A Fiber Spool's Vibration Sensitivity Optimization Based on Orthogonal Experimental Design

  • A fiber spool with ultra-low vibration sensitivity has been demonstrated for the ultra-narrow-linewidth fiber-stabilized laser by the multi-object orthogonal experimental design method, which can achieve the optimization object and analysis of influence levels without extensive computation. According to a test of 4 levels and 4 factors, an L16 (44) orthogonal table is established to design orthogonal experiments. The vibration sensitivities along the axial and radial directions and the normalized sums of the vibration sensitivities are determined as single objects and comprehensive objects, respectively. We adopt the range analysis of object values to obtain the influence levels of the four design parameters on the single objects and the comprehensive object. The optimal parameter combinations are determined by both methods of comprehensive balance and evaluation. Based on the corresponding fractional frequency stability of ultra-narrow-linewidth fiber-stabilized lasers, we obtain the final optimal parameter combination A3B1C2D1, which can achieve the fiber spool with vibration sensitivities of 10-12/g magnitude. This work is the first time to use an orthogonal experimental design method to optimize the vibration sensitivities of fiber spools, providing an approach to design the fiber spool with ultra-low vibration sensitivity.

일개 지역사회 중심 가정간호사업소의 운영실태 및 운영방안 (A Study on the Operating Status of Community-based Home Health Care Centers)

  • Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the operating status of community-based home health center for revitalization of the centers. Method: In this study performance data including organization plan and service utilization plan were evaluated according process theory. Target of evaluation was the community-based home health care center. Results: The vulnerable part of the organization was the information system and financial resources. The home health center introduced PDA (Personal Digital Assistants) in 2005, however home health care nurses did not make full use of it. This service received full support from Seoul city and local government and there were no other sources of income. The vulnerable part of service utilization was service expansion and standardization due to vulnerability of organizational aspects. Conclusions: The home health care center provides high quality services to underprivileged people. In the future, these services should be provided with equity for continuous health care for this population.

  • This research evaluated the present condition of the family voluntary service group and healthy family campaign, which was being carried out as one of the healthy family culture businesses of the Healthy Family-Support Center. Furthermore, it suggests ways to improve these business activities. Research centered on the analysis of business documents created between December 2006 and November 2007. The results were as follows. First, the family voluntary service group and the healthy family campaign business in the Center must be able to have specificity or individuality. Second, the Center must manage the scale, frequency, and contents of the businesses systematically. Third, the businesses must concern themselves with family life in general, make better use of the advisory committee or steering committee, concern variety of business performing system.

  • For fitness-for-service analyses of underground natural gas pipelines, engineering assessment methods against possible defects need to be developed. The assessment methods for high pressure pipeline of KOGAS, was developed using the full size pipe burst tests and the finite element analysis. It included the defect assessment methods for a single and multi-corrosion, corrosion in girth welding part, corrosion in seam welding part, the mechanical damage defects as dent and gouge, crack and large plastic deformation of API 5L X65 pipe. In addition, we developed method to assess pipeline integrity by internal and external load to buried pipeline. Evaluation results were compared with other methods currently being applied to the gas pipeline. The program of Windows environment is made for easily using assessment methods. It provides a consistent user interface, so non-professional technician can easily and friendly use the FFS program from company intranet. Several evaluation programs is easily installed using one installer. Each program constitutes a common input interface and the output configuration program, and evaluation result store and can be recalled at any time. The FFS program based on independent evaluation method is used to evaluate the integrity and safety of KOGAS pipeline, and greatly contribute to safe and efficient operation of pipeline. This paper presents experimental, analytical and numerical investigations to develop the FFS methods for KOGAS pipeline, used as high pressure natural gas transmission pipeline within KOREA. Also, it includes the description of the integrated program for FFS methods.

