본 연구의 목적은 u-health 서비스 수요자를 대상으로 u-health 서비스에 대한 기본적인 인식 이용 의향 및 법 제도 개선 방향을 조사함과 동시에 u-health 서비스 활성화 방안에 대한 공급자 및 다양한 관련 이해집단 전문가 의견을 조사하여, 이를 바탕으로 u-health 서비스 활용확산을 위한 정책방향을 도출하는 것이다. 조사 결과, 수요자와 공급자 양측 모두 장기적으로는 u-health 서비스 활용 범위가 크게 확대될 것으로 예상하였지만 현재 u-health 서비스 활용 확산에 여러 가지 걸림돌이 존재하여 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 소비자 대상 설문 조사에서는 u-health 서비스에 대한 인식 및 신뢰가 아직 충분하지 않은 점 때문에 단기간 내에 전면적인 활용 확산이 어려울 것으로 나타났으며, 전문가 조사에서는 법 제도적 문제가 가장 큰 걸림돌로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 u-health 서비스가 우리나라에서 빠르게 활성화되기 위해서는 u-health 서비스에 대한 인지도를 높여야 하며, 소비자들이 u-health 서비스를 보다 신뢰할 수 있도록 업계와 정부의 노력이 필요하다. 또한 u-health 서비스 관련 법 제도를 조속히 개선하여 공급자가 u-health 서비스를 통하여 안정적으로 수익을 창출할 수 있는 환경을 만들어야 한다.

In this research, we observed the co-works among novice and expert science teachers who were involved in a science teacher association and explored their interactions. The science teacher association is K-12 science teachers' gathering near Seoul. This study is a case study with the participant observation and the private interview of 8 novice teachers and 3 expert teachers. Based on the collected data, interaction between novice and expert teachers was categorized as seven types; question and answer, demonstration, presentation, co-working, providing materials, listening, and showing interest. Several factors supporting such an active interaction were derived from this study; 1) Teachers perceived well about the importance and the merits of co-working with other science teachers. 2) The open and cooperative environment of the science teacher association supported teachers' interaction. 3) There were tasks that teachers needed to co-work such as the science fair and the science camp. 4) There were opportunities of interactions for publishing books and developing modules. 5) Lots of expert teachers were willing to help and co-work with novice teachers. We found that novice teachers could continue to grow in terms of the professional development under interactive, continuing and cooperative environment with expert teachers.

For the identification of the optimal operating conditions of phosphoric acid plant, an intelligent simulation was performed based on the dissolution reaction of phosphate rock. A phosphoric acid plant consists of three main processes : ball-mill grinding process, rock reaction process and slurry filteration process. The grinding and filteration processes are relatively simple processes and most of the simulation works are on the reaction process. The practical operation data of phosphoric acid plant at Namhae Chemical Corp. were utilized in the simulation. The operation of the phosphoric acid plant is highly dependent on the heuristics of operators and so the expert system technology was employed. The operation of phosphoric acid plant varies with the origin of phosphate rock. Results of the simulation showed the optimal values of major process variables and optimal operating conditions. The knowledgebase for the expert system was constructed based on the interview with the experienced plant operators.

In this study, we propose an expert system aided model necessary for extracting the rules, which can diagnose the success level of new product development project. For this purpose, first, we design a classification model to analyze the characteristics of $\ulcorner$parts development projects$\lrcorner$. Second, in order to select success factors, we explore literatures and interview with project managers working at large sized companies of electronic parts. And we conduct the enquete survey and statistical analysis to extract key success factors. Third, in order to decide the level of project success, we use the concept of 'Recearchitivity' as a framework of judgement criteria. Fourth, in order to extract diagnosis rules, we use expert system development tool.

