본 논문은 사용자가 가상의 공간에서 직접 마켓을 형성하여 다른 사용자들과 거래하는 UCM(User Created Market) 개념을 적용하여 사용자들이 언제 어디서든 스마트폰으로 마켓을 형성하고, 다른 사용자들이 마켓을 이용할 수 있는 STOWAR 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 무분별한 이벤트 통지로 인해 이벤트 정보 수신 기피 현상을 불러일으키는 요즘, 사용자에게 최적화된 선별적 이벤트 통지 기능을 통해 정보 알림의 효율성과 정보 접근의 편이성을 제공하여 서비스 사용의 활성화를 기대할 수 있다.

The major objective of this study is to test if an Olympic Games sponsorship program can influence investors' behavior: stock returns, stock volatility and transaction volumes. The paper deals with stock market reaction on Olympic sponsorship announcement for service organizations using event study method. Our research intention is to test 440 daily stock prices and transaction volumes, in order investigate the potent influence between the announcement of a grand sport sponsorship program and investors' behavior. For this study we examined the announcement data of three grand sponsors of Olympic Games of Athens 2004 (Alpha Bank. Delta and G.T.O) The main contribution of this study is to examine how stock investors' behavior is influenced by the sponsorship program of companies and to extend research scope of marketing field toward stock market. They authors suggest that organizations interested in influencing investors' behavior should invest in sponsorship activities at the sports' sector.

일반적으로 공급중심의 공간정보 데이터 구축 및 서비스 개발은 정보의 최신성, 다양성, 활용성의 한계를 수반한다. 최근 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위하여 공간정보 웹서비스에 사용자 경험과 참여기반의 공간정보(VGI: Volunteered Geographic Information)를 활용하려는 노력들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구 검토를 통하여 공간정보 기반의 협업지원플랫폼 프로토타입 개발을 위한 개념적 아키텍처와 서비스 시나리오를 제시하였다. 또한 '3D POI 생산모듈', '3D POI 활용모듈', '3D POI/이벤트 관리모듈', '3D POI/이벤트 모니터링 모듈' 총 4개의 모듈로 구성된 프로토타입을 공간정보 협업을 위한 기능으로 제시하였다. 제안된 서비스 시나리오를 바탕으로 개별 모듈들의 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

ONVIF is becoming a de factor standard specification for supporting interoperability among network video products, which also supports a specification for video analytics service. A smart IP network camera is an IP network supporting video analytics. In this paper, we present our efforts in integrating ONVIF Video Analytics Service into our currently developing smart IP network camera(SS IPNC; Soongsil Smart IP Network Camera). SSIPNC supports object detection, tracking, classification, and event detection with proprietary configuration protocol and meta data formats. SSIPNC is based on TI' IPNC ONVIF implementation which supports ONVI Core specification, and several ONVIF services such as device service, imaging service and media service, but not video analytics service.

EPC Information Services (EPCIS) is an EPCglobal standard designed to enable EPC-related data sharing within and across supply chain. The EPCIS standard defines standard interfaces to enable EPC-related data to be captured and subsequently to be queried using a set of service operations and an associated data model. There are two kinds of EPCIS data: event data and master data. Event data is created in the process of carrying out business processes. Traceability of goods across supply chain is based on event data. Therefore, each company must have an event data. This study compared he difference between MS-SQL(DRDBMS) and ALTIBASE(MMDBMS) for data storage. We compared the difference between two database management in many respects such as insert time and select time. We come to a conclusion that ALTIBASE is more efficient than MS-SQL.

Because the difference between products and services are getting less and less, service and manufacturing companies' efforts are increasingly focused on utilizing services to satisfy customers' needs under today's competitive market environment. The value of services depends on service reliability that is identified by satisfaction derived from the relationship between customer needs and service providers. In this paper, we extend concepts from the fault tree analysis for reliability analysis of tangible systems to services. We use an event-based process model to facilitate service design and represent the relationships between functions and failures in a service. The objective of this research is to propose a method for evaluating service reliability based on service processes using service blueprint and FTA. We can identify the failure mode of service in a service delivery process with a service blueprint. The fuzzy membership function is used to characterize the probability of failure based on linguistic terms. FTA is employed to estimate the reliability of service delivery processes with risk factors that are represented as potential failure causes. To demonstrate implementation of the proposed method, we use a case study involving a typical automotive service operation.

