일개 한방병원에 파킨슨병으로 내원한 환자의 사상의학적 특성에 관한 고찰 (The Analysis on Characteristics according to Sasang Constitution of Patients with Parkinson's Disease in a Korean Medicine Hospital)

  • Objectives The aim of this study was to make an analysis of clinical characteristics and status of Sasang constitutional medicine of patients with Parkinson's Disease who visited a Korean medicine hospital. Methods We studied 129 patients with Parkinson's Disease who visited a Korean medicine hospital from September 1, 2012 to June 30, 2018. We retrospectively collected medical history and characteristics of subjects using data of EMR (electronic medical record). Results The proportion of female was higher than male. The average age was 60s. The patients visited a hospital more than one year after the occurrence of symptoms. And they were mostly under western medicine treatment. Among the 129 patients, 56 persons(43.4%) were Taeeumin, 45 persons(34.9%) Soyangin and 28 persons Soeumin(21.7%). In the distribution of prescription according Sasang Constitutional Medicine symptomatology, there was no significant difference in the proportion of exterior cold disease(48.9%) and interior heat disease(51.1%) in Soyangin. Meanwhile the proportion of heat disease's prescription was higher than cold disease in Taeeumin(73.2%) and Soeumin(84.1%). The majority of disease were Dry-febrile symptom(73.2%) of heat disease in Taeeumin, Yang depletion-syndrome(64.3%) of heat disease in Soeumin, and Gyolhyung-symptom(33.3%) of exterior cold disease and Wasting thirst-syndrome(22.2%) of interior heat disease in Soyangin, Conclusions By Developing of guideline for treatment of Parkinson's Disease through analyzing on clinical characteristics and distribution of Sasang Constitutional Medicine symptomatology could contribute to the improvement of the cure rate and accuracy of constitution pattern.

2경간 연속 I-형교의 하중분배계수 (Load Distribution Factors for Two-Span Continuous I-Girder Bridges)

  • AASHTO Standard의 하중분배계수식은 지간과 주형간격이 클수록 안전측으로 나타나지만, 지간과 주형간격이 작으면 비안전측임을 기존의 유한요소 연구에서 밝혀졌다. AASHTO LRFD는 주형간격, 지간, 바닥판 두께, 그리고 종방향 강성에 따른 분배계수식을 규정하고는 있으나, 이 식은 초기에 알려지지 않은 종방향 강성 때문에 정확한 하중분배계수 값을 결정하기 위해서는 반복절차가 요구되어진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2경간 연속 I-형교의 내측 및 외측주형에 대하여 반복설계 과정을 필요로 하지 않는 하중분배계수 간략식을 제안한다. 주형간격, 주형길이, 바닥판 두께, 바닥판 폭, 그리고 브레이싱의 간격 및 크기의 영향을 조사하기 위하여 유한요소법을 사용하였다. GTSTRUDL을 사용하여 교량 상부구조를 편심 보모델로 이상화 하였으며, 바닥판은 쉘요소, 거더는 보요소, 그리고 이 요소들의 합성거동을 위하여 강절링크로 연결하였다. 이 해석으로부터 얻은 분배계수를 AASHTO Standard와 LRFD 방법과 비교하였으며, 다른 매개변수들에 비해 거더간격, 지간, 그리고 바닥판 두께는 분배계수에 미치는 영향이 크게 나타났다. 내측주형에서 LRFD의 분배계수는 대부분의 경우에 안전측으로 나타났지만, 외측주형에서는 지간이 길 경우 비안전측으로 나타났다. 또한, 회귀분석을 수행하여 하중분배계수 간략식을 개발하였으며, 이 식에 의한 하중분배계수는 유한요소결과 보다는 항상 안전측이면서, AASHTO LRFD 보다는 일반적으로 작게 나타났다. 제안된 간략식은 2경간 연속 I-형교에 대한 실제 하중분배계수 산정에서 교량설계자들에게 도움을 줄 것이다.

