요추 신전 자세에서 야구, 축구 선수 및 일반대학생의 커플모션 연구 (A Study of Coupled Motion of Lumbar Spine in Extended Posture in Football, Baseball Players and General Students)

  • Purpose : To offer coupled motion caused by sidebending in the extension postures in lumbar spine in the football, baseball players and general students. Method : Coupled motion were analysed by three dimensional motion analyser in the sitting position during lateral bending. Result : Regardless of the direction of sidebending at L1-L3, L5-S2 in the extension posture of the lumbar spine, the direction of coupled motion in the baseball and football players were opposite to the direction of sidebending but the direction of coupled motion was same at L3-L5. while, the direction of sidebending at L1-L3, L3-L5 in the extension posture of the lumbar spine, the direction of coupled motion in the general students were same to the direction of sidebending but, the direction of coupled motion was opposite direction at L5-S2. Conclusion : we found a difference of coupled motion between athletes and non-athletes.

김치 유산균을 이용한 감 발효음료 특성 (Characteristics of Persimmon Juice fermented with Kimchi Lactic Acid Bacteria)

  • 본 연구는 대봉감을 이용한 다양한 가공제품 개발을 목적으로 김치 유산균을 활용하여 발효음료 제조기술을 확립하고, 감의 이용성을 확대하고자 실시하였다. 대봉감과 정제수의 1:3 희석액에 당원으로 쌀엿을 첨가하고, 저온살균한 후 L. buchneri BK-1 유산균으로 발효를 진행하였을 때 총산 생성능이 0.75%로 높고, 유산균 생균수가 $1.9{\times}10^8CFU/mL$ 수준으로 많았다. 쌀엿 첨가량이 많을수록 총산도는 증가하였는데, 신맛이 너무 강하지 않은 $10^{\circ}Brix$ 수준으로 쌀엿을 첨가하는 것이 기호도 향상에 좋은 것으로 조사되었다. 유산균 종류별 발효 결과, L. buchneri BK-1와 P. inopinatus BK-3 두 유산균을 이용하여 발효를 진행함으로써 총산 생성이 0.80~0.83%로 우수하고 유산균 수가 $2.7{\times}10^8{\sim}5.1{\times}10^8CFU/mL$ 수준으로 많은 음료를 제조할 수 있었다. L. buchneri BK-1 유산균을 이용하여 $30^{\circ}C$에서 발효 시 적정 발효기간은 음료의 신맛이 너무 강하지 않은 총산도 0.60% 미만인 약 4~5일이었다.

금강수계 농업용수의 수질 (Agricultural Water Quality along the Keum River)

  • The water quality of the Keum river was surveyed at 4 sites from April to September in 1995 and 1997. Average values of inorganic contents analyzed in 1997 were pH 7.2, EC 0.18dS/m, $NH_4-N$ 0.60mg/l, $K^+$ 4.12mg/l, $Ca^{2+}$ 12.12 mg/l, $Mg^{2+}$ 2.75mg/l, $Na^+$ 15.1mg/l, $NO_3-N$ 1.97mg/l, $PO_4^{3-}$ 0.15mg/l, $PO_4^-$ 18.9mg/l, $Cl^-$ 21.8mg/l, Fe 0.22mg/l, COD 19.7mg/l. On the basis of these values, it was suitable for the irrigation source. Water pH of the Keum river ranged from 6.7 to 8.0. EC of the Daecheong-dam was maintained below 0.13dS/m, but those of the middle and lower stream were ranged from 0.13dS/m to 0.32dS/m. Monthly average values of all the ration contents were the highest in April and were decreased thereafter. And it was slightly increased in September. However $NO_3-N$, $SO_4^{2-}$ contents were higher in June than any other months. All the inorganic contents were the highest at Taepyeong-ri, Yeongi-gun due to sewage water and livestock wastes. The inorganic contents were negatively correlated with precipitation, generally.

찰옥수수의 전자공여작용과 페놀성화합물, Tocopherols 및 Carotenoids의 함량 (Electron Donating Ability and Contents of Phenolic Compounds, Tocopherols and Carotenoids in Waxy Corn (Zea mays L.))

