We fabricated an electrochemical detector (ECD) to catalyze redox reaction efficiently by electrodepositing Prussian blue (PB) on the indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) and amperometric method were used. We investigated the PB surface properties by topography from atomic force microscopy (AFM). Also PB film thickness calibration with respect to deposition time and voltage was used to get better PB surFace. The PB thin film of dense and smooth surface could catalyze redox reaction efficiently. Comparing with CE-ECD microchip using bare-lTO electrode, proposed CE-ECD microchip using PB deposited electrode has shown better sensitivity by determining the detected peak current from the electropherograms while the concentration of tested analyzes was maintained the same. It is verified that detection limit can be lowered for 0.01 mM of dopamine and catechol respectively.

Roentgenographic examination was Caine, premlars and molars involved in maxillary sinus in left side and Radiopaque in same Antrm. This underwent caldwell-Lue approach the Extracted Caine, premolars and molars and Curettage maxillary sinus walls and Closed primary sutured under Diagnosis of Odontogenic maxillary Sinusitis and Therapeutic principles. Patients had healed Completely one year after operation and no complaints and no Oro-Antral fistula.

Systemic lupus erythematosus is a disease of unknown etiology that affects many organ system and is characterized by the presence of multiple autoantibodies that participated in immunology mediated tissue injury. A 36 years-old female patient was admitted to ward due to high fever and erythematous rash on face and hole body. She exhibited itching sense, joint pain, nausea, fatigue, sensitivity to light. The homatologic finding revealed anemia, decrease of lymphocyte, low platelet count, but LE cell, Anti nuclear antibody(ANA) were negative. In the point of Differentiation of Syndrome(辨證), SLE can be thought to be a category of Seasonal febril disease(溫病). This subject diagnosed as Domination of intense evil heat(熱毒熾盛), and was administrated with Chungonpadocyem-gamibang(淸瘟敗毒飮加味方). The clinical and laboratory findings of our patient were improved by herb medication, acupuncture therapy and general supportive measure.

In this study, a macroscopic approach was carried out to gain insight into the bending mechanism of metallic sandwich plates. Shear force-punch stroke curves for various clearances were analytically derived for mild steel (CSP 1N) sandwich plates with the total thickness of 3 mm and 0.5 mm face sheets. As the clearance increases, shear force of the inner structures and sensitivity of punch stroke decrease. These data are useful to derive a criterion of judgment for core shear failure and de-bonding failure during U-bending.

This technology is a water leak repair technology using composite materials of concrete structures that block leakage of structures by injecting rapid microcement into the face of underground concrete to block water and injecting flexible glycidylacrylate. Rapid micro cement system repair materials are mixed with fine fibers to improve the flexural sensitivity of the material and to form a layer that blocks stabilized water at the back of the structure by allowing rapid and tight spatial filling during injection with high cohesion The glycidylacrylate repair material can control the expansion rate, and the external stress also has the characteristic that the form of the material is not destroyed or separated, which can also be applied to vibrating induced structures that produce repetitive fatigue loads, and has an effective durability in saline, alkali, acid (chloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid).

Objectives The aim of study was to suggest diagnostic indicator according to Exterior-Interior disease for the Sasang Constitution based on original symptom. Methods We investigated the literature(『Dongeuisusebowon sinchukbon』) and another study(Clinical Practice Guideline for Disease of Sasang Constitutional Medicine: Diagnosis and Algorithm). As a result, we developed diagnostic indicator of original symptom for Exterior-Interior disease in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Results and Conclusions Diagnosis of Exterior-Interior disease in Sasang Constitution was decided by heat and cold of original symptom. Detailed indicators of diagnosis in Exterior-Interior disease were heat/cold sensitivity, the degree of sweating, the amount of drinking water, thirst, face color and somatalgia.

Background: Prostate cancer is rapidly increasing in Korea and professional societies have requested adding prostate specific antigen (PSA) testing to the National Cancer Screening Program (NCSP), but this started a controversy in Korea and neutral evidence on this issue is required more than ever. The purpose of this study was to provide economic evidence to the decision makers of the NCSP. Materials and Methods: A cost-utility analysis was performed on the adoption of PSA screening program among men aged 50-74-years in Korea from the healthcare system perspective. Several data sources were used for the cost-utility analysis, including general health screening data, the Korea Central Cancer Registry, national insurance claims data, and cause of mortality from the National Statistical Office. To solicit the utility index of prostate cancer, a face-to-face interview for typical men aged 40 to 69 was conducted using a Time-Trade Off method. Results: As a result, the increase of effectiveness was estimated to be very low, when adopting PSA screening, and the incremental cost effectiveness ratio (ICER) was analyzed as about 94 million KRW. Sensitivity analyses were performed on the incidence rate, screening rate, cancer stage distribution, utility index, and treatment costs but the results were consistent with the base analysis. Conclusions: Under Korean circumstances with a relatively low incidence rate of prostate cancer, PSA screening is not cost-effective. Therefore, we conclude that adopting national prostate cancer screening would not be beneficial until further evidence is provided in the future.

