중국의 고등직업교육 정책과 사회적 책임 분석 (Analysis of Chinese Higher Vocational Education Policy and Social Responsibility)

  • 한국의 고등직업교육은 40년의 발전 끝에 기초적인 발전에서 질적인 발전으로의 전환으로 이미 칭찬할 만한 성과를 거두었다. 중국의 고등직업교육원은 개혁개방을 거쳐 많은 양의 양질의 기술기술인재를 각 분야로 이송하였다. 고등직업교육은 중국 교육제도의 필수불가결한 부분으로서 "고품질", "실용" 및 "기능성" 인재를 양성하는 중요한 능력으로 경제 및 사회 발전에 큰 기여를 한다. 이와 함께 소작농, 가사도우미, 퇴직근로자 등 상대적으로 기능이 낮은 근로자의 고용스트레스가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 고등 교육은 실업 문제를 해결하고 강력한 인적 자원을 사회에 제공하기 위해 국가 정책을 안내하고 지원하는 데 필수적이다.

성인남성의 경제인식과 흡연량과의 관련성 (The relationship between economic perception and smoking among men in working age)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구에서는 경제활동이 활발할 것으로 기대되는 성인 남성군의 흡연량이 객관적인 경제 상황 외에 주관적 경제 인식에 따라 달라지는지를 확인하였다. 연구방법: 통계분석에는 경제적 상황에 대한 전망 변수가 조사된 제 4차 한국복지패널조사(KoWEPS) 자료를 사용하였으며, 근로능력을 갖추고, 결혼 이력이 있는 30세-54세 기혼 남성에 대해 매개효과 확인을 위한 3단계 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 경제적 상황은 경제적 인식에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다(1단계). 경제적 전망에 대한 부정적 인식은 흡연량과 정적인 관계에 있었고(2단계), 가구의 가처분소득은 다만 경제적 전망을 통해서만 흡연량에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다(3단계). 이를 통해 경제적 상황은 청 장년층 흡연량에 대해 경제적 인식을 통한 매개 효과를 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 결론: 구매력이 충분한 청 장년층 남성 인구집단에서 열등한 경제적 지위는 이와 관련된 부정적 인식과, 우려 그리고 스트레스 등을 통해서 흡연에 영향을 준다. 따라서 이들 집단에 대해서는 가격적 정책의 효과가 상대적으로 낮게 나타날 가능성을 시사하며 비가격적 정책이 함께 실시되어야 할 필요성을 보여준다.

한국 중년남성의 건강관련 삶의 질에 대한 잠재계층분석 (Latent Class Analysis for Health-Related Quality of Life in the Middle-Aged Male in South Korea)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify types of quality of life (QoL) based on the 5 dimensions of EQ-5D and predict factors affecting types of QoL. Methods: This study was a secondary analysis using data from the Korean Health Panel Survey-II(2012). Participants were 2,071 middle-aged men who had completed the additional survey in 2012 and the data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and Mplus 5.21 for latent analysis. Results: Three latent classes of QoL were identified: serious (2.4% of the sample), threatened (15.5%), and stable types (82.0%). The types and characteristics of QoL among the latent classes differed. On comparing latent type 1 with latent type 2, the socioeconomic status (p<.05), employment status (p<.05), and subjective health status (p<.001) were found to be significant. On comparing latent type 1 with latent type 3, the socioeconomic status (p<.05), current smoking status (p<.001), and subjective health status (p<.001) were found to be significant. On comparing latent type 2 with latent type 3, the socioeconomic status (p<.05), subjective health status (p<.001), stress (p<.001) were found to be significant. Conclusion: The results showed significant heterogeneity in types of QoL and the predictors of QoL by types were different. These findings provide basic information for developing nursing interventions to improve QoL. Specific characteristics depending on the subtypes should be considered during the development of interventions.

신규간호사의 극복력 경험 (Newly graduated Nurse's Resilience Experience)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신규간호사의 극복력에 대한 경험을 확인하고 그 의미를 심층적으로 이해하기 위함이다. 연구대상자는 상급종합병원에 근무하는 12개월 미만의 신규간호사 9명이었으며, 반구조화된 심층 인터뷰 자료를 이용한 현상학적 연구방법을 적용한 질적연구이다. 자료분석은 Colaizzi의 방법에 근거하여 이루어졌다. 신규간호사의 극복력 경험을 분석한 결과 의미 있는 진술은 총 86개이었으며, 이로부터 13개의 주제가 도출되었으며, 4개의 주제모음으로 통합되었다. 도출된 4개의 주제모음은 '부족함을 인정하고 자기개발하기', '참고견뎌보기', '주변인들의 지지', '환기하고 승화하기' 이었다. 이에 신규간호사의 극복력을 이해하고 강화하여 간호전문성을 향상시키고 업무스트레스를 감소시켜 신규간호사의 이직률을 줄이는데 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

