This study aims to analyze color characteristics centered by women's suit styles that represent masculinity remarkably. Through this, it figures out color's type and continuance availability as a representing tool to express masculinity to provide useful color information which can be applied effectively to various color planning. For this research, related images were collected among women's pants suits appeared in $2004{\sim}2006's$ Paris, London, New York and Milan collection F/W that are most similar to modern man's suit. Among them, the study analyzes 319 pictures where the features of masculinity were represented effectively. The referred color values were earned by converting $L^*a^*b^*$ values measured through the color extracting tool of Computer program (Adobe Photoshop CS) and color tone characteristic were analyzed by classifying 12 color PCCS and 5 achromatic colors. The result of the study are as follows: First, based on standard of color hue and tone, in terms of color hue, PB, YR, Y were frequently shown up but G, BG series were not found much after analyzing overall women's pants suit color characteristics shown in $2004{\sim}2006$ Paris, London, New York and Milan collection. Second, the color analysis about 3years of $2004{\sim}2006$ tells that achromatic colors have been most widely used in every year. In terms of color hue, PB, YR, Y series were appeared most popular and G, BG classes weren't appeared frequently. In addition, once looking at yearly color tone distribution trend, like overall color tone distribution result, Bk, w, dkg, g, p were highly used as sequential and b, v, dp, sf, ItGy series show low distribution level. And such a distribution level of low and high in frequency has been showed continuously as a similar style. Accordingly, through the study, as a tool to express masculinity in women's suit, achromatic colors like black and white series and PB, YR, Y series color were investigated as most popular uses. And as color tones, Bk, w, dkg, g, p were used frequently.

As video equipments such as CCTV are used for various purposes in fields of society, digital video data processing technology such as automatic motion detection is essential. In this paper, we proposed and implemented a more stable and accurate motion detection system based on background subtraction technique. We could improve the accuracy and stability of motion detection over existing methods by efficiently processing color information of digital image data. We divided the procedure of color information processing into each components of color information : brightness component, color component of color information and merge them. We can process each component's characteristics with maximum consideration. Our color information processing provides more efficient color information in motion detection than the existing methods. We improved the success rate of motion detection by our background update process that analyzed the characteristics of the moving background in the natural environment and reflected it to the background image.

Through the courses of industrialization, speedy growth and pluralism. The problems about the environment- friendly structures have become very important problem. Especially, it is getting highly appear to the expectation about the environment friendly buildings in Kangwon-do where has greacefully clean environment. The guide line for Kangwon-do can be arranged to the following through the varity analysis, outside enviroment, color, construction materials, outside design etc the guide line for Kangwon-do can be arranged as to the followings. It appears to be suitable to country houses in kangwon-do that is made of timber or red-bricks with green half circled roof and give a sense of warmth and soft. but the coastal area village is appeared wave style roof with orange color and surrounded by natural building stones or a line- plastered wall making complicated.

The purpose of this study is to make a Web Color Data Base for practical design system for domestic fashion industry. The market segmentation was based on the results of the previous studies and the characteristics of fashion consumers. Finally, the 14,121 color samples are collected from the survey of 55 manufacturers of domestic fashion industry and 116 fashion brands of major department stores. These color samples are analyzed by the Munsell's H V/C and CIE L*a*b* value. The representative colors are selected concerning the density in CIE L*a*b* color space and the distance between the color samples. As a result, We suggested 2213 representative colors. Also, this color data was constructed on Web site. The data were sorted by the market, season and color code. In addition, the representative color sample book was made for the prototype of .

Luis Barragan's Architecture has creative feature that Mexican environment and traditional culture were complete by color. Thus the color of his work makes our emotions rich and colorful. He said "My architecture is autobiographical..." at speech in Pritz price. As we can see in his architectural philosophy that sentimental architecture is important than theorical system, his works are impression of empirical factor with intuition. "Color is a complement to the architecture. It serve to enlarge or reduce a space. It's also useful for adding that touch of magic a place needs", stated Barragan. During his process of shaping space, Barragan drew on color in the same way as an architectural component, according it a spatial funtion and expressive vale. he allied it with light, deeming it a crucial vehical for conveying the emotive attributes a site. The capacity of color to express sensitivity and sensuality within an architecture space is liked to its psycho-physiological qualities. In this kind of view, color featyre in Barragan's work is one of the most important tools to realize sentimental architecture, not only is result of the Mexican regional color. As a result, make focus on analyzing various meaning of the color in Barragan's architecture like poetic and habitable structure.

This is a study on the status of color scheme of domestic office furniture. In order to pursue the planned and effective usage of color on office furniture, we investigate and analyze the status of used color based on products from four domestic office furniture companies. Once we review the definition and characteristics of office furniture, we theoretically investigate the importance of correct color planning and psychological effect based on the psychological theory as research methods. In addition, objective condition of color analysis is presented by clearly stating the color measurement which is used in this study and the NCS as analysis standards, and status of the usage of color is investigated and analyzed based on representative products from four domestic office furniture companies. Results showed that only five products which are 26.3% out of 19 products from four companies achieved a good balance based on both color harmony theories. We hope that studies to recognize the importance of usage of correct color on the office furniture, to improve the office environment and to increase the efficiency of work will be conducted continuously.

