The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among information attitude, brand attitude, usage satisfaction, brand image and brand loyalty of YouTube sports Contents. The survey subjects to achieve the purpose of this study were selected the 490 YouTube sports contents Viewer in the metropolitan area. Data processing was done with SPSS 23 for frequency analysis, Cronbach's α analysis. Also, AMOS 21 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, it is more effective to increase the attitude toward the brand itself rather than information attitude to use satisfaction Second, both information attitude and brand attitude were found to have a positive effect on enhancing brand image. In relation to attitude and image, it was possible to achieve research accumulation for YouTube users. Third, it was found that both the use satisfaction and the brand image presented in the previous study had a positive effect on brand loyalty.

Objectives : This study investigated the effects of psychological ownership on job attitude markers (job satisfaction and affective commitment) of employees in general hospitals. Methods : Data were collected using self-administered questionnaire completed by employees in two hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province, from May 21 to 26, 2014. Job attitude markers were measured by job satisfaction and affective commitment. We analyzed 300 cases using SPSS 21.0. Results : Psychological ownership of hospital employees had a significant effect on the job satisfaction and affective commitment. Psychological ownership explained a total of 20.5% and 9.9% of the variance in job satisfaction and affective commitment while controlling for gender, age, marital status, work position and work experience. Conclusions : Psychological ownership of hospital employees is a useful factor and key to recruiting and conducting training program for them, thus enhancing job attitudes.

The ESS(Energy Storage System) connected with distributed generation is drawing attention due to improving the quality load leveling, peak shaving for enhancing reliability of the power grid. The grid-connected inverter makes frequency adjustment to the active power's charge discharge according to the load variation. In addition, the inverter is possible to act as a reactive power compensation device to eliminate harmonic operates as power factor change inhibiting, anti-transient voltage fluctuation, active filter. In this paper, we propose a design method of igbt stack considering the reactive power supply capacity to improve the quality and reliability of the inverter. Moreover, the grid-connected inverter considering the four-quadrant rated operation designed stack and verified the feasibility of the design through a thermal analysis.

Korea residential housing generally use wet floor heating system 'Ondol' which consist of insulation cushioning, lightweight foamed concrete, hot water pipe and mortar on top of reinforced concrete slab. Wet floor heating system's installation process is too complicate and difficult to supervise field for continuing assurance quality. Also, this method has a huge impact on the progress of construction because it take a long time to cure finishing mortar and lightweight foamed concrete. Therefore, it is considered a disturbance factor of reduction of construction duration for enhancing competitiveness. In this study, we conducted an experiment about the radiant heat performance and temperature difference on upper panel of rolled dry floor heating systems which is jointly developed by Kolon global and Sumisho Metalex for remodeling housing, studio apartment and the urban-life housing.

Renewable energy technology development has been carrying out in 11 different areas so far. Many technologies are being applied to the required areas according to its own characteristics. Before launching the development, these technologies have been evaluated by their commercial effect and contribution to energy supply. In this paper, the impact factors enhancing the distribution of renewable energy were developed to select appropriate diffusion regulations for each technology area. In addition, AHP methodology was introduced to investigate priorities of the regulations along with weights of impact factors.

In order to characterize the thermal conductivity and viscosity of grout materials used for backfilling ground heat exchangers, nine bentonite grouts and cement grouts being adapted in the United State have been considered in this study. The bentonite grouts indicate that the thermal conductivity and viscosity increase with the content of bentonite or filler (silica sand). In addition, material segregation can be observed when the viscosity of grout is relatively low. The saturated cement grouts appear to possess much higher thermal conductivity than the saturated bentonite grouts, and the reduction of thermal conductivity in the cement grouts after drying specimens is less than the case of the bentonite grouts. Maintaining the moisture content of grouts is a crucial factor in enhancing the efficiency of ground heat exchangers.

Safety education should not only prevent workers from industrial accidents but also contribute to improve the productivity of manufacturing plants or construction sites. In practice this do not happen because workers do not realize the importance of safety education. This study aims to suggest a methodology to improve safety education of construction sites by surveying conditions of safety education and the safety consciousness of workers and engineers. The results showed that most education except regular educations were nominally carried out. Lectures and audio-visual education were mainly used as educational methods. After trainees attended the education session they completed a written survey, the most dissatisfied factor about safety education was education circumstances, of which rate was around 36%. The proportion of construction engineers who thought that safety management was contributable to cost reduction was 35%, to construction period 20%, and to quality enhancement 48%. Based on these results, this research pointed out the need to review training manuals, the development of educational programs, improvement of educational facilities to improve safety education of construction sites, and finally to discussed these issues.

Organic fanning in the UK has been greatly grown for the last decade. Two policies for supporting organic farming introduced in 1994 and 1999 played a crucial role in expanding organic farming area and increase in the number of farmers taken up organic fanning methods. Comparing the two policies, this paper identifies that the significant increase in financial aid to organic fanning in 1999 not only was a key factor to succeed in the scheme but also provided environmental base for further development of rural areas. However, such a national aid scheme should be improved in order to reflect regional specific characteristics in terms of environmental protection and local social and economic development. the experience of the UK suggests that the role of organic fanning in rural economics should be defined before enhancing financial support to farmers.