  • 항산화활성이 높은 찰옥수수를 육종하고, 옥수수의 항산화활성에 가장 큰 효과를 나타내는 물질을 추적하고자, 찰옥수수 자식계통과 재래종의 항산화활성을 측정하고 페놀성화합물, tocopherols, carotenoids의 함량을 측정하였다. 전자공여능에 의한 항산화활성은 $15.5{\sim}65.0%$였고, 페놀성화합물은 $102.3{\sim}323.5\;{\mu}g/mL$였으며, tocopherols는 $15.6{\sim}144.2\;{\mu}g/mL$였고, A450의 값은 $0.047{\sim}0.206$였다. 4종의 검정찰옥수수는 항산화활성이 48.7%, 페놀성화합물은 $267.0\;{\mu}g/mL$, tocopherols은 $87.0\;{\mu}g/mL$로 상당히 높았다. 항산화활성과 페놀성화합물, tocopherols의 함량과는 고도의 상관관계가 있었으나 carotenoids와는 유의성이 없었다.

Effects of different covering material on stable winter survival management with edible leaf in ramie (Boehmeria nivea L.).

  • This study was to evaluate methods to high quality food ramie rice cake, thereby increasing farm income. This study investigated the effects of different covering material on stable winter survival management with edible leaf in Ramie(Boehmeria nivea L.). The method of winter survival with covering material were conducted under three condition compose to Non covering, Rice straw cutting covered with 500kg.10a-1, Rice husks covered with 1,000kg.10a-1(covered 4~5 cm thickness in the soil surface). Method of application were standard application(N-P-K-Compost applied at 27-9-27-600kg.10a-1. Compost and fused phosphate applied at 100% of basal fertilizer in March 25. 20% of top dressing were four times application in March 25 - October 5. Planting year were March 15, 2011. Plants were spaced 60 cm apart in rows 25 cm apart with open cultivation. According to non covering < Rice husks covered with 1,000kg.10a-1 < Rice straw cutting covered with 500kg.10a-1 cultivation this order, aerial part as a result were plenty amount of growth. Sprout time and winter survival rates was uncovering control plot compared to 2 - 5 days quickly, 45-57% highly by rice husks and rice straw covering. Green leaf yields is untreated control plot (12,44 kg.10a-1) compared to rice husks covering 7% higher, and rice straw covering increased to 18% of the most.

형질전환 효율성 향상을 위한 국화 최적 품종 선발 및 배지.배양조건설정 (Selection of the fittest varieties of chrysanthemum (Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura) and set of culture condition for efficient transformation)

  • To set efficient transformation system in chrysanthemum, thirty-four chrysanthemum (Dendranthema grandiflorum Kitamura) varieties were collected and cultured for shoot regeneration. Five varieties, ‘Shuho-no-chikara', ‘Zinba', ‘Baekma', ‘Pink pride' and ‘Keumsu' of them were selected, because they had a high shoot regeneration efficiency. MS medium containing 1.0 mg/L NAA and BA respectively was very adequate for shoot regeneration in those varieties. MS medium with 3.0 mg/L NAA and 1.0 mg/L kinetin in ‘Shuho-no-chikara' and the medium with 0.5 mg/L NAA and 3.0 mg/L BA in ‘Keumsu' were also suitable for shoot regeneration. The most efficient callus induction and shoot regeneration were obtained on MS medium. Shoot regeneration was enhanced more than 8% on MS medium with 0.3% phytagel and 10-15 mg/L putrescine. The best cultural material for shoot regeneration was stem. When stem was used as a culture material, shoot regeneration rate was increased more than 26% and the days to shoot regeneration was shortened about 14 days.

찰옥수수 $F_1$의 지방산 조성과 항산화 활성 (Fatty Acid Composition and Antioxidative Activity in Waxy Corn (Zea mays L.) $F_1's$)

  • 우리나라 찰옥수수의 품질을 향상시키는 성분육종의 기초자료를 제공하고자, 310개 $F_1$의 지방산 조성과 항산화 활성, 페놀화합물, tocopherols, carotenoids의 함량을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. Palmitic acid와 stearic acid, linoleic acid, 불포화지방산은 각각 $14.6{\pm}2.5%,\;2.5{\pm}1.0%,\;24.8{\pm}4.2%,\;55.6{\pm}5.4%,\;81.8{\pm}3.1%$였고, 항산화 활성과 페놀화합물, tocopherols, carotenoids의 함량은 각각 $22.8{\pm}5.9%,\;36.2{\pm}11.5\;{\mu}g/mL,\;120.3{\pm}27.7\;{\mu}g/mL,\;0.4{\pm}0.6\;{\mu}g/mL$였다. Linoleic acid와 oleic acid 간에는 고도의 부의 상관관계가 있었다. 항산화활성은 페놀화합물과 tocopherols 함량과는 고도의 상관관계가 있었으나, carotenoids의 함량과는 유의성이 없었다