신규졸업간호사의 전환충격 영향요인 (Factors influencing the transition shock of newly-graduated nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors that can affect transition shock in newly-graduated nurses. Methods: The first descriptive written survey was conducted on 450 graduate students from five nursing colleges. After their employment, the second survey was conducted on 316 participants who had responded to the first survey. A total of 158 respondents were used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed using an independent t-test, ANOVA, Tukey test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis with the SPSS Win 25.0 Program. Results: The average age of the participants was 24.25±4.47. Of the participants, 126 (79.8%) were satisfied that they had majored in nursing. The average score for transition shock was 2.61±0.55 points. Factors influencing the transition shock of newly-graduated nurses were the working department, working period, and working environment. The more positively the newly-graduated nurses perceived the nursing work environment, the less of a transition shock they experienced. Grade point average, clinical competence, confidence in performing core nursing skills, and nursing professionalism did not affect their transition shock. It could be confirmed that there is a gap between college nursing education and the clinical field. Conclusion: In order to reduce the transition shock of newly-graduated nurses, it is necessary to improve the nursing work environment and apply educational and emotional support strategies according to the characteristics of each work department and the period of work.

Internal Service Recovery's Influence on Frontline Service Employees' Satisfaction and Loyalty

  • Relatively little studies have investigated employee recovery from internal service failure, especially from the employees' perspective. When handling customer complaints, employees must not only deal with legitimate customer demands after a service failure, such as providing an apology, rectifying the problem, and offering compensation, but they must also manage illegitimate dysfunctional customers, who may yell, threaten, and even physically harm the employee. These negative experiences can have strong effects, and employees can exhibit higher levels of stress such as burnout and emotional labor, which have been linked to dissatisfaction, tension and anxiety, reduced performance and effectiveness, and a greater propensity to leave the firm, ultimately leading to negative financial consequences for the firm. These conditions result in internal service failure and create the need to recover employees-in other words, internal service recovery. However, little research has examined this issue so far. The purpose of the current study, therefore, is to investigate the relationship between internal service recovery and employee outcomes. A pre-test, post-test between-subjects experimental design was developed. Participants were 166 part-time students who were working full-time. The average age of the participants was 36.74 years, and 57.50% of them were female. The average length of employment was 13 years. Participants were randomly assigned to one of four groups of approximately equal size. Three of the groups were subjected to an experimental situation involving an internal service failure, while one group was not exposed to failure, thereby acting as a control group. This study contributes to the service marketing literature in several ways. First, the study extends service failure and/or recovery research by examining recovery in an employee context. Second, this study attempts to measure internal service recovery and to empirically demonstrate its relationship to employee outcomes. Third, this investigation emphasizes the managerial importance of internal service recovery. For example, understanding the nature of the relationships between internal service recovery and its consequences can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of managers' resource allocation decisions.

당뇨병 근로자의 우울 영향요인: 국민건강영양조사를 바탕으로 (Factors Influencing Depression in Workers with Diabetes Mellitus-using the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey-)

  • 본 연구는 당뇨병 근로자의 우울 정도 및 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 국민건강영양조사 자료를 분석하였으며, 우울 정도는 PHQ-9를 활용하였고, 만 30세 이상의 직업이 있는 당뇨병 환자 685명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 복합표본 선형 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 여성, 40~49세, 65세 이상. 편부모와 미혼자녀로 구성된 세대, 비정규직 근로자가 우울이 높았으며, 가구소득이 높고, 교육수준이 고등학교 졸업 이상의 근로자는 우울이 낮게 나타났다(p>.05). 또한, 약물치료를 하는 경우, 스트레스가 많은 경우, 1주일간 걷기 일수가 2~3일/주, 주관적 건강상태가 보통이거나 나쁜 경우, 우울증으로 의사진단을 받은 경우 우울이 높게 나타났다(p>.05). 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 당뇨병 근로자의 우울 관리 개발 프로그램 연구와, 정부 및 지역사회에서 당뇨병 근로자의 우울에 대한 체계적인 사정 및 진단 프로그램과 직장내에서 당뇨병 근로자를 위한 건강증진행동을 위한 지원체계가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

