119구급대원의 업무 관련성 근골격계 질환 위험성 평가 : 환자 운반 작업을 중심으로 (Assessing the risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders in 119 EMT: a focus on patient-carrying tasks)

  • Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) in 119 EMT during patient-carrying tasks using a long backboard (LBB) and a variable stretcher. Methods: Manikins were used as patients, and 45 new 119 EMT from K Fire Academy were filmed performing patient-carrying tasks on stairs. The tasks were analyzed using Ovako working posture analysis system (OWAS) and Rapid entire body assessment (REBA). Results: In using LBB, the OWAS score was Mode 3(Mean 2.37, Maximum 3), requiring as soon as possible corrective action, the REBA score was Mode 11(Mean 9.16, Maximum 11), requiring immediate improvement. In using variable stretcher, the OWAS score was Mode 1(Mean 2.33, Maximum 3), non-necessity for corrective action, the REBA score was Mode 9(Mean 8.0, Maximum 11), requiring as soon as possible. Conclusion: In conclusion, improvement was needed in one task (carrying a patient using a LBB) in the OWAS and in two tasks (carrying a patient using a LBB, carrying a patient using a variable stretcher) in the REBA. Thereby, required attention and management of WMSDs during training. In addition, it is essential to carry out objective and quantitative assessments through ergonomic analysis by occupational health professionals when designing future training programs to prevent WMSDs.

  • Probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) has improved its elemental technologies used for assessing external events since the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Accident in 2011. HRA needs to be improved for analyzing tasks performed under extreme conditions (e.g., different actors responding to external events or performing operations using portable mitigation equipment). To make these improvements, it is essential to understand plant-specific and scenario-specific conditions that affect human performance. The Nuclear Risk Research Center (NRRC) of the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry (CRIEPI) has developed an HRA guide that compiles qualitative analysis methods for collecting plant-specific and scenario-specific conditions that affect human performance into "narratives," reflecting the latest research trends, and models for analysis of tasks under extreme conditions.

정신건강간호의 실체규명을 위한 업무경험 탐색 (An Exploration of Essentials of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to explore the essentials of psychiatric and mental health nursing by identifying the care experience of the psychiatric nurses. Methods: Eleven psychiatric nurses were recruited across five geographical areas in the Korea. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews from two focus groups, which were analyzed with an inductive content analysis. Results: Participants constructed two categories including 'nursing tasks for the client' and 'nursing tasks for the organization'. Subcategories of nursing tasks for the client are 'staying alert on crisis prevention', 'leading them to be real with eager and persistent will', 'nursing beyond role boundaries', 'tuning the needs of clients' family', 'taking journey with clients' personal life history', and 'doing invisible but recognizable nursing'. Subcategories of nursing tasks for the organization are 'working as a responsible team member', 'integrating team competencies at the center of team', and 'balancing protection and control'. Conclusion: Psychiatric nurses played professional and holistic care roles for the clients, and managerial roles for the organizations. This study provides essential data for defining psychiatric nursing and estimating the appropriate ratio of psychiatric nursing staffing.

감각통합치료를 하는 아동작업치료사의 기관별 직무 차이 (Job Analysis Depending on Agency Type of Korean Pediatric Occupational Therapists Focused on Sensory Integration)

  • 목적 : 감각통합치료를 하는 아동작업치료사의 직무를 병원, 센터, 복지관에 따라 중요도, 빈도, 난이도를 분석하여 기관별 직무(과제)의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2017년 7월부터 9월까지 감각통합치료를 하고 있는 작업치료사 122명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 설문지는 감각통합치료 중심으로 하는 아동작업치료사의 직무분석의 직무기술서를 바탕으로 구성하여 온라인 및 오프라인으로 조사하였다. 결과 : 병원, 센터, 복지관의 특성에 따라 과제의 중요도, 빈도, 난이도에 차이가 있었다. 기관별 중요도는 총 10개 과제에서 차이가 있었고, 빈도는 총 7개 과제, 난이도는 총 2개 과제에서 차이가 있었다. 결론 : 작업치료사는 기관별 직무의 특성이 상이함을 인식하고, 각 기관별로 강조되는 직무를 수행하는데 필요한 개인의 역량을 개발할 필요가 있다.

  • It is essential to precisely evaluate the expected dose (collective dose) before performing high-exposure tasks in nuclear power plants because those have a high potential to cause significant radiation exposure to workers. A dose evaluation method is to design the scenarios of high-exposure tasks using computational codes, which allows for the calculation of the expected collective dose. Although these computational scenarios are useful for estimating the expected radiation dose and establishing radiation protection plans, the calculated doses may not perfectly match the actual doses that workers receive during tasks due to differences between the scenario and the actual circumstances in the radiation fields. Therefore, this study presents a methodology for calculating correction factors to improve the accuracy of dose predictions from computational scenarios. This approach aims to make the predicted collective dose before the task closer to the actual dose received by workers, thereby enhancing radiation safety for personnel performing high-exposure tasks. Additionally, these correction factors will help accurately predict doses under various working conditions in the future, contributing to minimizing radiation exposure risks for nuclear power plant workers.

