The conception of uniform is changing from function and economical efficiency of the past to symbolism and aesthetic sense So, in such a management strategical point of view as enterprises' PR, scouting talent, organization revitalization etc, this is required to settle uniform culture which is proper to each enterprise and design development. The purpose of this thesis is, first, to study to help distribution enterprises' CI or PR by examining the present condition of uniform design in domestic fashion distribution enterprise and planning uniform design on the base of real case and finally making a real thing in person. Second is to suggest to fashion enterprise security of competitive ability of uniform-producing enterprise by developing article design of worth. Third is to present academic area with how to do design education in a wide range not based on trend article development. Following is how and what to study to carry out these purposes. Details about necessity and how and what to study are in an introduction, the conception of uniform in theory through precedential records examination in chapter 2, the present condition of uniform design based on Changwon city in chapter 3, planning uniform design and making a real thing suitable for F enterprise in chapter 4, and the conclusion is in chapter 5. Through this study, I became to know that uniform in distribution enterprise who treats visitors face to face is very important. I supply material and information concluded from this study to uniform industry and hope this will be helpful in developing uniform. It is significant in that this study as being related with enlarged uniform and enterprise, beyond such a uniform area as school uniform and hospital one, expanded the study range of clothing. I already tell you that this study is based on visual expression of uniform and wearer's feeling in clothes is not included.

Competition of today's markets get to compete the relationship of one system and another system. Competition in relationship of system emphasis molding of cooperate relationship-strycture between enetrprices and It appears competitiveness enriched effects of enterprices in systems. In the rapidly changing economy and marketing situation, Travel agency got worse management situation of themselves more excessive competitiveness then competitiveness efforts between Tourism Relationship Enterprices. So, Relationship marketing will lays a foundation of new travel agency's environment through competitive of relation to travel agency and travel agency, travel agency and hotel or travel agency and airplane. This study's object are present relationships between travel agency and travel relation enterprise of cooperation, complication and competitiveness to relation form. And this study are presents suggestion to generate of hereafter travel relation enterprise through study on relationship with hotel and airplane. A final object of this study are presents a model applys relation method of travel agency and travel agency, hotel and airplane through inspect to specialist analysis. In the result of study, Travel agency are low position and difficult with hotel and airplane at the cooperation but acually It's difficult with travel relation enterprise. So, Travel agency will be operates characteritic system and regulations for win with travel relation enterprise for efficiency of working more than hotel and airplane. Airplane is the best big travel relation enterprise. So, The most airplane has to high cooperate with travel agency. That's why airplane keep going close cooperation with travel agency. Travel agency has to close cooperate with hotels secondly through marketing, exchanging information and union advertisement etc. Hotels are low in complications than travel agency but high in complications than airplane. Although travel relation enterprise are different system individually, because of all of us working with union object, Travel agency and travel compliment-cooperation relationship.relation enterprise has to autonomy behavior with close cooperation through.

본 논문은 정부의 R&D 투자를 위한 재정지출의 확대가 민간기업의 연구개발 투자의 확대에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, R&D 투자 확대를 위한 대학과 기업의 지출 간의 관계에서 어떠한 관계가 확인되는지를 추정하고 있다. 본 논문의 추정결과를 통해 얻을 수 있는 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, R&D 투자확대를 위한 정부의 재정지출 확대는 민간기업의 R&D 투자를 확대시킨다. 그러나 대학 등의 고등교육기관의 지출 확대는 오히려 민간기업의 투자를 위축시킨다. 둘째, 대학의 R&D 투자의 확대가 민간기업의 R&D 투자를 구축하는 효과는 강하게 나타나고 있으며, 이러한 구축효과는 각 국가의 경제력, 재정상황, 그리고 경기변동 등 구조적인 변화에 강하게 영향을 받는다. 셋째, R&D 투자를 위한 정부지출이 대학과 기업 중에서 대학에 더 집중될수록 대학과 기업 간의 비대칭적인 관계는 강하게 나타나며, 이러한 관계에는 대학의 투자재원 중 기업부분으로부터의 투자재원이 큰 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 비록, R&D 투자의 확대를 위한 정부의 보조금 규모가 커질수록 기업의 R&D 투자가 확대되고 대학과 기업의 비대칭적인 관계가 개선된다고 하더라도, 정부의 보조금을 통해서 이러한 문제들을 전적으로 해결하기는 사실 상 어렵다.

The human resources of an enterprise is very important to survive in these days of business environment. This study investigates the influence of four behavioral types in MBTI (Myer-Briggs Type Indicator) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as a key conception of organizational effectiveness. The focus of this study is to investigate the effects of R&D employee's four behavioral types in MBTI and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. The results of this study show that organizational effectiveness is influenced by personality types and working conditions. According to the result, First, about the analysis of differences in job satisfaction, EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type (3.56) and EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type (3.43) are higher than IJ (Introversion Judging)-type (3.07) and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type (3.03) of four behavioral types in MBTI. So an enterprise makes various efforts to enhance job satisfaction for IJ (Introversion Judging)-type and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type. Second, For improving the organizational effectiveness that is job satisfaction and immersion, an enterprise must make favorable working conditions to each four behavioral types in MBTI of R&D employees. In order to improve job satisfaction, the enterprise will provide IJ (Introversion Judging)-type with support for collegiality and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type. Finally, in the case of EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type, the enterprise must admit failure for efforts. In order to improve job immersion, the enterprise will provide IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors, the vision of company and compensation for creative work. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type.