AHP와 내용분석을 이용한 컨택센터 평가 모델 연구 (A Study on Contact Center Evaluation Model Using AHP and Content Analysis)

  • 최근 기업의 대고객 비지니스에서 컨택센터의 역할은 대고객 접점으로서 점점 더 중요해지고 있다. 특히 IP기반의 컨택센터 시스템은 전화 외에 다양한 고객 채널을 수용하고 실시간 응대를 하기 위해 정보 시스템이 복잡하게 구성되어 있다. 하지만 지금까지 컨택센터를 위한 평가는 인바운드 컨택센터에 기반을 둔 고객 서비스 차원의 연구가 중심었다. 응대율, 서비스레벨과 같은 전통적인 고객만족도에 영향을 주는 지표들을 중심으로 컨택센터를 평가하고 성과 지표로 삼았다. 컨택센터가 가져야 하는 서비스의 특성과 이를 위한 정보 시스템에 대한 평가 모델에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. TDM방식의 디지털 전화 시스템 중심에서 IP기반의 컨택센터로 변화된 최근의 컨택센터는 음성 전화외에 다양한 디지털 채널을 수용하면서 정보시스템의 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 특히 인터넷과 모바일의 발전으로 인해 지점이 줄어들면서 고객에 대한 비대면 대응이 중요해지면서 기업의 비즈니스에도 컨택센터는 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 컨텍센터를 단순히 고객 서비스 측면 뿐 만 아니라 정보시스템 측면과 비즈니스측면에서 평가하기 위한 IP기반 컨택센터에 대한 평가 모델을 AHP기법을 이용하여 수립하고 이에 대한 실증 사례 적용을 통해 평가 모델을 검증한다. 특히 AHP 평가 항목의 객관성을 확보하기 위해 내용분석 기법을 활용하였다.

중환자실 환자의 욕창 발생 시기에 따른 관련요인의 차이 (Differences in Associated Factors according to the Time of Occurrence of Pressure Ulcers in Intensive Care Unit Patients)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to present the incidence of pressure ulcers and identify different associated factors according to the time of occurrence of pressure ulcers in intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Methods : The participants were 313 patients who reported pressure ulcers among 2,908 patients in ICUs at a large tertiary hospital in Gyeonggi-do. Among them, 220 patients (70.3%) had a pressure ulcer before admission, and 93 patients (29.7%) reported newly developed pressure ulcers after admission to the ICU. Data were collected between August 2018 and April 2019. Along with the time of occurrence and characteristics of pressure ulcers, diverse associated factors were gathered through electronic medical records. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, and 𝑥2-tests. Results : Different risk factors associated with pressure ulcers in ICU patients according to the time of occurrence were main diagnosis, score of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation, score of Richmond agitation sedation scale, level of consciousness, administered sedatives, use of a ventilator, insertion of a feeding tube, and the duration of fasting period. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, healthcare providers, especially ICU nurses, should try to detect early signs and symptoms of pressure ulcers, taking into account the derived factors associated with pressure ulcers in ICU patients. Practical intervention programs and strategies considering the factors associated with pressure ulcers must be developed to prevent and alleviate such ulcers in ICU patients in the future.

도축돈에서의 Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae 분리, 동정 및 감염률 조사 (Isolation, identification and serological investigation of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae in slaughtered pigs)

  • This study was conducted to isolate the Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (APP) and to find out the distribution of 15 serovars mainly in southern Gyeonggi province, Korea. From July 2011 to Nov. 2012, a total of 2,204 slaughter pigs (110 herds) were inspected for evaluation of APP like pneumonic lesions. 48 (33.8%) APP strains were isolated from the 142 lungs and identified using PCR assays (cps, apx/omlA, biovar). Consequently, the serotype ratio were as in the following; type2 41.7% (n=20), type5 33.3% (n=16), type12 10.4% (n=5), type1 6.2% (n=3), type4 and 7 2.1% (n=1) and unknown 4.2% (n=2). Also serological test was implemented for 452 (83 herds) serum samples randomly collected from above slaughter pigs using commercial ELISA kits. The positive ratio of each serotype for tested pigs were 19.1% (77/404) on [2], 7.1% (32/452) on [3, 6, 8], 6.9% (28/404) on [5a, 5b], 6.2% (28/452) on [4, 7], 2.8% (9/320) on [12], 2.0% (9/452) on [1, 9, 11] and 0.0% (0/452) on [10]. And 49.3% (223/452) of pigs were positive on apxIV antibody. On the basis of latter screening test, the infected farm ratio accounted for 71.1% (59/83) and that was much higher than previously reported data.