국내 유통 전자출판물의 납본 및 수집을 위한 데이터 요구사항 및 품질 검증 연구 (A Study on Data Requirements and Quality Verification for Legal Deposit and Acquisition Tasks of Domestic Electronic Publications)

  • 본 연구는 국내 유통 전자출판물의 납본 및 수집을 위한 데이터의 속성과 속성값의 표준화 방안과 정책 및 제도적 고려사항을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 필수 및 선택 속성은 총 21개가 도출되었으며, 이는 국립중앙도서관 납본 및 수집 업무 담당자들의 설문조사 및 FGI 결과를 바탕으로 선정되었다. 데이터 품질 검증 과정에서 추가적으로 필요한 속성이 발견되어, 전자책, 오디오북, 웹툰, 웹소설 등 자료유형별로 필수 및 선택 속성을 구체화하였다. 속성값의 표준화는 ISO 8601 규칙에 따른 날짜 및 시간의 표기, 파일 형식과 성인 여부 등 제한된 범위의 속성값의 명확한 지정, 제목과 관련된 정보의 상세한 기술 등을 포함하였다. 정책 및 제도적 고려사항은 표준화된 메타데이터 요구사항의 확립, 지속적인 데이터 품질 관리 및 모니터링 체계의 구축의 필요성을 제시하였다.

  • 산업용 실시간 시스템에서 사용되는 디지털 제어기는 상호 작용하는 주기적 태스크들로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 태스크들은 최대 수행 주기 (maximum activation periods)를 제약조건으로 가짐으로써, 요구되는 제어특성을 유지한다. 그러므로 실시간 시스템을 개발하는데 있어 필수적인 단계는 각각의 태스크에 게 자원 이용률을 최소화하면서 최대 수행 조건을 만족시킬 수 있는 고정된 주기를 할당하는 것이다.[1] 각각의 태스크간의 생산자/소비자(producer/consumer)관계를 나타내주는 태스크 그래프와 자원 요구량, 그리고 주기에 대한 범위제한이 주어진다면 주기 할당 문제는 비선형 최적화 문제가 된다. 이 논문에서는 최적해의 자원이용률의 두 배를 넘지 않는 해를 찾을 수 있는 선형 수행시간의 근사 알고리즘을 제시한다. 실험 결과에서 알 수 있듯이, 제안된 알고리즘은 대부분의 경우 최적해에 매우 근접한 해를 가지게 된다.

Computer use experience of nurses working in hospital

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning and structure of nurses' computer using experience. To do this, we conducted a total of three interviews with 11 nurses working between the ages of 26 and 48. Interview data were interpreted using Giori method (1985) and Lincoln & Guba method (1985). As a result, 112 semantic units were derived, and then 18 sub-components were divided into 5 final components. As a result of the analysis, the computer experience that the nurses used in the hospital consisted of 'used for almost every task', 'usefulness', 'important', 'convenience', 'burden', 'anxiety', desire', simple work level', 'no problems', 'eye, muscle and movement discomfort', 'depends on task', 'more complex', 'accuracy', 'organize contents', 'simple', 'incomparable', and 'easy'. Based on the above conclusions, the nurses' experiences of using the computer in the hospital could be concluded as follows. Currently, almost all nursing jobs in hospitals are using computers. However, most of the tasks related to simple computer tasks related to the ability to use the computer was low, and because of this, the computer did not work properly, or when new programs were introduced to feel the burden and anxiety, want more systematic computer education Found. Especially, according to the career, the difference between computer and hand work was different, Nurses over 20 years said that computers can handle simple tasks that are a bit more complicated than manual tasks, whereas emotional tasks were handicapped, in the 10 to 20 years of experience, computer work was more accurate and appropriate to organize content, Nurses under 10 years were not only easy to work with computers but also have no experience in manual work, they could not compare the computer and the hand work. This study suggests that the use of computers in nurses' work is essential and that more systematic computer-based education should be provided. In addition, due to the nature of the nursing service, the professional opinions of the nurses should be reflected in the development of programs for the emotional nursing work.

초·중등학교 보건교사의 직무분석 -DACUM 기법을 이용한- (Job Analysis of School Health Teachers in Korea -based on DACUM Job Analysis-)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted in order to analyze the job of school health teacher in Korea. Methods: School health teachers' roles were analyzed by DACUM job analysis. Guide of DACUM methods and workshop were directed by a DACUM job analyst. The DACUM committee identified tasks associated with each duty and completed the DACUM chart. Results: Through DACUM job analysis, the roles of school health teachers were defined; one who manages health of students and staff, and conducts health education; 11 duties and 95 tasks were identified. The committee listed required knowledge and skills, working attitude, and future trends. Emergency and common disease care were the best critical duties, followed by health education, counseling, and self-development. Conclusion: School health teacher plays the roles of nurse and health care manager, and teacher. According to the expansion of health care needs and health education, school health teachers are placed in more essential and critical areas. Their duties and tasks are various and have changed significantly, thus the School Health Act should be changed practically. The results of this study can be used in development of training programs or evaluation of the job performance of school health teachers.

DACUM 법을 활용한 유비쿼터스 의료전자기기 전문가의 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Ubiquitous Medical Electronic Device Export by the Method of DACUM)

  • In this paper Ubiquitous Medical Electronic Device Export was defined, and it's job analysis. The authors have been defined the job and classified duties and tasks of Ubiquitous Medical Electronic Device Export. To fine what is the most efficient task for Ubiquitous Medical Electronic Device Export, we have been investigated the levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry in each task. A DACUM committee is composed of total 12 members, which are one facilitator, 10 panel members, one coordinator & recorder to analyze the job of Ubiquitous Medical Electronic Device Export. Following is the result of this study. First, The process began with the identification of a job title and definition of Ubiquitous Medical Electronic Device Export. Second, a job model of Ubiquitous Medical Electronic Device Export is constructed based on the results of DACUM job analysis. 5 duties and 33 tasks are analyzed. Third, occupational specification was drawn up in consultation with SME council. Fourth, duty specification was drawn up in consultation. 33 tasks that are essential in entry level of occupation are identified. Fifth, task specification was drawn up in consultation. Detail task component which include skill, materials, knowledge, equipment, achievement level and tool was specified in task specification.