본 연구는 벤처기업이 성장해 감에 따른 성공적인 경영성과를 달성하기 위한 수익성과 성장성 확보의 전략적 방향을 설정하고자 한다. 방법적으로는 국내 벤처기업의 기술, 마케팅의 전략적인 유형을 분류하고 각 전략 유형 군에 따른 전략 및 수익성과 성장성을 대표하는 성과분석을 통하여 국내의 신생 및 기존 벤처기업이 급변하는 산업 환경에서 성공하기 위한 전략적 방향을 제시하였으며, 또한 벤처기업들을 주제로 하는 향후 연구의 이론적 근거 및 가설을 제공하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

The authors of the study highlight the conceptual foundations of the investment mechanism of innovation of enterprises in the context of strategic development. Such indicators of investment attraction for the enterprise as investment attractiveness, investment activity of the enterprise, critical mass of investments, minimum sufficiency of investments and others are singled out. It is proved that the balance of investment resources is facilitated by the action of the investment mechanism of innovation activity at the enterprise in the context of achievements of strategic development tasks. Investment processes and their intensification have an impact on the expansion of production capacity of economic entities in strategic development and on improving the efficiency of existing capacities. The investment mechanism of innovative activity at the enterprise in the context of achievement of tasks of strategic development contains system of complex actions which provides: definition of the clear purpose and tasks for the mechanism and achievement of the purposes of the enterprise; assessment of the investment potential of the enterprise; definition of tasks of innovative development of enterprises and investment resources necessary for this purpose, etc. The tasks of the investment mechanism of innovative activity at the enterprise in the context of achievements of tasks of strategic development and its economic, organizational and information components are singled out, as well as levers of influence and regulators of the investment mechanism of innovation in the enterprise.

The article examines the problems of ensuring the effectiveness of the economic security system in the face of increasing competition. The relevance of the study is determined by the intensification of competition between enterprises and the threats arising from this phenomenon. The methodological basis is the methods used: analysis and synthesis - to identify the main trends in the development of tools for economic security of the enterprise; systematization - to highlight the main characteristics of the economic security of the enterprise in the intensification of competition; generalization - to form the general conclusions of the study. The purpose of scientific research is to substantiate the feasibility of using the tools of the economic security system to increase its efficiency in the face of intensifying competition. The main components of the economic security system of the enterprise, which have the greatest impact on the formation of an effective level of economic security. The defining characteristics of the system of economic security of the enterprise are investigated. Special characteristics of the economic security system of the enterprise are considered. The offered directions of tools of maintenance of system of economic safety of the enterprise in competitive conditions: objective, subjective external, subjective internal. For each area, specific tools for ensuring the system of economic security, which affect its efficiency, have been identified.

소상공인협동조합은 2013년부터 중소벤처기업부에서 소상공인의 협업을 유도하기 위하여 평가를 거쳐 국고보조금을 지원한 협동조합을 의미하며, 조합원이 소상공인사업자 5인 이상으로 구성된 협동조합을 말한다. 소상공인협동조합이 중요한 이유는 일반협동조합의 발전방향을 제시할 수 있기 때문이다. 또한 2018년이 특별한 또 하나의 이유는 2013년부터 시작된 5년의 마지막 한해라고 할 수 있으며 재정지원에 대한 1주기 결산이 이루어지기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 2013년 소상공인협동조합 활성화 사업에 선정된 협동조합을 대상으로, 2015년 설문조사를 실시했다. 협동조합의 지속성에 영향을 미치는 동기가 외재적동기인지, 내재적동기인지에 관한 것과, 협업에 영향을 주는 요인으로 외재적동기인지, 내재적동기인지 파악해 보려 했다. 그리고 협업이 협동조합의 지속성에 영향을 주는 것인지에 대해서도 살펴보려 했다. 연구결과 협업과 협동조합의 지속성에 영향을 주는 유의한 독립변수는 내재적동기인 것으로 나타났다.

For sustainable development, better performance, and less gas pollution during rumen fermentation, there is a need to find a green and safe feed additive for ruminants. Cysteamine (CS) is a biological compound naturally produced in mammalian cells. It is widely used as a growth promoter in ruminants because of its ability to control hormone secretions. It mainly controls the circulating concentration of somatostatin and enhances growth hormone production, leading to improved growth performance. CS modulates the rumen fermentation process in a way beneficial for the animals and environment, leading to less methane production and nutrients loss. Another beneficial effect of using CS is that it improves the availability of nutrients to the animals and enhances their absorption. CS also works as an antioxidant and protects the cells from oxidative damage. In addition, CS has no adverse effects on bacterial and fungal alpha diversity in ruminants. Dietary supplementation of CS enhances the population of beneficial microorganisms. Still, no data is available on the use of CS on reproductive performance in ruminants, so there is a need to evaluate the effects of using CS in breeding animals for an extended period. In this review, the action mode of CS was updated according to recently published data to highlight the beneficial effects of using CS in ruminants.