강합성 초간편 H형강 교량의 하중분배계수에 관한 해석적 연구 (A Numerical Study on Load Distribution Factors for Simplified Composite H-Beam Panel Bridges)

  • 본 논문에서는 압엽형강(H형강)을 이용한 초간편 강합성 교량에 대한 3차원 유한요소해석을 실시하여, 다양한 하중조건에 따른 하중분배값을 검토하였다. 유한요소해석에는 범용구조해석 프로그램 ABAQUS(2007)가 사용되었다. 하중분배계수 검토에 고려된 변수로는 콘크리트 슬래브 두께, 강판 두께, 주형길이, 바닥판 폭, 그리고 교량 연속성이 적용되었다. 해석을 통해 얻어진 하중 분배율은 AASHTO Standard 와 LRFD 설계기준의 제안식 및 기존 연구자들이 제안한 식들과 비교 검토되었다. AASHTO Standard는 매우 안전측의 하중분배율을 제안하고 있으며, AASHTO LRFD의 경우 내측주형의 경우 유사한 결과를 나타내기도 했으나 외측주형의 경우 대부분의 경우 큰 값을 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통해 제안된 하중분배값은 유한요소해석 결과를 토대로 안전측으로 제안되었으며, 설계변수별 상세설계에 적용가능하다. 또한 본 논문에서는 초간편 강합성 H형강 교량의 설계 간편성을 극대화하고 안전성을 고려하여 내측주형의 경우 0.42, 외측주형의 경우 0.32를 제안하였다. 본 연구내용에 검토된 매개변수 범위 내에서 간편 하중분배값의 적용이 가능하며, 본 연구의 결과는 초간편 강합성 H형강 교량의 설계 및 시공 활성화에 크게 기여할 것이다.

LCC기법을 통한 교육시설물의 유지관리비 변동범위 분석 (Variation Range for Maintenance Costs of Education Facilities Based on LCC Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 교육 시설물의 부위별(건물외부, 건물내부, 전기소화설비, 급수위생설비, 난방급탕설비) 유지관리비 변동범위 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 경기도에 위치한 10년 이상 운영되고 있는 교육시설물 3곳을 사례대상으로 선정한 후 보수이력에 따른 유지관리비 지출 내역을 조사하였다. 이렇게 조사된 실행 유지관리비와 LCC 기법을 통해 분석된 추정 유지관리비의 비교를 통해 변동범위를 분석하였다. 유지관리비의 변동범위 분석은 확률적 기법인 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 활용하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 의해 분석된 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사례 3곳의 부위별 평균 실행 유지관리비 분석 결과 총액 1,317백만원 대비 건물외부 19%, 건물내부 28%, 전기소화설비 22%, 급수위생설비 18%, 난방급탕설비 13%로 분석되었다. 둘째, 사례 3곳의 부위별 평균 추정 유지관리비 분석 결과 총액 1,920백만원 대비 건물외부 20%, 건물내부 25%, 전기소화설비 22%, 급수위생설비 20%, 난방급탕설비 13%로 분석되었다. 셋째, 사례 3곳의 부위별 실행 유지관리비 평균과 추정 유지관리비 평균에 대한 변동범위 분석 결과 평균 1,619백만원, 최소 1,409백만원, 최대 1,813백만원으로 분석되었다.

슬래브-기둥 접합부에 대한 전단강도모델 (Shear Strength Model for Slab-Column Connections)

  • 선행연구에서 제안된 변형률기반 전단강도모델에 근거하여, 슬래브-기둥 내부 및 외부접합부의 직접뚫림전단강도와 불균형휨모멘트강도를 정확하게 평가할 수 있는 강도모델을 개발하였다. 슬래브-기둥 접합부는 뚫림전단파괴에 앞서서 휨균열에 의해서 손상을 받으므로, 이 연구에서는 위험단면의 압축대에서 대부분의 전단저항이 발휘된다고 가정하였다. 슬래브 휨모멘트에 의해서 유발되는 압축수직응력이 콘크리트 압축대의 전단강도에 미치는 영향을 고려하기 위하여, 다축응력 상태에 대한 콘크리트 재료파괴기준을 이용하였다. 그 결과 위험단면의 전단성능이 휨손상의 정도에 따라서 정의되었다. 외부접합부는 비대칭적인 위험단면을 가지고 있으므로 하중재하방향을 고려하여 휨모멘트강도를 정의하였다. 실험 결과와 비교 결과, 제안된 강도모델은 현행 설계기준 보다 실험체의 강도를 더 정확하게 추정하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