The information protection security diagnosis institution was applied services since 2004, for the leveling up of public information protection and the establishment of the stability and reliability of information communication. And this security diagnosis was implemented actually on the 142 firms in 2005, the 160 firms in 2006 and the 205 firms in 2007. But this is recognized by the some firms as one of the unnecessary regulations. And there are some difficulties with collecting the subjective and reliable source data for establishing the information protection security diagnosis target. In this research, the enhanced model on the selection of information protection security diagnosis target firms was suggested by the interview with some expert and the analysis for the related actual data. By the model which are introduced from the statistical analysis of the related data and the summary of some expert's suggestions, information protection security diagnosis target can include the information telecommunication service providers taking 5 billion won as sales in a year, and web service providers like as shopping mall site, with the personal records of 2 million subscribers.

The purpose of this study was to identify methods to effectively train experts in trade. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the relevant literature was analyzed. Three experts from each of academia, the private sector and the government sector were interviewed. The study results found that the problems of cultivating trade experts were quantitative and qualitative mismatches, the disparity with the field, and the lack of government support for training trade experts, etc. Methods for fostering trade experts were suggested to resolve these mismatches, to secure a budget for training trade experts, to establish a body or council for coordination, to develop a trade expert roadmap, to introduce a program for certificated trade expert, and to improve the quality of education for trade experts.

본 연구의 목적은 Railway BIM (Building Information Modeling)기반 PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)(R-PLM) 기술을 개발할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 도출하고 개발 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 철도 분야는 구성요소들이 객체지향적으로 모델링되고 전 생애주기가 효과적으로 관리된다면 공학건설 생산성을 극대화할 수 있다. 이 두 가지 기술은 각각 BIM, PLM 기술로 널리 알려져 있다. 연구 목적을 얻기 위해 국내 PLM과 BIM 전문가 자문을 통하여 R-PLM 기능을 명확히 정의하고 기대효과와 장애요인에 대하여 3차에 걸쳐 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 회수된 결과를 통계적으로 분석하여 분야, 경력에 따른 각 항목들의 시각 차이를 확인하고 유의미한 수준에서 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 R-PLM 기술 개발을 위한 고려사항을 제안한다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the early childhood education teacher's ability to implement play-centered curriculum that is recognized by an early childhood education expert based on an analysis of focus group interviews. Methods: Two professors of early childhood education, two directors of daycare centers, and two early childhood education teachers participated in the focus group interview. The interview was conducted three times. The interviewed data were categorized and compared. Results: The action competence of the play-centered curriculum required for early childhood teachers were categorized into the following categories; comprehending play, recognizing play, and practicing child-centered play. Detailed factor competencies were required for understanding play, reflective thinking, reading play, recording play, playing like a child, and supporting play. Conclusion/Implications: For actualizing play-centered curriculum, early childhood education teachers needed to comprehend, recognize, and practice for child's play. Furthermore, we discussed the necessity and direction of teacher education to improve the teacher's action competence for play-centered curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to develop spatial configuration and area calculation method of warehoue. This paper deals with warehouses with palletized cargo since recently pallets are widely used in many warehouses to enhance efficiency. We identify spatial configuration and characteristics of each area. To represent realistic situations, we analyze characteristics of logistics equipment as well as interview results with expert warehouse architects. Through these analysis we suggest guidelines on area calculation of warehouse.

우리 국민 10명 중 6명 이상은 '유비쿼터스'가 무엇을 의미하는가를 인지하고 있으며, u사회가 5~10년 내에 현실화될 것으로 내다보고 있다고 한다. 그만큼 우리가 살고있는 현재 e사회는 빠르게 u사회로 변화 발전해 가고 있다. 유비쿼터스로의 발전과정에서 주목받는 기술이 바로 전파식별(RFID)이며, RFID 기술에 주목하는 것은 다가올 디지털 융합, 유비쿼터스 시대의 첨병 역활을 할 것이기 때문이다. 또한 유비쿼터스 세상은 새로운 기술표준을 요구하고 있다. 통합과 호환성이 필요하기 때문이다. 이번 특집은 대규모 수요를 견인할 수 있는 국가적 프로젝트인 '모바일 RFID'의 산업 및 시장 활성화를 위한 표준화, 기술개발 동향 등을 중심으로 현황과 전망에 대해 관련 표준화를 주도하는 '모바일RFID포럼'의 채종석 운영위원장으로부터 들어본다(편집자주).
