Rural tourism is primarily a domestic tourism activity with visitors traveling to non-urban area. Therefore, local agricultural and special products as one of rural amenity resources have been used revisitation carriers of rural tourism. For these purpose, this study selected Cheongsong-gun in Gyeongsang province, which has been famous for Cheongsong apple and planned space program on that sites as on-farm research. The sites are divided into 6 districts, agricultural production, leisure, cultural space, events or festival, green space, infrastructure for local residents and tourists. Above all, this study led local government to develop related policies using local agricultural and special products, which can be an example to plan for regional development.

In this paper, we propose a new strategy for a space robot to control its attitude. A space robot is an example of a class of non-holonomic systems, a system of which cannot be stabilized into its equilibria with continuous static state feedbacks even in the case that the system is, in some sense, controllable. Thus, we cannot design stabilizing controllers for space robots using conventional control theories. The strategy presented here transforms the non-holonomic system into a time-state control form, and allows us to make the state of the original system any desired one. In the stabilization, any conventional control theory can be applied. For simplicity, a space robot with a two-link manipulator is considered, and a simulated motion of the controlled system is shown.

Recently, the size of Large Space has been gradually enlarged, according to the development of technology, and because they're used not only for indoor events, but also for various outdoor sports, for example, baseball or soccer. Therefore, there are more demands for developing indoor environment control technology to establish indoor thermal-environment which is proper for different events held in Large Space. This study aims at offering some basic data which can be referred to as the construction guide for the full-scaled construction of Large Space in Korea by arranging the matters to be attended to in designing, and controlling technologies for efficient Large Space design.

In 1973, B. Y. Chen and K. Yano introduced the special conformally flat space for the generalization of a subprojective space. The typical example is a canal hypersurface of a Euclidean space. In this paper, we study the conditions for the base space B to be special conformally flat in the conharmonically flat warped product space $B^n{\times}_fR^1$. Moreover, we study the special conformally flat warped product space $B^n{\times}_fF^p$ and characterize the geometric structure of $B^n{\times}_fF^p$.

This paper preliminary discussed the important function and faced problems of suburb green space during the process of urban development. As well as it points out the contradiction of protection and making use of. In this paper it takes the green space system planning in Wuxi as an example. Through introducing the classification, distribution, arrangement principles, overall arrangement tactics and concrete protective measures of suburb green space in Wuxi, the paper also puts forward the correct disposal principles for the relationship between protection and making use of toward the suburb green space to realize 'both-win' of them.

Next Generation Space Telescope (NGST) is under design study for proposed launch around 2008. It will take over the task of Hubble Space Telescope (HST) and provide much more detailed information about celestial objects. Present large telescopes both in space and on the ground contain aspheric mirrors, called Ritchey-Chretien type. As the size of the telescope becomes larger and the optical quality is requested to be higher, reaching the diffraction limit, more accurate optical testing methods are required. However, there are few testing methods which can achieve the required accuracy for aspheric optics, and none of them has achieved it with certainty. The failure of producing the primary mirror of the Hubble Space Telescope to meet specification is a good example. Moreover, testing aspheric mirrors of large convex form adds the difficulty to extreme. In this paper, space telescopes and large ground-based telescopes are surveyed and testing methods for aspheric optics are reviewed. a method of testing aspheric convex mirrors is suggested.

21세기를 본 논문에서는 칼라분포에 기반한 적응 외형 모델을 파티클 필터에 적용한 이동물체 추적방법을 제시하였다. 칼라 기반의 추적은 서로 다른 외형의 변화에 따라 빠르게 움직이는 이동물체를 다중 관측 모델을 결합하여 추적할 수 방법을 제시하고 있다.

Early in the communist era, many cities in modern China experienced a special period of passive industrialization during which the construction of urban spaces laid the spatial urban foundation. During this period, the city construction was carried out rapidly under the administrative intervention of the government. The passive industrialization caused by taking economic construction as the center made the city construction deviate from the correct track and resulted in a variety of problems. Focusing on ecological space change, this paper selects Zhengzhou as an example of many similar cities in China, and analyzes the impact of passive industrialization on urban ecological spaces from the perspectives of city scale, city layout and city construction management system. The analysis results reveal that the construction of urban ecological space under the influence of passive industrialization induced a lagging characteristic, led to insufficient integrity of urban ecological space, and placed great pressure on the urban environment. Finally, the paper puts forward some methods to optimize the urban ecological space.

When the People's Republic of China destroyed one of its own defunct meteorological satellites, the Fengyun-1C, at an altitude of some 865 km above the earth's surface, the PRC was accused of initiating, or at the very least risking an(other) arms race in outer space also. The test also gave rise to a few legal questions as to the permissibility of this test, and the broader permissibility of using space for military and other weapon-touting activities, Whilst the test cannot be considered to constitute a direct threat to international peace and security so as to invoke relevant legal principles and consequences in terms of the UN Charter for example, it highlights the importance of such clauses in international space law as requiring international cooperation and consultation, due regard for the interests of all other countries both on earth and in outer space, and the further development of general regimes of registration and space debris-prevention. From that perspective, the PRC violated international outer space law not so much by the test itself but by the accompanying lack of information, consultation and due regard for other states', and indeed mankind's, interests.
