팽창재 혼입율 변화에 따른 고성능 콘트리트의 특성 (The Properties of High Performance Concrete to the Variation Expansive Additives)

  • In this paper, the compensation of the shrinkage in high performance concrete by applying CSA expansive additives are discussed. According to toe experimental results, fluidity and strength decrease with the increase of the dosage of expansive additives. When 5% of expansive additive are mixed, not only high fluidity and strength, but also the compensation of drying-shrinkage can be achieved.

  • In this paper, the properties of high performance concrete with fly ash and expansive additives are investigated. According to the experimental results, when 10% of fly ash and 5% of expansive additives are mixed in concrete mixture, the improvement of the quality in the side of the fluidity, strength and the prevent of the crack caused by drying-shringkage can be accomplished.

  • When the expansive additives are used in concrete to reduce the shrinkage cracking, it shows variable properties with the curing method and curing temperature. Therefore, in this study, the experiments are perfomed to present the expansion of cement mortar by varying the unit additions of expansive additives and the curing method. According to the test results, the order of expansion by curing method, which is caused by hydration heat of cement, is follows ; curing at water > curing at air after curing at water for 7 days > curing at air. Cement mortar using expansive additives shows that high expansion is place with rise of temperature.

  • The objective of this study is to develop the non crack ready mixed concrete and the high quality concrete under various addition ratios of expansive additives. According to the experiment results, when expansive additive are mixed in concrete mixture by about 6% per cement contents, in W/B of 45~55%, it is found that the strength increase and the shrinkage compensation can be achieved by about 2~3 times. And it is considered to produce high quality concrete and non crack ready mixed concrete.

  • Usually, the expansive additives is used to prevent the occurrence of drying shrinkage in concrete. However it may sometimes be over-added in field due to the insufficient cognition of constructor's, which may cause the serious problems in concrete structures. In this study the experiments are performed to present the expansion properties of concrete by varying the water to binder ratios, unit contents of expansive additives and curing conditions. By the results, the strength showed an increase with the addition of expansion additives from 30kg/㎥ up to 50kg/㎥, and a great decrease by contraries if the larger amount are added. Also the more the expansion additives were used, the more length change occurred in concrete. In view of the curing conditions, the concrete by air cured appeared a little expansion even the unit expansion additives increased, which showed an opposite inclination of that with standard curing. This could be explained by the less occurrence of hydration in air condition which also lead to the little expansion of concrete. Hence the expansion concrete to be cured in water or moisture condition became an especial important thing. concrete using expansive additives showed that high expansion was taken place with the rise of temperature.

  • 종래의 시멘트 모르터 그라우트 방식에 의한 제자리 콘크리트 말뚝은 시공후 자기수축 및 건조수축 등에 의하여 말뚝의 내력이 저하하고, 지하수에 의하여 재료분리가 발생하며, 많은 단위시멘트량에 의한 비경제성 등이 문제시되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 팽창제 및 플라이애쉬 등 각종 혼화재료를 이용한 제자리 콘크리트 말뚝용 고성능 시멘트 모르터의 역학적 성질이 분석되었다. 실험결과 팽창재 혼입율이 증가함에 따라 유동성은 감소하고, 공기량은 증가하며, 응결시간은 지연되고 압축강도는 7일에서는 감소하나 28일 및 91일 재령인 경우는 팽창제혼입율 5%에서 약간 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 플라이애쉬치환율이 증가함에 따라 유동성은 양호해지고, 공기량은 증가하며, 응결시간은 지연되고 압축강도는 약간 감소하였다. 또한 길이변화특성은 팽창재혼입율이 증가할수록 크게 팽창하고, 플라이애쉬치환율이 증가할수록 수축은 작은 것으로 나타났다.

  • Recently, high performance concrete developed has a good quality at fresh and hardened state, but high binder contents results in spending much money on manufacturing and many cracks by drying and autogenous shrinkage. Therefore, in this paper, not only prevention of cracks caused by drying and autogenous shrinkage, but improvement of quality and accmplishment of economy by applying F.A(fly ash), S.F(silica fume) and CSA(calcium sulfa aluminate) expansive additives as an inorganic admixtures in W/B 35% are discussed. According to the experimental results, when 5% of CSA Expansive additives and 15:5 (F.A:S.F)are replaced at unit cement content, high performance concrete with both good compensation of drying and autogenous shrinkage at hardened state is accomplished.

  • The objective of this study is to improve the quality of concrete, which has been getting worse with high amount of unit water, by using Expansive Additives. 6% of addition ratios of expansive additives with the combination of 45%, 55% of W/B are selected under various amount unit water for this experiment. According to the experimental results, less than 180kg/$\textrm{m}^3$ of unit water has little influence on compressive strength and less length-change has been fond in 45% of W/B.

  • This study examined the effect of curing conditions on the compressive strength of dry mortar for floor. The compressive strength according to the relative humidity during curing was compared, and the influence of expansive additives on compressive strength under water curing was reviewed. As a result, low relative humidity conditions during curing was not effective in improving the compressive strength of dry mortar for floor, and it was judged that the continuous hydration reaction insufficient due to lack of the moisture supply. In order to improve compressive strength, high relative humidity maintenance was found to be an important factor. However, under water curing conditions, the compressive strength has decreased as a result of continuous volume expansion due to the use of the expansive additives.

  • This study is performed to verify the effect of CSA expansive additives for concrete by material properties test and 4 point-bendig test of RC slabs. The result shows that the variations of compress strength, bending strength, and modulus of elasticity of expansive concrete are the same as those of plain concrete. And the crack load of RC slabs with expansive concrete are increased in comparision with that of plain concrete, but the ultimate strength of RC slabs with expansive concrete is decreased.
