The term project executed at the university is a learner-centered learning method in which students select their topics, draw up their plans, and produce results by themselves based on the content they have learned during the semester. Through the term-end project of the subjects relating software, students learn various techniques for the programming language and produce the outcomes of their project by the creative program development process. However, non-computer majors who take software course as liberal arts subjects have difficulty in understanding the programming language, so it is necessary to provide feedback from their professor for encouraging students in carrying out their projects smoothly. Therefore, a feedback method by the discussions between a professor and learners that can be applied to the term-end project of programming subject for the non-computer majors is proposed. The proposed method was apply to the actual term-end projects and the meaningful results were confirmed through the analysis of the project processes and outcomes.

This paper presents a novel approach to design evaluation of portable consumer electronic (PCE) products using augmented reality (AR) based tangible interaction and functional behavior simulation. In the approach, the realistic visualization is acquired by overlaying the rendered image of a PCE product on the real world environment in real-time using computer vision based augmented reality. For tangible user interaction in an AR environment, the user creates input events by touching specified regions of the product-type tangible object with the pointer-type tangible object. For functional behavior simulation, we adopt state transition methodology to capture the functional behavior of the product into a markup language-based information model, and build a finite state machine (FSM) to controls the transition between states of the product based on the information model. The FSM is combined with AR-based tangible objects whose operation in the AR environment facilitates the realistic visualization and functional simulation of the product, and thus realizes faster product design and development. Based on the proposed approach, a product design evaluation system has been developed and applied for the design evaluation of various PCE products with highly encouraging feedbacks from users.

Appearance of full-text online is the most encouraging phenomenon ·during the development of databases. The full-text databases of today is derived from by-product of electronic publication of printed materials. Now, there are also some movements toward electronic production of documents in Korea although not powerful. The present study is designed to examine the characteristics and effective retrieval method of full-text databases now commercially available through various vendors. The outline of this paper IS as follows: First, background and present situation of existing full-text database services through national and worldwide are examined. Second, free-text searching system of full-text databases is compared with controlled vocabulary system. The factors influencing on free-text retrieval performance, searching thesaurus, and hybrid or compromising system, which is using limited controlled vocabulary in conjunction with natural language for the enrichment needed for practical operation of the . system, are examined. Third, user demands through the analysis of preceding studies on 'various types of full-text databases are recognised. Fouth, application of CD-ROM full-text database to the libraries and information centers is examined as prospective resources for them. Finally, some problems and prospect of full-text databases are presented.

''The King's Daughters' is referring to the approximately 900 young French women who immigrated to New France between 1663 and 1673. This program was sponsored by Louis XIV. The program was planned to increase New France's population both by encouraging the female immigrants to settle there and by promoting marriages, family formations and the births of children. Marguerite Bourgeoys was the first person to use the expression called as 'filles du roi' in her writings. She was the French foundress of the Congregation of Notre Dame of Montreal in the colony of New France which is now part of Quebec. After agreeing to marry, the couple took a marriage contract directly in front of a notary and the wedding ceremony had generally been held within possible rapid time. The processes of the choice of husband and the marriage would officially be held in the church. By the year 1672, the population of New France had risen to 6,700 from 3,200 in 1663. Although the Filles du Roi represent only 8% of the total immigrants to Canada under the French regime, they account for nearly half of the women who immigrated to Canada in the colony's 150-year history. 'King's Daughters' must be correctly assessed as 'Mother of Quebec' and 'Propagator of the French language' in the history.

In this paper, the simplification procedure of Karnaugh Map, which is essential to design digital logic circuits, was implemented as web-based educational Java applets. The learners will be able to experience interesting learning process by executing the proposed Java applets. In addition, since the proposed Java applets were designed to contain educational technologies by step-by-step procedure, the maximization of learning efficiency can be obtained. The learners can make virtual experiments on the simplification of digital logic circuits by clicking on some buttons or filling out some text fields. Furthermore, the Boolean expression and its schematic diagram occurred in the simplification process will be displayed on the separate frame so that the learners can learn effectively. The schematic diagram enables them to check out if the logic circuit is correctly connected or not. Finally, since the simplification algorithm used in the proposed Java applet is based on the modified Quine-McCluskey minimization technique, the proposed Java applets will show more encouraging result in view of learning efficiency if it is used as assistants of the on-campus offline class.

This study aimed to clarify the meanings of developmental rehabilitation service providers' experiences of participation in a group art therapy. The 5 participants in this study were composed of cognitive, language and art therapists working at children developmental rehabilitation center in G city. The group art therapy was provided to participants from October to December, 2018. And the data were collected using in-depth interviews from January to February, 2019. Collected data was analyzed using the phenomenological method by Colaizzi(1978). As a result, four categories were derived: "Purification of emotions", "New discovery", "Encouragement and comfort", and "Close relationship". In conclusion, therapists participating in a group art therapy experienced purification of emotions and newly discovered about themselves and colleagues. And through encouraging and comforting in the group, they became closer. These results may serve as basic data on using art therapy for giving psychological support to therapists who provide developmental rehabilitation service.

