The river levee collapse and flood damages are dramatically increased due to the floods which caused by abnormal weather nowadays. The counterplan like TDR(Time Domain Reflectometry) river levee leaking exploration technique is needed to that levee failure causes of levee failure such as levee failure by penetration, piping, inadequate levee materials selection, poor compaction are almost 52% of the failure. This research practiced various comparing experiments of existing TDR(probe and tube types) and developing CAP type TDR to evaluate acrylic small CAP mould and low-cost TDR levee leaking monitoring system which was used probe type TDR. As the result, evaluated TDR system had 20cm critical exploration performance which was a leaking exploration performance, The functional ratio of TDR exploration sensitivity of dry density was sensitive more than 3 times than dry density, and weathered granite soil foundation water contents(w)-dielectric constant(${\epsilon}$) corelation formula was suggested to measure functional ratio on developing cap type TDR system.
In order to increase the therapeutic effect of radiation, there has been an increase in the use of conventional photon therapy. The intensive care unit should pay more attention to the radiation safety evaluation due to the higher energy and the larger facility compared to the existing Photon treatment. These radiation safety evaluations are mainly performed by using Monte Carlo simulation, and the first thing to be done is geometric modeling. The Heavy-ion treatment facility uses synchrotron as the accelerating device, which is difficult to precisely model geometrically and is mostly modeled briefly. This study investigated the effect of simplification and precise implementation of Dipole magnet among the components of synchrotron acceleration device on the radiation safety evaluation. The results show that the simplified geometric model is overestimated with the precisely implemented geometric model. Therefore, it is considered that the radiological safety evaluation results in more reliable results of the precise geometric modeling.
Projection of load of cancer mortality helps in quantifying the burden of cancer and is essential for planning cancer control activities. As per our knowledge, there have not been many attempts to project the cancer mortality burden at the country level in India mainly due to lack of data on cancer mortality at the national and state level. This is an attempt to understand the magnitude of cancer mortality problem for the various calendar years from 2011 to 2026 at 5-yearly intervals. Age, sex and site-wise specific cancer mortality data along with populations covered by the registries were obtained from the report of National Cancer Registry Programme published by Indian Council of Medical Research for the period 2001-2004. Pooled age sex specific cancer mortality rates were obtained by taking weighted average of these six registries with respective registry populations as weights. The pooled mortality rates were assumed to represent the country's mortality rates. Populations of the country according to age and sex exposed to the risk of cancer mortality in different calendar years were obtained from the report of Registrar General of India providing population projections for the country for the years from 2011 to 2026. Population forecasts were combined with the pooled mortality rates to estimate the projected number of cancer mortality cases by age, sex and site of cancer at various 5-yearly periods Viz. 2011, 2016, 2021 and 2026. The projections were carried out for the various cancer-leading sites as well as for 'all sites' of cancer. The results revealed that an estimated 0.44 million died due to cancer during the year 2011, while 0.51 million and 0.60 million persons are likely to die from cancer in 2016 and 2021. In the year 2011 male mortality was estimated to be 0.23 million and female mortality to be 0.20 million. The estimated cancer mortality would increase to 0.70 million by the year 2026 as a result of change in size and composition of population. In males increase will be to 0.38 millions and in females to 0.32 millions. Among women, cancer of the breast, cervical and ovary account for 34 percent of all cancer deaths. The leading sites of cancer mortality in males are lung, oesophagus, prostrate and stomach. The above results show a need for commitment for tackling cancer by reducing risk factors and strengthening the existing screening and treatment facilities.
The concept of the center of gravity is presently being introduced in elementary school curriculums and is broadly applied to Mathematics, Physics, and the Engineering field in University education which are mostly theoretical classes much separated from actual life in the practical educational field. In 2013, ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ University of Science and Gifted Education, had developed the multidisciplinary approach program of verifying the center of gravity for gifted students, but this program was reconstructed and applied to ordinary students and the effectiveness was analyzed to lay the foundation and generalize this convergence education. Including experiments for verifying the center of gravity in an object with a hollow interior and the existence of a center of gravity outside an object, I proposed realizing the calculations by considering the weight of the lever, the Principle of the lever being a core factor when finding the center of gravity. We altered the existing 8 step program to a 4 step program for the told 65 students from elementary, Junior and High School students, letting them freely select the class lecture by themselves. The analysis attained from surveys, debates and interviews showed that by precise error analysis, students achieved a higher success experience, showing us the importance of the development of a new convergence program.