This study presents the optimal conditions of zero-valent iron (ZVI) pretreatment for color removal from real dye wastewater. Removal of color by ZVI was strongly subject to the acidity of the wastewater buffering the pH increased after ZVI reduction. The real dye wastewater did not contain a sufficient amount of acidity and thus it was necessary to supplement acid to the dye wastewater before treatment. In continuous operation of iron column, the empty bed contact time (EBCT) and initial pH were varied to find the optimal conditions. A non-linear regression model fitted well the experimental result predicting that the optimal EBCT and pH for 80% removal efficiency was present in the range of 57~90 and 5~5.9, respectively. Color of column effluents could be further removed in the following biological oxidation step and the biodegradability of wastewater was also enhanced after iron pretreatment.

This paper proposes a robust object tracking algorithm using object features and on-line learning based particle filter for mobile robots. Mobile robots with a side-view camera have problems as camera jitter, illumination change, object shape variation and occlusion in variety environments. In order to overcome these problems, color histogram and HOG descriptor are fused for efficient representation of an object. Particle filter is used for robust object tracking with on-line learning method IPCA in non-linear environment. The validity of the proposed algorithm is revealed via experiments with DBs acquired in variety environment. The experiments show that the accuracy performance of particle filter using combined color and shape information associated with online learning (92.4 %) is more robust than that of particle filter using only color information (71.1 %) or particle filter using shape and color information without on-line learning (90.3 %).

In this study, We endeavored to revaluate the effects of different types of clothing and colors on clothing microclimate in the subjects wearing sports wear at sunlight environment. This study was conducted 4 different kinds (cotton 100%) of clothing ensembles, that was W-1(long trousers and shirt of white color), B-1 (long trousers and shirt of black color), W-s (short trousers and shirt white color), B-s (short trousers and shirt black color) and were done in a climate chamber under sunlight ambient temperature ($33.67{\pm}1.8^{\circ}C$, $46.0{\pm}8.5%RH$) by three males subject who are in good healthy. Start a 20-min rest period, 20-min bouts of exercise and final 20-min recovery period were performed. The kinetic load was given for 20 minutes under the condition of 6.0 km/hr walking speed on the treadmill. The results is as followed In case of same type of garment, temperature within clothing which is based on difference of color the white ensemble keeps higher temperature than black one. According to distribution chart of temperature within clothing in case of chest, white one shows higher temperature than black one, in case of back, black one shows higher temperature than white one. Difference of heart rate was so clear and sequence is W-1>B-1>W-s>B-s, so we could find same tendency with temperature within clothing.

교통사고의 주된 원인은 자동차 주행 중 운전자의 시각적 주의 분산이다. 본 연구에서는 운전자의 시선을 도로에서 벗어나지 않게 하면서 주행정보를 제공하는 HUD(Head Up Display)시스템을 이용해서 자동차 앞 유리(windshield)에 투영된 주행정보의 색채감성을 평가하였다. 주행정보는 전방시선 $0^{\circ}$에서 약 하방 $9^{\circ}$에 위치하도록 설치하였고, 실험실의 형광등, 5개의 LED 조명등과 TV출력 영상을 통해 25[lux]의 야간 운전 시 조도 환경, 100,000[lux]의 주간 운전 시 조도 환경을 재현하였다. 먼셀 표색계의 기본 5색(R, Y, G, B, P)과 신호등의 색 YR, W 총 7색의 단일 색과 W를 제외한 6개 글자에 각각 흰색 글자 외곽선, 회색 글자 외곽선을 주어 외곽선 있는 글자 12개를 만들었다. 총 19개의 실험 자극물을 주간과 야간 환경에서 각각 주행정보의 컬러 시인성, 피로도, 선호도, 방해 정도를 평가하였다. 실험결과는 시인성이 유의미하게 나왔는데, 첫째, 주간에서는 Y와 G 색상같이 색상 자체의 휘도가 높은 경우 시인성이 높았다. 둘째, 텍스트의 외곽선이 있는 경우, 외곽선이 배경색으로 작용하여 색상과의 휘도대비를 일으켜 시인성에 영향을 준다. 셋째, 외곽선이 없는 경우에는 차량 전면 유리의 휘도가 배경색 휘도로 작용하여 글자의 휘도와 큰 대비를 이룰 때 시인성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 운전자의 주시야를 고려해 전방에 제공되는 가상의 영상, HUD의 상용화를 위해서는 주행정보의 색채시인성이 중요한데 이를 높이기 위한 방안으로 배경과 글자의 휘도대비를 고려해볼 수 있다.