Recently, programming education is being actively performed in education field with development of educational programming language and teaching and learning methods for elementary students. However, programming education have limit to apply to the overall computer science curriculum, because it is performed by more than 5th grade and focused on the utilization of programming tools than problem-solving process. It is necessary to expand the range of students and educational content considered with problem-solving process for encouraging programming education in computer science. In this study, we suggest the easy-to-use programming tool for lower grade(1st grade) and robot programming task based on improvement of student's thinking ability. We use Tangible User Interface(TUI) for elementary student's(1st grade) convenience of programming and developed the robot programming task for improvement of logical thinking. As a result of this experiment, tangible programming tool can be used easily in elementary students(1st grade) and developed robot programming task is effective in improvement of logical thinking.

Recently, with the machine learning trend, most of the machine translation systems on over the world use two syntax tree sets of two relevant languages to learn syntactic tree transfer rules. However, for the English-Vietnamese language pair, this approach is impossible because until now we have not had a Vietnamese syntactic tree set which is correspondent to English one. Building of a very large correspondent Vietnamese syntactic tree set (thousands of trees) requires so much work and take the investment of specialists in linguistics. To take advantage from our available English-Vietnamese Corpus (EVC) which was tagged in word alignment, we choose the SITG (Stochastic Inversion Transduction Grammar) model to construct English- Vietnamese syntactic tree sets automatically. This model is used to parse two languages at the same time and then carry out the syntactic tree transfer. This English-Vietnamese bilingual syntactic tree set is the basic training data to carry out transferring automatically from English syntactic trees to Vietnamese ones by machine learning models. We tested the syntax analysis by comparing over 10,000 sentences in the amount of 500,000 sentences of our English-Vietnamese bilingual corpus and first stage got encouraging result $(analyzed\;about\;80\%)[5].$ We have made use the TBL algorithm (Transformation Based Learning) to carry out automatic transformations from English syntactic trees to Vietnamese ones based on that parallel syntactic tree transfer set[6].

Purpose: Nutrition has a direct and substantial effect on the agenda of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Recognizing the importance of adequate diet in strengthening school children's health, the relevant parties should take the initiative to introduce effective nutrition intervention programs. Malnutrition, in all conditions, hinders children's potential to survive and thrive. It has been challenging to demonstrate that enhancing nutrition and sustainability instruction in schools leads to healthier and more sustainable eating patterns. This scoping review is to discover the important drivers and emerging themes in nutritional health intervention distributions at schools toward the attainment of SDGs for school children's health. Data and methodology: A scoping review of the literature was conducted between 2007 and 2022 using the Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus databases. A total of 25 journal articles were identified for a full review. Results: Five themes were found from the literature relevant to the scenario surrounding pupils and food intake in schools. The data implied that nutrition intervention distributions, including food literacy, food consumption, good governance, and food entrepreneurship, might have a prominent impact on the behavioral and health outcomes of school children. Conclusions: Findings have emerged on the usefulness of nutrition intervention distributions at school in encouraging healthy diet intake among school children and consequently meeting the Sustainable Development Goals.

Purposes: The problem in the recent immigration policy and social policy changes for foreigners is that the preliminary analysis or research on the actual impact of the influx of foreigners has not been done enough in Korea yet.. This study is to examine the impact of the Korean health insurance finances on the influx of foreigners. Approach: This study analyzed the health insurance statistics for foreigners and overseas Koreans of the Health Insurance Corporation from 2013 to 2017. The data is the "Status of Health Insurance Premiums for Nationals, Foreigners, and Overseas Koreans from 2013 to 2017" submitted by the National Health Insurance Service to the Health and Welfare Committee during the 2018 National Audit Period. Findings: To summarize the analysis, first, the proportion of foreigners was only 1% of all subscribers (1.7% at work, 1.9% in regions) until 2017. Second, employees at work have a lower pay-to-pay ratio, and local subscribers have a higher pay-to-pay rate, regardless of nationality. Third, as immigrants are mostly concentrated in younger ages, they are healthy and use of hospitals is relatively low. Fourth, in terms of gender distribution, there are many women of childbearing age due to marriage immigration among foreign local subscribers, and more men use hospitals than workers who have a high proportion of males due to childbirth. In conclusion, the impact of immigration on health insurance finances is not large, and has a positive effect on finances. Practical Implications: If we simply consider the financial aspect, encouraging foreigners to subscribe to health insurance has a positive effect on finances. In particular, the more foreign workers are enrolled, the greater the financial gain. In particular, increasing the employment of foreign women through language education, vocational training, and employment support will help finance health insurance. One of the reasons foreign subscribers have a positive impact on health insurance finance is the low medical utilization rate. It can be said that young and healthy foreigners use fewer hospitals and clinics, but another aspect means that foreigners have difficulty using health insurance for various reasons. Therefore, various supports must be accompanied so that foreign subscribers can use medical services when necessary.