영화 <사도>는 사도세자의 비극적 가정사에 공감하는 관객의 감수성, 사회적 기표에 대한 관찰의 기회를 제공한다. 관객은 사도세자의 비극을 보며 아버지와 아들의 상이한 정서적 감정, 전통의 이상과 가치의 상징인 아버지의 주체와 이를 파괴하려는 저항적 주체간의 상반된 의식이 마음속에서 충돌할 때 본래적 '나'로 회귀할 것인지 아니면 자동적 사회적 행동으로서 이를 봉합할 수 있는 무의식적 위선 혹은 의식화된 감정을 따를 것인지 고민한다. 관객은 전통적 사회의 상징인 아버지의 권위와 위엄을 지향하면서도 사도세자의 비극을 보며 '나'의 존재론적 철학적 가치를 중시하는 양가적 태도, 도덕적 가치관을 내 보인다. 본 연구는 아버지의 기표와 그에 대한 '나'의 저항 그리고 '나'의 광기를 살펴보는 가운데 도덕의 가치와 기준에 관한 관객의 사유를 살펴보고, 또한 과거의 도덕은 항상 도전에 직면할 수밖에 없고, 현재 역시 미래에 의해 전복될지도 모르는 도덕의 가치에 안위하고 있기에 관객이 최상의 것이기를 원하고 믿었던 도덕, 질서, 법의 체계는 언제나 미완성이고 변화무쌍한 것임을 말하고자 한다.

Structural health monitoring along with damage detection and assessment of its severity level in non-accessible reinforced concrete members using piezoelectric materials becomes essential since engineers often face the problem of detecting hidden damage. In this study, the potential of the detection of flexural damage state in the lower part of the mid-span area of a simply supported reinforced concrete beam using piezoelectric sensors is analytically investigated. Two common severity levels of flexural damage are examined: (i) cracking of concrete that extends from the external lower fiber of concrete up to the steel reinforcement and (ii) yielding of reinforcing bars that occurs for higher levels of bending moment and after the flexural cracking. The purpose of this investigation is to apply finite element modeling using admittance based signature data to analyze its accuracy and to check the potential use of this technique to monitor structural damage in real-time. It has been indicated that damage detection capability greatly depends on the frequency selection rather than on the level of the harmonic excitation loading. This way, the excitation loading sequence can have a level low enough that the technique may be considered as applicable and effective for real structures. Further, it is concluded that the closest applied piezoelectric sensor to the flexural damage demonstrates higher overall sensitivity to structural damage in the entire frequency band for both damage states with respect to the other used sensors. However, the observed sensitivity of the other sensors becomes comparatively high in the peak values of the root mean square deviation index.

Fashion have been expressed by a face through various a period, social change, and various culture changing. Human expresses as "Transformation" by applying these needs of changing to the fashion. A origin tribe expressed its own self by using direct body transformation and extreme decorations in the past. However, human express creative and esthetic desire based on shape, material, and transformation method in the present time characteristics of the body. Exceptional transformation breaking a existing fixed idea appeared frequently due to dissolution through transformation which is positive expression method in the fashion from 20th century. As a results, followings are obtained in this study. First, human body transforms by using a tool or intermediation in investigation of aesthetic meaning for human body. The object, Transformation, is stably transformed by disintegration, distortion, exaggeration and simplification reduction, as design's sensitivity. Second, transformation from relation of clothing composition is expressed by extension, reduction, simplification, and dissolution. In transformation from original tribe's sensitivity, past decorative desire lead to transformation of human body. To give variable change from past to present fashion, external formative will is introduced. Then, extreme expression is made by direct transformation of clothing type. It seems to be accomplished that human body's expression method is continuously changed into extension, exaggeration, reduction, and dissolution from transformation method as described before. Transformation of modem fashion is expression method by creative supervision. Extreme transformation substituted body's each part is based on immanent play and representative satisfaction. Through these transformation, it is judged that variety of creative type is achieved.
