This paper try to show that the method for maintaining link stability by fast reporting the status PDU to RLC layer in MAC layer. The proposed method is implemented based on the mechanism of reordering processing in MAC-ehs entity in HSPA evolution system.

Adaptive laboratory evolution (ALE) is an evolutionary engineering approach in artificial conditions that improves organisms through the imitation of natural evolution. Due to the development of multi-level omics technologies in recent decades, ALE can be performed for various purposes at the laboratory level. This review delineates the basics of the experimental design of ALE based on several ALE studies of industrial microbial strains and updates current strategies combined with progressed metabolic engineering, in silico modeling and automation to maximize the evolution efficiency. Moreover, the review sheds light on the applicability of ALE as a strain development approach that complies with non-recombinant preferences in various food industries. Overall, recent progress in the utilization of ALE for strain development leading to successful industrialization is discussed.

With the continued evolution of third-generation cellular systems and the introduction of 3GP P LTE, there is considerable progress for the new mobile wireless markets. Recently, 3GPP LTE standards are accelerated by mobile operators supporting LTE deployment and special working groups such as LSTI are working for LTE IOT and trials. In this paper, we introduce the current status of LTE activities in the mobile communications industry.

To examine the taxonomic status of Acheilognathus sp. specimens from the Geum River, morphological and genetical characteristics of A. sp., A. yamatsutae and A. majusculus were investigated and compared in detail. Specimens of A. sp. could be distinguished from the other two species by the combination of some morphological characters such as nuptial color, vertebrae, gillrakers and etc. Males of A. sp. had red bands on the outer margin of dorsal and anal fins and a white band on the outer margin of ventral fin in breeding season. A. sp. had larger maximum body length and somewhat more vertebrae than A. yamatsutae, and had fewer gillrakers than A. majusculus. A. sp. appeared as a monophyletic group with A. majusculus and A. cyanostigma based on genetic analysis. In addition, it had even more close relationship with other congeners than A. yamatsutae. Therefore it is presumed that A. sp. from the Geum River may be a distinct species in genus Acheilognathus.

Pyrgotidae is a small acalyptrate family including about 370 species worldwide and little attention has been given to their systematics until recently. Latest changes in taxonomic status of some of the Korean species made this review inevitable. In the present study, the Korean pyrgotid species are reviewed with discussion of their taxonomic status. We also provide a revised key to all 14 Korean species (seven Adapsilia, three Eupyrgota, two Parageloemyia, one Porpomastix, and one Tephritopyrgota species) supplemented by digital images to facilitate accurate identification.

The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of architectural history of designated cultural properties of modern educational facilities through the analysis of its status. This study considerate acceptance and evolution of modern educational facilities during the about seventy years from 1895 to 1965. Also, this study analyzes items that is distribution of construction and designation year, regional groups, and status of main structure material, status of conservation and utilization of facilities, its characteristics of architectural style. In this study, the result of analysis show that most analysis items of investment buildings are tend to biased and concentration to one direction. Accordingly, designated cultural properties of modern educational facilities are weakly express architectural representation and symbolism in the period of modern educational acceptance.

The current status of numerical simulations of galaxy formation is reviewed. After a description of the main numerical simulation techniques, I will present several applications in order to illustrate how numerical simulations have improved our understanding of the galaxy formation process.
