고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동은 서비스접점에서 이루어지는 고객의 능동적인 기능과 역할로 서비스품질 향상에 이바지하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 많은 연구들은 이 두 고객행동들의 관계적 성과에의 영향에 대해서도 주목하고 있다. 그러나, 고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동의 성격적 특성을 살펴보면, 오히려 고객과 접점종업원(혹은 서비스제공자)의 관계에 의해 이들이 더 영향을 받을 수 있다는 사실을 알게 된다. 따라서, 상업적이긴 하지만 고객과 접점종업원 간의 프렌드십이 서비스접점에서의 고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동을 설명하고 추가적으로 관계적 성과변수에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보아야 한다. 연구의 결과, 고객-접점종업원(혹은 서비스제공자)의 친밀감을 내포한 프렌드십은 고객참여행동뿐만 아니라 고객시민행동에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과는 관계가 있는 경우에 고객들의 서비스접점에서의 행동들이 더욱 적극적으로 이루어질 수 있다는 것으로 고객사회화 및 관계정립이 우선적으로 요구된다는 것을 알려준다. 또한, 고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동은 고객협력과 같은 관계적 성과변수에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결국, 고객참여행동 및 고객시민행동은 다양한 관계마케팅관련 변수들과 순환적으로 연결되어 있다고 말할 수 있다.

본 논문은 선박이 조우하는 상황에서 충돌의 위험에 대한 판단을 지원하여 충돌사고를 예방하기 위하여 선박충돌위험성을 평가하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 선박의 항해는 불확실성이 다수 내포되어 있기 때문에 충돌의 위험을 평가할 때 선박충돌위험성이 가진 불확실성을 고려할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 불확실성을 처리하고 각 상대 선박의 충돌의 위험을 실시간으로 평가하기 위하여 Dempster-Shafer 이론을 적용한다. 선박충돌위험의 평가 요인으로 DCPA(distance at closest point approach), TCPA(time to closest point approach), 상대 선박과의 거리, 상대방위, 속도비율 등이 사용되며, 각 평가 요인별 멤버쉽 함수로 계산된 기본확률배정함수(basic probability assignment)는 Dempster-Shafer 이론의 융합 규칙을 통하여 융합된다. 선박들이 실제로 조우하는 상황에서 수집된 선박자동식별장치 데이터를 사용하여 제안된 방법을 실험한 결과 평가의 적합성이 검증되었다. 선박간 조우 상황에서의 실시간으로 충돌위험성을 평가함으로써 인적오류로 인한 충돌사고를 예방할 수 있으며, 해상교통관제시스템과 자율운항선박의 충돌회피시스템에도 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

In this study, to increase removal efficiency of traditional electrokinetic treatment and to reduce contaminant load of wastewater that discharged through cathode compartment, enhanced electrode compartments were investigated. Hydroxide precipitation near the cathode electrode that encounter during traditional electrokinetic treatment were prevented by enhanced electrokinetic remediation test with newly invented electrode compartment. And heavy metal concentration in wastewater showed 0 ppm thus, additive post-treatment cost were not needed.

A practical example of the axisymmetric deep drawing process is simulated by the elastic-plastic finite element analysis using updated Lagrangian approach considering the large deformation. An approach is suggested to solve the problem of the ductile fracture that may encounter during the deep drawing process. The result can be applied to the design of the die for the axisymmetric deep drawing.

This paper introduces some practical guidelines which system developer should consider in installing MRP system. And some difficulties which he will encounter and should overcome are illustrated. An MRP software is introduced which was developed by a Korean software company and is being used by several manufacturing companies. Software modules, sturucture of data files and output reports are explained for the software.

Due to a computerized data processing, there are many cases when we encounter a huge data set. On the other hand, advances in computing technologies make it possible to deal with a huge data set. One important area is the data mining. In this paper we consider data mining when the dependent variable is binary. The proposed method is to use the poly-class model when the independent variables consists of continuous and discrete variables. An example is provided.

In machining die cavities or mechanical parts, we often encounter the needs to remove a material within a given boundary. Even though this pocket cutting capability has been implemented in many NC packages, most of them can handle convex shaped pockets bounded by curves of limited types and numbers. In this work, a procedure has been developed to machine pockets of a free surface bounded by lines, circular arcs and free curves. Also, the cutter location data is computed directly without using iterative method for better computational efficiency.

The causes of liver disease in children and abnormal liver function test are more diverse than those in adult. Therefore, the first step to evaluate the liver disease is the understanding the liver disease and interpreting the appropriate liver function test in children. The characteristics of each test and various conditions which we encounter in outpatients settings will be discussed in this article, especially focused on elevation of aminotransferase level without identifiable causes.

Aero-Heating phenomenon is one of the severe problems occurring in high speed missile flight. in the high speed flight, not only stagnation point but also aft body parts encounter high temperature related structural problems. But the phenomenon is not easy to predict accurately because unsteady calculation according to a flight trajectory is needed, and takes much time. In this Paper, a fast and precise scheme is introduced, which calculates heat flow and temperature by simple pressure field prediction on a missile.