This study outlines two viewpoints the classification of phone likely unit (PLU) which is the foundation of korean large vocabulary speech recognition, and the effectiveness of Chiljongseong (7 Final Consonants) and Paljogseong (8 Final Consonants) of the korean language. The phone likely classifies the phoneme phonetically according to the location of and method of articulation, and about 50 phone-likely units are utilized in korean speech recognition. In this study auditory phonetical knowledge was applied to the classification of phone likely unit to present 45 phone likely unit. The vowels 'ㅔ, ㅐ'were classified as phone-likely of (ee) ; 'ㅒ, ㅖ' as [ye] ; and 'ㅚ, ㅙ, ㅞ' as [we]. Secondly, the Chiljongseong System of the draft for unified spelling system which is currently in use and the Paljongseonggajokyong of Korean script haerye were illustrated. The question on whether the phonetic value on 'ㄷ' and 'ㅅ' among the phonemes used in the final consonant of the korean fan guage is the same has been argued in the academic world for a long time. In this study, the transition stages of Korean consonants were investigated, and Ciljonseeng and Paljongseonggajokyong were utilized in speech recognition, and its effectiveness was verified. The experiment was divided into isolated word recognition and speech recognition, and in order to conduct the experiment PBW452 was used to test the isolated word recognition. The experiment was conducted on about 50 men and women - divided into 5 groups - and they vocalized 50 words each. As for the continuous speech recognition experiment to be utilized in the materialized stock exchange system, the sentence corpus of 71 stock exchange sentences and speech corpus vocalizing the sentences were collected and used 5 men and women each vocalized a sentence twice. As the result of the experiment, when the Paljongseonggajokyong was used as the consonant, the recognition performance elevated by an average of about 1.45% : and when phone likely unit with Paljongseonggajokyong and auditory phonetic applied simultaneously, was applied, the rate of recognition increased by an average of 1.5% to 2.02%. In the continuous speech recognition experiment, the recognition performance elevated by an average of about 1% to 2% than when the existing 49 or 56 phone likely units were utilized.

Damage level of coastal structures has been scaled up according to increase of wave height and duration of the storm due to the abnormal global climate change. So, the design criteria for new breakwaters is being intensified and structural strengthening is also conducted for the existing breakwaters. Recently, interlocking concept has been much attention to enhance the structural stability of the conventional caisson structure designed individually to resist waves. The interlocking caisson breakwater may be survival even if unusual high wave occurs because the maximum wave force may be reduced by phase lags among the wave forces acting on each caisson. In this study, the dispersion characteristics of wave forces using interlocking system that connect the upper part of caisson with cable in the normal direction of breakwater was investigated. A simplified linear model was developed for computational efficiency, in which the foundation and connection cables were modelled as linear springs, and caisson structures were assumed to be rigid. From numerical experiments, it can be found that the higher wave forces are transmitted through the cable as the angle of incident wave is larger, and the larger the stiffness of the interlocking cable makes larger wave dispersion effect.
This article analyzes Sergei Eisenstein's acting theory, which is famous for his Russian montage. According to the existing discussions, he avoids the psychological realism through the concept of cut acting. It is a method like montage from the viewpoint that the practice of the cut action is segmented into shots. While Vsevolod Pudovkin, who asserts a connection montage, is looking for performance to portray a gradual change of emotion adopted by Konstantin Stanislavsky's psychological realism, Eisenstein prefers the acting of Vsevolod Meyerhold's masks in the same manner as the collision montage. This article traces the viewpoints on acting and actor that Eisenstein posed throughout his montage theory. It focuses on Film Sense(1942) and Film Form(1949), which are a collection of articles written by Eisenstein. As a result of examining the domestic and foreign literatures centering on Korean and English, it is hard to find the discussions on the analysis of Eisenstein's acting theory. Almost all of them are concentrated in his montage, among which the mention of acting is extremely limited. The cut acting, the typage, the inner techniques and processes of actor that express and induce the living emotions, and the acting of the integrating into diversity as one of the inner language are useful concepts in the creation and case analysis of contemporary films. Especially, his acting theory can be applied in the creation process of cartoons, webtoons, and animations which can meet the most decisive and impressive montage technique of Eisenstein. It is also possible to find many related cases for the analysis. This is why I look back on Eisenstein's film acting theory, and the results of the discussion will be a sufficient foundation for the derivation of related research.
In order to accomplish the successful performance management of the national research and development programs, it is necessary to establish the legal system that provide a institutional foundation and to set up and practice the relative substantial operating system. This paper aims to study the problems and improvement measures of the Performance Management System in National R&D Programs. For this purpose, the development of legal system on the performance management in national R&D programs was surveyed, the problems in existing laws and ordinances on the performance management were analyzed, and lastly the improvement measures on the legal system of the performance management were suggested. The legal system of performance management is being composed of and managed with The Framework Act On Science And Technology that prescribed the national science and technology policy direction, and Act On The Performance Evaluation And Management Of National Research And Development Projects, Etc. that prescribed the basic policies of performance management process and methods, and Regulations On The Management, Etc. Of The National Research And Development Projects that prescribed the concrete methodologies on performance management. Results of the study, it is necessary that the performance management laws and ordinances need improvement of Compatibility, the object and range of performance management system extend more widely to the whole field of national R&D programs in principle, and the performance management process and methods improve reasonably considering the goal and direction of national R&D policy.

Among tile traffic safety facilities, median barriers are installed above 4-lane national roads due to the awareness of haying an effect on preventing the front collision. Studies about the installation effect analysis of median harrier have been carried out through both at home and outside, mainly indicating total accident reduction effect on pertinent sections. In sum, study about how the accident occurrence form is changed at the point classified by the accident type or severity is insignificant. In the case of outside the country, calculating the accident reduction effect according to the type of median barriers is main research and in domestic, though there is a part of researches assessing reduction effect by accident types, it is not reliable in the view or statistics because of using only 1year's before-aftev data installing the facility, So in this Paper. it is the main purpose to presume the accident conversion effect. For this, we conduct an investigation and collect data about 7-year's accident data containing before-after Project, safety facilities foundation records and index of road alignment on the subject of 4-1ane national roads(108.6km) existing median barrier. Next. using the empirical bayes method, we estimate a model construction and accident conversion effect of accident type severity. We expect the result or this Paper will be applied for a policy execution and Presentation of facility standard related to median barrier from now on.