로코코 시대의 장식적 특성을 응용한 아트마스크 디자인 (Art Mask Designs with Decorative Characteristics of the Rococo Age)

  • The purpose of this study was to categorize the decorative characteristics of the Rococo Age, which displays the most glamorous and elegant decorative beauty, in architecture, interior decorations, paintings, and patterns, and to analyze these characteristics and graft them onto art masks in a modern way. Piece I is a mixed media piece that based its motif on the ceilings and pulpits of the German Vis Pilgrimage Church, which is representative architecture of the Rococo Age. It was glamorously produced using gold and cubic zirconia. Piece II is also a mixed media piece that borrowed its motif from the exterior and gazebo of the Sanssouci Palace in Germany, another representative piece of architecture from the Rococo Age, and it was produced to clearly display the image of the Sanssouci Palace, using emerald and ivory. Piece III applies the furniture trends of the Rococo Age. Curves in S and C shapes, which can often be found in Chinese furniture, along with dark backgrounds, common in portrait paintings, were applied to give a sense of weight and dignity. Piece IV is an application of the fabric patterns of the Rococo Age. Continuous patterns of flowers and greenery stems were drawn on the mask to recreate the fabric patterns of the age. Piece V used the painting 'Swing' of the Rococo Age as its inspiration. Lace and ribbon decorations were used to emphasize feminine beauty and express the loveliness of the woman that appears in the painting. Piece VI borrows from the painting 'Madame de Pompadour' of the Rococo Age and the clothing worn by Pompadour. This piece grafted colors and themes through the painting and expressed a fusion of the dresses of Pompadour and lace that is clearly displayed in the architecture, paintings, clothing, interior decorations, and patterns of the Rococo Age, along with the rocaille (asymmetrically shaped decorations that resemble clams), flowers, leaves, stems, and Chinoiserie styles. These motifs clearly display the decorative characteristics of the age and these were grafted them onto art masks, confirming that it is possible to create new designs.

건축적 장식과 구조: 장식과 텍토닉의 관계를 중심으로 전통적 장식과 현대 장식 경향의 연계관계에 대한 연구 (Architectural ornament and structure: a study on the links between contemporary ornamental trends and traditional ornament, focusing on the relation between decoration and tectonics)

  • This research began by considering that, although architecture and architectural culture of the last two decades seem to have rediscovered ornament and some recent studies have reconsidered the ornamental issues of contemporary buildings, there is currently some difficulty in providing a synthetic investigation of this topic, because of the complex nature of the contemporary architectural situation. Following this premise, this research provides some reference points for further studies that will aim to expand the understanding, and attempt to classify and hypothesize the future of contemporary ornamental phenomena. Based on the assumption of the historical continuity of ornamental problems, and adopting the relation - both technical and aesthetic - between ornament and structure as one of the crucial issues to link past and present problems, the study firstly defines two categories and two sub-categories concerning the relation between ornament and structure, namely: a) ornament integral with the structure and b) ornament applied to the structure; a1) ornament visually expressing the structure and a2) ornament not visually expressing the structure. The study then reviews the historical development of ornament from ancient times to the present in the light of the above mentioned categories, and finally discusses the principles of traditional and modern ornament thus analyzed in relation to contemporary ornamental trends, as identified in selected case studies. Some common points between past and contemporary experiences are revealed in order to facilitate further investigations. In particular, the analysis shows a certain trend in contemporary architecture for a strong link between ornamental treatment and the structure of the building and a current tendency among contemporary designers to keep the exterior appearance of the building project separate from the design of the rest of the construction.