작업관련 근골격계질환의 요양재해 추이 분석 및 위험요인과 유병률에 관한 고찰 (Analysis of Trends in Patients with Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders and Literature Review of Risk Factors and Prevalence)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the recent trends in patients with work-related musculoskeletal disorders in South Korea and to check the major results by reviewing the literature on the risk factors and prevalence of musculoskeletal diseases related to work. Methods: Industrial disaster data from the Ministry of Employment and Labor from 2012 to 2021 were used, and the literature was reviewed regarding risk factors for musculoskeletal diseases related to work using PubMed and RISS. Results: The trend of patients with work-related musculoskeletal disorders has increased overall since 2017 after declining until 2016, with a particularly notable increase in the average annual number of patients with physical burden work. The average annual rate per ten thousand people for patients with body burden work, non-accidental lower back pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome among work-related diseases was high in the mining industry. The average annual rate per ten thousand people for patients with accidental lower back pain was the highest in the fishing industry. Within the manufacturing field, it was the highest in the shipbuilding and ship repair industry. As a result of the literature review, the search rate for work-related musculoskeletal disease papers in unstructured work was high. In addition, physical stress factors were high among risk factors, and pain areas showed a high rate for the waist. Conclusion: Even after the institutional implementation of a hazard investigation system related to musculoskeletal diseases is implemented, the number of patients with occupational musculoskeletal disorders continues to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct regular surveys and implement effective improvement activities for vulnerable industries or occupations.

Beyond Medical Bills: High Prevalence of Financial Toxicity and Diverse Management Strategies Among Vietnamese Patients With Cancer

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to measure financial toxicity (FT) among patients with cancer in Vietnam using the COmprehensive Score for financial Toxicity (COST) and to describe the cost management strategies employed by these patients. Methods: This comprehensive cross-sectional study enrolled 634 patients from 2 specialized oncology hospitals in Vietnam. Using COST cut-off scores, FT was classified as none/mild (≥26), moderate (14-25), or severe (≤13). Cost management strategies, or coping mechanisms, were classified into 4 groups: lifestyle changes, financial resource strategies, treatment modifications, and support seeking. Results: The prevalence of FT was 91.8%, with 51.7% of participants demonstrating severe and 40.1% exhibiting moderate FT. Severe FT was significantly associated with female, low education level, unstable employment, low household economic status, and advanced cancer stage. The most common coping strategies were as follows: among lifestyle changes, reducing spending on basic items and leisure activities (78.7%) and cutting back on essential household expenses (66.4%); among financial resource strategies, borrowing money from relatives or friends (49.1%) and withdrawing funds from retirement or savings accounts (34.1%); within treatment modifications, switching treatment facilities or doctors due to cost concerns (9.3%); and within support seeking, obtaining help from welfare or community organizations (18.8%). All strategies were significantly more likely to be used by patients with severe FT. Conclusions: FT was highly prevalent among patients with cancer. Most patients relied on lifestyle adjustments and coping strategies, underscoring the need for improved financial support systems to alleviate the economic burden associated with cancer care.

한일 부부의 결혼만족도 비교 (What Makes Husband and Wife Satisfied with their Marriages : A Comparative Analysis of Korea and Japan)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국가 간 비교 관점에서 한국과 일본의 가족생활주기에 따른 결혼만족도 변화 패턴을 분석하고, 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2003년 한국과 2004년 일본에서 각각 조사한 전국가족조사 자료를 사용하였으며, 배우자와 동거하고 있는 5,308명의 한국인 성인남녀와 4,920명의 일본인 성인남녀를 대상으로 한 설문조사자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 결혼관계에서의 한국과 일본 간 문화적 차이와 유사성을 살펴보기 위해 교육수준과 결혼기간, 가구수입과 재혼 여부를 통제한 가운데 교육수준, 소득수준, 취업에 있어서 비전형적인 부부결합(marriage gradients), 가족스트레스, 부부 상호작용의 질이 한국과 일본 부부의 결혼 만족도에 미치는 영향을 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 한국과 일본 모두 가족생활주기에 따른 U자형 결혼만족도 변화패턴을 보였으며, 전 생애에 걸쳐 일관적으로 남편이 부인보다 결혼만족도가 높았다. 한국과 일본 부부의 결혼만족도에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요인은 공통적으로 배우자에 대한 깊은 신뢰와 관심, 성생활 만족을 포함한 질 높은 부부 상호작용이었으며, 한국인 부부는 성생활 만족보다는 부부 상호작용의 질이 결혼만족도에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤던 반면 일본인 부부는 성생활 만족이 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다.