서비스 실패는 서비스 상품의 본질적인 특성 때문에 불가피하게 일어나게 마련이다. 서비스 기업들은 고객의 불만족을 초래하는 서비스 실패를 관리하기 위하여 서비스회복의 다각적인 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 고객 개개인이 갖고 있는 가치 성향에 따라서 서비스 실패를 허용하는 수준이 다를 것이라고 가정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 실증적 연구를 통하여 밝혀낸 결과는 서로 다른 개인들의 가치 성향이 서비스 실패에 대하여 용인하는 정도에 차이가 있으며 이로 인하여 불만족의 수준도 달라진다는 것이다. 따라서 고객 성향의 효과적인 파악은 고객만족의 수준을 높이거나 최소한 고객 불만족의 수준을 낮출 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 대학도서관에서의 이용자참여형서비스 중의 하나인 서평서비스의 사례 조사와 사서 대상의 설문지 조사를 통해 서평서비스의 현황과 문제점 및 개선점 제시를 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 문헌정보학과 소재 4년제 대학도서관 35곳을 대상으로 조사하였으며 이 중 서평서비스 자체를 제공하지 않는 7곳을 제외하고 나머지 28곳을 3개의 내용으로 구분하여 조사하였다. 조사결과, 서평서비스는 대학도서관에서의 홍보여부 및 방법과 이벤트 여부가 이용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 서비스를 제공하는 이유는 도서관 참여율을 높이거나 이용자들의 독서활동을 증진시키기 위함이며 대학도서관에서의 서평서비스는 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 사서들은 서평서비스의 활발한 이용을 위해서는 적극적인 홍보와 매력적인 이벤트 실시, 학교 차원에서의 지원, 사서의 의지, 토론문화로의 확대 방안, 대학 간 서평 통합 제공 그리고 다른 기관 독서프로그램과의 연계 방안에 관한 의견을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 전자상거래 시스템에서 요구하는 상호운용성과 실시간 요구사항들을 지원할 수 있는 실시간 웹 미들웨이(RTWM Real-Time Web Middleware) 프레임워크를 제안한다. RTWM시스템은 전자상거래 시스템의 실시간 요구사항들을 지원하기 위해CORBA 객체 서비스 구조를 확장하여 이벤트 모니터, 실시간 스케줄러, 실시간 이벤트 서비스 등의 객체 컴포넌트를 포함하는 구조를 가진다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 사용자의 실시간 요구사항을 지원할 수 있는 실시간 이벤트 필터링을 제공하는 것에 중점을 두었다. 사용자로부터 시간적 제약조건과 원하는 이벤트 정보를 입력받아 QoS저장소에 저장하고, 실시간 이벤트가 발생하며RTFA(Real-Time Fitering Agent)를 통해 소비자가 원하는 이벤트를 필터링하여 제공하게 된다. 이로써 사용자는 보다 높은 서비스를 제공받게 되고 이 과정을 통해 전체적인 네트워크 트래픽이 감소되는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

이동에이전트를 위한 이동객체(mobile agent)와 이를 지원해주는 이동객체서버(mobile object system)를 설계하고 이러한 요소들을 제어하고 관리하는 이동객체 시스템(mobile object system)을 Java로 구현한다. 또, 시스템 내의 이동객체를 비롯한 모든 객체들간의 객체 요청(object request)을 유연하게 중계하고 이들간의 통신을 담당하는 ORB (Object Request Broker)를 TCP/IC상에서 Java 로 구현하고 이동 에이젼트 시스템을 쉽게 구측할수 있는 앱스트랙션(abstraction)과 API를 제공한다. 이 시스템은 네이밍 서비스(naning service)와 푸쉬형 이벤트 서비스(push-event service)등을 기본적으로 지원한다.
