The target plants adaptable to climate change were 2 taxa including Lespedeza maritima and Carpesium macrocephalum, and the plants with approval for delivering oversea were 4 taxa including Exochorda serratifolia, Glycine soja, Lespedeza maritima and Weigela subsessilis. The naturalized plants were 51 taxa including Phytolacca americana, Viola papilionacea, Lamium purpureum and so forth. The invasive alien plants were 3 taxa including Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Aster pilosus and Lactuca scariola. NI(Naturalized Index) was 12.4% of all 411 taxa of surveyed flora in this study and UI(Urbanized Index) was 15.9% of all 321 taxa of naturalized plants in Korea. Potentilla discolor in rare plant, Philadelphus schrenkii in endemic plant and Dictamnus dasycarpus in specific plant were established the conservation plan. Whereas, invasive alien plants such as Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Aster pilosus and Lactuca scariola should be removed as soon as possible. The damaged sites in Seoak District were divided between wildfire area and farmland. To restore a forest fire site, we will have to apply a natural renewal and community planting. In case of farmland, we will have to do ecological planting using native species and constrcut a forest wetland.
The flora of Is. Gageodo (N $34^{\circ}02^{\prime}{\sim}34^{\circ}05^{\prime}$, E $125^{\circ}05^{\prime}{\sim}125^{\circ}08^{\prime}$) in Sinangun (Province Jeollanamdo) was surveyed from April 2010 to October 2011. The vascular plants from the results of 23 field surveys were revealed as 385 taxa; in total 98 families, 258 genera, 348 species, three subspecies, 31 varieties and four forms. Fifty taxa were the first records in this region. The plants in various categories were discovered in this study. The number of Korean endemic plants were 7 taxa, and 8 taxa designated by Korean Forest Service as rare plants were investigated in this region. The plants above the third degree among the floristic regional indicator plants designated by Korean Ministry of Environment were 30 taxa. In addition, 28 taxa of the naturalized plants were recorded.
This study was carried out to clarify the distribution of vascular plants and their usefulness in Geommasan of Gyeongbuk (1,017m, $36^{\circ}\;42^{'}\;30.0^{"}{\sim}36^{\circ}\;45^{'}\; 30.1^{"}N,\;129^{\circ}\;12^{'}\;30.0^{"}{\sim}129^{\circ}\;18^{'}\; 00.0^{"}E$). The vascular plants collected 11 times (from April 2004 to October 2006) were consisted of total 513 taxa; 91 families, 318 genera, 424 species, 3 subspecies, 73 varieties and 13 forms. Among them, edible, medicinal, industrial, ornamental and unknown of usefulness plants were 243 taxa, 307 taxa, 122 taxa, 85 taxa, 77 taxa, respectively. Korean endemic plants of this area were 11 taxa, and Law-protected plants by Ministry of Environment were 4 taxa, The naturalized plants were 21 taxa, therefore naturalized ratio was 4.1%, and Urban index 7.5%.