Case Studies on Space Zoning and Passive Façade Strategies for Green Laboratories

  • Laboratory buildings with specialized equipment and ventilation systems pose challenges in terms of efficient energy use and initial construction costs. Additionally, lab spaces should have flexible and efficient layouts and provide a comfortable indoor research environment. Therefore, this study aims to identify the correlation between the facade of a building and its interior layout from case studies of energy-efficient research labs and to propose passive energy design strategies for the establishment of an optimal research environment. The case studies in this paper were selected from the American Institute of Architects Committee on the Environment Top Ten Projects and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified research lab projects. In this paper, the passive design strategies of space zoning, façade design devices to control heating and cooling loads were analyzed. Additionally, the relationships between these strategies and the interior lab layouts, lab support spaces, offices, and circulation areas were examined. The following four conclusions were drawn from the analysis of various cases: 1) space zoning for grouping areas with similar energy requirements is performed to concentrate similar heating and cooling demands to simplify the HVAC loads. 2) Public areas such as corridor, atrium, or courtyard can serve as buffer zones that employ passive solar design to minimize the mechanical energy load. 3) A balanced window-to-wall ratio (WWR), exterior shading devices, and natural ventilation systems are applied according to the space programming energy requirements to minimize the dependence on mechanical service. 4) Lastly, typical laboratory space zoning categories can be revised, reversed, and even reconfigured to minimize the energy load and adjust to the site context. This study can provide deep insights into various design strategies employed for construction of green laboratories along with intuitive arrangement of various building components such as laboratory spaces, lab support spaces, office spaces, and common public areas. The key findings of this study can contribute towards creating improved designs of laboratory facilities with reduced carbon footprint and greenhouse emissions.

라이트의 윙스프레드 주택에 나타난 공간 특성에 관한 연구 - 벽난로 공간 구성 및 프레리와 유소니안 주택 건축의 공통된 특징을 중심으로 - (A Study on Spatial Characteristics of Wingspread House of Frank Lloyd Wright - Focused on the space composition of fireplace and common features of both Prairie and Usonian periods -)

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal the space composition of fireplace and common features of both Prairie and Usonian House found within Wingspread House. This house is the last and largest Prairie house and zoned house built in a Usonian period. However, this house is not an independent work, but rather Wright's evolutionary experiments of fireplace from his early works and his pursuit of Usonian ideal. This paper can be summarized as follows: 1) Living room has been transformed to allow spatial continuity towards exterior view and access and between neighboring rooms by removing doors and inglenook. At the Wingspread house Wright has introduced a freestanding fireplace in a living room with higher and prominent roof structure, therefore the space became a focal point as well as the central space of the entire house. 2) Wingspread and Coonley house have gallery space in common, but they have different settings in the living room composition. Also the living room and gallery space of Wingspread and Usonian houses have prospect and refuge principle by expansion and compression. 3) Wingspread house is a successful combination of Prairie and Usonian style to meet client's requirements in space composition and Wright's technology and economical experiments. This study is intended to reevaluate the significance of this house bridging his two great residential periods.

구도심 내 근대산업유산의 재생을 통한 문화클러스터 조성에 관한 연구 - M50, 뱅크아트1929, 아트플랫폼 사례를 중심으로 - (Creating Cultural Cluster through Reuse of Industrial Heritage in the Inner city - Case Studies of M50, BankART1929, ARTPlatform -)

  • This research aims to find planning issues on reuse of an industrial heritage as a cultural cluster and to suggest planning factors which can be referred when designing the similar cases. Analysis standards were formed through reviewing of precedent literatures, and the selected cases(i.e Shanghai M50, Yokohama BankART1929, and Incheon ArtPlatform) were analyzed to identify both physical and nonphysical planning characteristics. By combining analyses, the following results were obtained; (1) The demand and supply of the arts coexist in one place, and the studios and galleries are designed with high ceilings; (2) The regional and historical characteristics are revealed from preserving major architectural elements of previous buildings, and open spaces are provided to promote a variety of activities for local residents; (3) Various strategies to overcome disadvantage in location are developed, and the concepts of design can be easily recognized by buildings' exterior as the reused industrial heritage and the cultural cluster; (4) Diverse supports for artists make it possible to gather many competent artists, and the cooperative networks among artists play a pivotal role in the development of cultural cluster; (5) The cluster runs educational programs reflecting the needs of local residents, and builds a strong relationship with the local community by supporting regional art industry or developing linked programs; (6) The cluster serves various functions such as cafes, pubs, restaurants, art shops, and bookstores, and hosts appealing events and festivals to attract many people even who are not interested in arts.
