This research has been carried out to give economical incentives and to promote for the eco-friendly village. A standard model plan for the Korean eco-village has been prepared by systematically applying the results of the research to Boksoo village, which served as an exemplary model. Plans for promoting the Korean eco-village are finally derived after a series of theoretical assessment of conceptual propositions in harnessing natural elements well suited with man-made structures. The eco-friendly village that this study is to develop harnesses natural energy resources and establishes pleasant living environment for human. It minimizes the unjust load against nature and restrains the excessive consumption of irreplaceable indigenous energy and other natural resources on earth. Paraphrasing, the utilization of natural energy resources in the eco-friendly village features various schemes of the related technologies in energy conservation and exploitation of renewable energies including solar thermal, photovoltaic, daylighting, wind power and etc. The eco-friendly village would definitely make our world more healthier than before by suppressing the emission of green house gases from fossil fuels and ever increasing energy consumption.

Eco-friendly architecture, generally speaking, is considered as the activity of planting more and designing ponds, therefore many clients and constructors prefer to avoid building so due to initial construction costs. This paper aims to examine the cognition of environmental equipment systems and the applicability of echo-friendly building constructions. We examined the designer's demands of building equipment systems and eco-friendly environment and tried to deduce desirable suggestions for the system. We should solve the fundamentals of economical problems in the construction of eco-friendly buildings and we better think that government should make it a policy to advertise it and to reform the taxation system regarding environment friendly buildings.

Many business enterprises in domestic housing industry are focusing on the development of environment friendly apartment complex to strengthen the competitiveness by upgrading their company's image through differentiation of the qualities and satisfying the customer's needs. Many apartment complex have achieved temporary or real certification by green building certification system, but there weren't enough studies on how much residents are satisfied by their certified complex. In this study, we want to clarify the factors of resident's satisfaction level in certified environment friendly complex by comparing the social and economical characteristics of resident. For this study, we chose and compare 4 environment friendly apartment complex considered to be built by the best environmental way in metropolitan area, and 4 other apartment complex which are also considered to be similar in terms of the condition of location and period of stay.

Recently the existing environment-friendly method is used in irrigation and drainage canal. So, it is necessary that environment-friendly canal method which is stable and quality. Environment-friendly manufactures which were reflected demand characteristic of drainage and irrigation canal were developed. This study is focused on quality, stability for agricultural district development. According to the results, this method has quaility and economical efficiency, stability and natural characteristic, and will contribute to environment-friendly canal construction.

This study analyzes how the environmental values of fashion consumers influence the purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of eco-friendly fashion products. The survey was conducted from June $1^{st}$ to $30^{th}$ in 2009, and 343 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the environmental values is classified by environment conservative value, economical value, social altruistic value, and egocentric value. The social altruistic value of fashion consumers affects purchase satisfaction of eco-friendly fashion products. The social altruistic value, environment conservative value, and egocentric value affect the repurchase intention of eco-friendly fashion products.

As the construction industry develops, environmental pollution gets increasingly serious, giving damage including the increase of incidence of respiratory diseases and skin diseases among children with weakened immune systems, rather than adults. In daycare centers, infants and children spending much of their time, have high frequency of contact with the interior floor finish material. However, the majority of the child care centers don not use eco-friendly flooring but ordinary monorium flooring, because the initial investment cost of the eco-friendly flooring is higher than ordinary monorium flooring. Therefore, in this study, life cycle costs including the initial investment cost of the eco-friendly flooring and ordinary monorium flooring were calculated, demonstrating that the eco-friendly flooring is more economical than ordinary monorium flooring in terms of life-cycle cost. In addition, the analysis of the environmental performance also showed the excellence of the eco-friendly floor finishes. It is expected that the use of the eco-friendly floor finishes will increase due to their excellence in the aspect of life cycle cost and eco-friendly performance, through this study.

The ink which is left by sealed more than 6 months, it clogs head nozzle of machine due to precipitation and coagulation. In addition, if you stop printing about 3~4 hours in the middle of printing work, the head nozzles of printer could be naturally clogged. To prevent of this situation, worker should implement cleaning and checking head nozzle before hands. When the nozzle is clogged in the middle of work, running a head cleaning mode can clear the clogged nozzle. Yet, large amount of waste inks which are passed clogged nozzle will be remained after cleaning. It would be very nice that ink companies take the waste ink back by green marketing, but none of them are doing it currently. The purpose of this research is that making a black water-based recycle ink by waste inks which are left of nozzle clogging or passed expiration date. This recycle ink will improved working environment and reduce cost of disposing waste inks. Furthermore, it is very environment friendly and economical. It is called a recycle ink which is water-based black ink made by waste inks.

The wood veneers were clearly rainbow-colored with natural dyes. As shown through Korean-style jacket with stripes of multi-colors beyond traditional obang colors (red, blue, yellow, black and white colors), eco-friendly coloring methods representing Korean colors familiar from old times could be used nobly by coloring natural wood veneer being raw material of wood products. In terms of industrialization, the study to manifest korean color, substituting chemical stains such as dye and pigment, would be necessary. In order to realize this purpose, the study about economical dyeing materials and characteristics, that is, mordant, dyeing and drying techniques showing environment-friendly coloring and high coloration level ought to be followed. In addition to this, investigating discoloration transition by fading test for interior and exterior uses would have to be carried out.

국내의 대표적 친환경 도시 조성사례인 수도권 제2기 신도시 내에 입주한 4개권역 총 80개 아파트단지를 대상으로 아파트단지 내 정성적 친환경 계획요소(독립변수)가 정량적 아파트 실거래 가격(종속변수)에 미치는 영향도를 통계적 계량기법을 활용해서 실증 분석하였다. 기존 도시 및 건축학적 차원에서의 정성적인 계획요소 분류체계를 발전적으로 좀 더 확장하여 환경경제학적 차원의 정량적인 계량분석 방안을 모색하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 또한 실증분석 결과로 수도권 제2기 신도시 아파트단지에 도입된 친환경 계획요소가 아파트 실거래가격에 미치는 매우 비중있고 주목할 만한 경제적 유발효과를 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었으며, 특히 주목할 점은 신 재생에너지 도입 등 최신 녹색신기술이 적용된 다양하고 차별화된 친환경 계획요소가 이미 보편화되어 아파트 실거래가격에 매우 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 보수재료의 다양한 요구성능 중 정성적 측면을 고려하여 최적의 보수재료를 선정하기위한 평가모델을 구축하고자 하였다. 다양한 보수 대안에 대한 평가모델을 구축하기위해서 본여구에서는 위계분석기법(AHP)가 적용되었다. 평가모델의 평가항목에는 미적성능, 환경성, 작업성, 경제성으로 크게 분류되었으며, 미적성능은 마감성과 변동성, 작업성은 품질관리난이, 구성재료수, 시공성으로, 경제성은 시공비용, 보수공기, 소요장비의 항목으로 세분되어 구성되었다. AHP기법의 상대적 평가방법에 따라서 각 평가항목별 쌍대비교를 한 결과, 환경성과 시공비용이 가장 가중치가 높은 중요한 평가항목으로 산정되었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 정성적 평가항목에 대한 평가모델은 다양한 보수대안 중에서 정성적 평가항목을 고려하여 최적의 보수대안을 선정할 때 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
