를 실무활용도 측면을 고려하여 개선된 설계VA절차를 제시하였다. 제시된 설계VA 절차와 LCC분석모델을 사용하여 실제 건설사업의 설계VE활동에 있어 송수관로의 적정 선형 선정에 적용하였다. 제안된 수도건설사업의 설계VA모델은 향후 수도건설사업의 경제적${\cdot}$가치혁신적 대안선정과 유지관리비 예산 추정 및 적정예산 배정에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

학교시설 수선주기 및 수선율 예측에 관한 기초적 연구 (A Preliminary Study on the Prediction of School Facilities Repair Frequency and Rate)

  • This study is to present an engineering solution for the repair frequency and repair rates of a building. The existing data for the repair frequency and repair rates are used to draw the probability distribution for the generalized repair frequency and repair rate in a building. The suggested methodology can be widely used for most buildings to estimate the legal repair frequency and repair rates. Also, the methodology can be applied to resolve the risks on the maintenance costs in LC (Life Cycle) plans or LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analysis. As the future studies, there are the multiple regression analysis including the parameters on incurred costs and the decision methods on efficient repair and replacement.

아파트 거주자의 근린생활시설 이용실태와 요구 - 여가시설을 중심으로 - (Demands for Leisure Facilities of Apartment Residents in Kimhae)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the demand for leisure facilities of apartment residents in Kimgae. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires designed for this study, and the sample consisted of 399 households. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and ANOVA analysis. Leisure facilities were divided into four specific types : sports facilities, hobby and cultured facilities, appreciation and exhibition facilities, and sociable facilities. It was found that the demands for four types of leisure facilities were high and the demands for park, swimming pool, culture center, library, cultural hall, and wamen’s hall were especially high. Family life cycle and housing size were important determinants of demands for leisure facilities.

교육시설물의 수선교체비용에 대한 확률론적 분석 연구 (A Probabilistic Analysis on the Repair and Replacement Cost of Educational Facilities)

  • Educational facilities are more uncertain about maintenance costs due to their comprehensive and long life-cycle compared to commercial buildings. In addition, maintenance of the existing post management system can not maintain the original function of education facilities continuously and economically. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to analyze the repair and replacement cost for the uncertainty factor in maintenance. This study propose a model to determine repair and maintenance cost and cycle of educational facility based on probabilistic estimation concept. For the analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, a probabilistic analysis method, was applied based on the repair and maintenance history data of the educational facilities in Florida. The results of this study can be used as a guideline for quantitative facility management and facility management research.

정수시설 자산관리 LoS분석 벤치마크지수 개발 (Development of Benchmark Index of LoS for Asset Management of Water Treatment Facilities)

  • Since aged water treatment facilities could threaten the sustainable water supply, asset management system has been adopted for their systematic management. Level of Service(LoS) is one of critical components of asset management and could be quantified through benchmark index(BMI). Water supplier could estimate consumer's satisfaction and their performance through BMI to improve the LoS. We developed BMI for water treatment facilities from customer's satisfaction survey. BMI, represented with the Total Service Score(TSS), was assessed with water quality, water pressure, taste and odor, water rate, and service quality with weighing factors. BMI could, further, be used to assist the analysis of the life cycle cost to increase the unit of LoS.

가족생활주기에 따른 외식업소의 품질 요소별 중요성 차이 (Korean Family’s Perception of the Importance of the Quality of Restaurants according to Family Life Cycle)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the customer’s perception of the importance of restaurant quality by using a developed SERVQUAL model. In particular, it was intended to provide the basic information for nutrition education for family’s eating out. the data were collected through the survey over 440 families who have lived around the apartments in Kyongju and Seoul. The structure questionnaire included 35 items evaluating the quality of restaurants, adapting SERVQUAL model and adding other factors related to restaurant and the general characteristics of the families. The data were analyzed using SPSS 10.0 WIN program for descriptive analysis, a chi-square test and Pearson’s correlation test. The major results were as follows: From the factor analysis, the 35 items related to the quality of restaurant have been categorized into 10 factors, ie., ‘Health’, ‘Reliability’, ‘Employee’, ‘Food’, ‘Facilities’, ‘Product’, ‘Empathy’, ‘Access’, ‘Comfort’, and ‘Safety’. From the analysis of the correlation between family life cycle of four steps and 10 factors, four factors such as ‘Health’, ‘Facilities’ (p<0.001), ‘Comfort’ (p<0.01) and ‘Product’ (p<0.05) showed statistical significance. ‘Health’ and ‘Product’ factors marked the highest score in the family with senior couple live without children or single, but the lowest score in the family with young couple without children or single. ‘Facilities’ and ‘Comfort’ factors showed the highest scores in the family with under elementary school children, and the lowest scores in the family with over elementary school children.

LCC 분석에 의한 하천수 미활용에너지 이용시스템의 경제성 평가 (Life-Cycle Analysis of the River Water Unutilized Energy System)

  • This paper presents the work on evaluating the LCC (Life-Cycle Cost) of a heat pump system as unutilized energy system. The river water as an unutilized energy source was used for the heat source of heat pump system. LCC analysis is a concrete method for evaluating the economical efficiency of energy facilities of building. The present case study shows an example of adequate use of the LCC analysis on a heat pump system and conventional gas boiler and refrigerator for building heat supply. A life cycle of 20 years was used to calculated net present value of energy cost. Over a 20 year life cycle, the energy cost could be reduced by 612 million won if a heat pump system were used instead of a conventional boiler and an absorption refrigerator.
