This is a study on the dualism of gender through the costume in the Middle Age. Jeanne d'Arc was an existential person in the Hundred Year's war(1338-1453). She persisted in retaining male attire and armour at her own request. One of the points for which she had been condemned was the wearing of male apparel. It was judged as an evil spirit and rendered Jeanne a witch and a heretic therefore she was burned to death in the market place at Rouen, on the 30th May, 1431. It is one of the evidence which represent dualism of gender through the costume.

This study was performed to investigate the gastric cancer through the journal of oriental medicine since 1990. The following results have been obtaied. 1. The Herb-medication in Gastric Cancer was composed to the oral-method and the injection-method. but, the oral-method was major and the injection-method rarely used. 2. In the treatment of Gastric Cancer, the Herb-medication that copperated with the operation and chemotherahpy was much more used 3. In the oriental medical therapy, the therapy for invigoration(補法) was common used. and the therapy for regulating vital energy(理氣), removing blood stasis(祛瘀), relieving pain(止痛), clearing away the heat evil (淸熱), removing toxic material(解毒) was used. 4. The following Herb was much more used to threat the Gastric Cancer.

This study is a research for an idea of costume containing clothing system in the early Practical Science School. The result are described as follows 1. Bak-Kyem, Han got a critical thought and attitude to seek for practical and rational as pect. Because that he studied an original text and wanted to find a basic meaning. And the result, he made a Pang-Ryeong Symeui. 2. Hwyeng-won, Rue contended that we had to model after chinese costume system to seek for a correct clothing system to harmonize with our culture and regulation. And he sought for the original courtesy because that his basic idea of reformation in the clothing system was an ancient system. But when there was a remedy, he suggested a new system. 3. Ik, lee considered a clothing system with a critical and investigated attitude. In the clothing system, he wanted to keep an original courtesy. But he asserted a constant reformation in evil tradition. He pursued a rationality not to be tied a formality, and he had also a flexibility to recognize real customs.

Food ＆ beverage part of nowadays hotel is steadily going up with the improvement of tourism industry and with the raise of income of the people, but some of the hotel kitchen has unchanged problem of low commercial profit and can't make improvement, so there are many kitchen problems. Especially, for the administrators of the hotels are avoiding from Korean kitchen with their cause that it makes lower profit than the other kitchen style. So, they are avoiding Korean kitchen itself, or showing minimized running. But, Korean kitchen should take off from its ways of being an assistant role or necessary evil as the part of income, by finding ways to make appropriate profit and ways to fulfill the variant desires of guests by running systematized and reasonable menu and Food cost control. This study is to suggest efficient management ways for the raise of profit and satisfaction of the guests by finding ways by analyzing the present situation of the menu and Food cost control of Korean kitchen by understanding these problems.

We treated 1 case of primary infertility woman. She had three clinical problems. The first was endometrosis stage II, the second was tubar obstruction and the third was chronic persistent hepatitis B. Eometrosis and tubar obstruction are similar to 'blood stagnation'. And another clinical symptoms could be considered with 'asthenia of spleen and stagnation of wetness-evil'. So our prescriptions for this case were Heylbudu.Jcgeu-Tang and Samchulgunbi-Tang. And the prescription of acupuncture therapy was consist with Sp. 6, Ren. 4, Jagung, P. 6, and St. 36. So we got a successful result from above therapies. But we have to take continued follow-up plans for endometriosis and chronic persistent hepatits B.

1. Acute laryngitis is a hoarse voice or the complete loss of the voice because of irritation to the vocal folds. 2. Acute laryngitis belongs with the GeupHuEum, HuBi, HuPung in oriental medicine. 3. GeupHuEum is caused by wind and cold, weak of lung and kidney, evil energy of liver, sore throat, etc. It is treated with the methods of cooling lung and wetting, removing heat and changing phlegm, etc. 4. Hubi is caused by fire and wind, dampness, large lung. It is treated with the methods of removing heat and antidote, reinforcing and descending fire, bleeding by acupuncture, vomiting. 5. Hupung is caused by phlegm and heat of lung and stomach, wind and heat. It is treated with the methods of dispersing wind and removing heat and changing phlegm by medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, vomiting, fumigation.

The Literatural Study on the classification of cause and the effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion treatment for Youk Jeol Poung was studied from the viewpoint of therapeutic acupuncture and moxibustion effect. And the results were as follows: 1. Youk Jeol Poung is similar to Tong Bi, Ju Bi, Haeng Bi, Tong Poung. 2. The symptoms of Youk Jeol Poung are pain and weakness, difficulty of flexion, swelling and pain, severe pain etc., at night pain is more severe. 3. The cause, mechanism of Youk Jeol Poung is as follow, due to penetration of the wind, cold, moisture, uder situation of whole body is pain. 4. The main treatment is invigorate vital energy and blood, expel wind - evil, promote diuresis, eliminating phlegm, promote blood circulation, cold, heat - clearing. 5. The basal meridian of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment were the channels of Su Jok Sam Yang.

In general, the definition of criticism is making a constructive analysis between good & evil, right & wrong, and beauty & ugliness. Just as the literature, art, music, and architecture welcomes productive criticism in order for further advancement in each professional field, constructive criticism in the field of interior architecture must be activated stance it would be as useful as in other fields to upgrade the level of design quality If the constructive criticism were to be taken properly in the benefit of further advancement in particular design, then the criticism must hale a proper criteria in order to examine and review the design work objectively However, as the design symbolizes cultural interpretation and reaction towards better creativity, we expect design to be mutated in many different directions. As the limit of Interior architecture shares limitless possibilities in today's society, it seems that we need to set up a guidelines of design criticism in order to support the further development of the area of interior architecture.

Examining the relation between market structure and the value of innovation is important for competition and STI policy. If the value is large in a specific industry structure, government may lead the industry to take that form to enhance innovation. Our simple calibration in the case of linear demand and constant Me results in the conclusion that the incentive for R&D in the case of major and minor innovation in Cournot competition is less than that of merger and cooperative R&D. This emphasizes again "necessary evil" as a monopoly for innovation.

This paper aims to show how Thomas Hardy overturns conventional ideas in opposition and eventually disrupts the hierarchical order of ideas in the Victorian society of Tess of the D'Urbervilles. Divided into four sections, such as feeling/reason, purity/impurity, femininity/masculinity, and death/life, it examines how these binaries are deconstructed in the heroine's tragic life journey. The heroine Tess of the book, who boldly crosses the boundaries marked by traditional society, turns her image as a fallen woman into that of divinity, erasing the boundary between evil and good. In doing so, Hardy leads the reader to question the system of established values and reveals the illegitimacy of absolute values, thence stressing what all one can grasp in this world is nothing else than an absence of a central value. The relativity of truth and the power of overturning established value systems advertised in the book have significant implications for today's readers as well as for the Victorians.