한국형 클라우드를 위한 정보보호 관리체계 평가 기준 (A Security Evaluation Criteria for Korean Cloud Computing Service)

  • IT자원을 공유하여 서비스 형태로 제공하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 정보보호 이슈가 해결되지 않으면 활성화될 수 없다. 기업은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 도입하여 정보통신 자원의 효율성을 극대화하고자 한다. 하지만 미국, 일본 등에 비해 국내에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스가 아직 활성화되지 못한 가장 큰 이유는 정보보호에 대한 신뢰가 부족하기 때문이다. 본 논문은 국내 외 클라우드 인증제도 및 가이드라인과 정보보호 관리체계 통제 항목을 비교 분석하여 한국형 클라우드를 위한 핵심 평가 기준 및 기존 정보보호 관리체계 통제 항목과의 중복성을 제거한 추가적인 평가 기준을 제안한다. 정보보호 관리체계 인증을 받은 클라우드 서비스 제공자는 추가 평가 기준만으로 중복되고 불필요한 인증 평가 작업을 최소화할 수 있다.

맞춤형방문건강관리사업의 지역사회 네트워크 탐색 (Network Analysis to Describe Service Link for Customized Visiting Health Care Program)

  • Objectives: The nurse visiting health service named Customized Visiting Health Care Program(CVHCP) requires the service innovations incorporating community support into a local service network. The purpose of this study was to assess the community network in CVHCP and inform improvement in this network. Methods: We used Social Network Analysis(SNA) in one CVHCP at H city. Network links were generated by self-administered questionnaires by the 14 community resource centers who quantified their links to all other 25 agents on the list. Links were analyzed by a dichotomous scale for any experience of collaboration and a scored scale of 0 to 3 for level of collaboration using UCINET v6. Results: A list of 14 agents was generated, and local network was dominated by the Public Health Center and a local welfare center named Unlimited Care Center(UCC). According to centrality score, UCC was the most prominent agent, and Public Health Center was the most influential agent, being a link in the pathway flow between other agents for 9.5% of contribution. CVHCP scored lower rank of prominent with 30.8% of other agents reported referring to it. Conclusions: Social network analysis provides a useful network description for informing and evaluation service network improvement in maximizing its service for the CVHCP.

안전 항해 지원 서비스 제공에 대한 유용성 평가(I) : 항로 계획 공유 서비스를 대상으로 (An Evaluation of Effectiveness for Providing Safety Navigation Supporting Service : Focused on Route Plan Sharing Service)

  • 본 논문에서는 안전항해를 위한 IT서비스 집합인 16가지의 MSP 중 두 번째 항목인 항해 지원 서비스와 관련하여 설문조사 과정 등을 통해 항로 계획 공유 서비스를 도출하였다. 또한, 도출한 서비스의 유용성을 평가하기 위한 시나리오를 개발하였으며, 개발한 시나리오를 기반으로 FMSS를 활용하여 유용성을 평가하기 위한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 근접도 평가, 제어도 평가, 심리적 평가에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 분석함으로써 항로 계획 공유 서비스의 유용성을 평가하였다. 만약 새로운 서비스를 평가하기 위한 실험을 실제 선박이나 VTS 센터에서 수행한다면 시간적/경제적 문제를 비롯하여 여러 위험이 뒤따를 수 있다. 따라서 시뮬레이션 기반의 예비 유용성 평가 과정이 요구되며, 서비스의 도입 및 시행에 있어서도 다방면의 검증 과정을 반드시 거쳐야할 것으로 판단된다. 왜냐하면, 유용할 것으로 기대되는 서비스일지라도 실제와 유사한 환경에서 평가를 진행해보면, 그 결과는 기대에 미치지 못할 수 있기 때문이다.
