정보지원 업무관련 주요자격증 우선순위 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on Drawing Priority of Main Certificates related to information support)

  • 본 연구는 시대적 상황의 문제 해소 방안을 모색함에 있다. 특히 최근에 청년실업률 문제는 많은 사회적인 문제를 야기하고 있다. 이러한 문제와 관련성 높은 취업과 관련해서 신입사원의 실무교육비용은 부담으로 작용한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제 해소를 위한 구체적인 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구내용에 있어서는 우선 업무접근성이 높은 주요 자격증 도출에 필요한 자료 수집을 위해 자격증을 관장하고 있는 대표기관의 국가직무능력표준(이하 NCS)에 기초한 자료를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 토대로 연구모형 제시와 AHP분석기법을 적용해서 업무접근성이 높은 주요 자격증을 도출하고자 한다. 이는 실무교육비용 절감과 취업에 필요한 자격증을 선별하는데 중요한 판단기준이 되리라 사료됨. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 업무접근성이 높은 자격증 선별을 위한 기본적인 틀과 자격증 취득에 따른 판단근거를 제공함에 있다.

민간경비원의 위기관리 능력 제고를 위한 교육훈련 시스템 개선방안 (The Study on the Private Security Employee' Education and Training System for the Emergency Management)

  • 공경비와 함께 국가안전의 한 축을 형성하고 있는 민간경비는 궁극적으로 방범, 방재, 방화 등 총체적인 안전산업이다. 즉, 민간경비 산업은 방범, 방재, 방화 등 안전을 위협하는 각종 요인들에 대한 토탈 안전서비스를 제공하는 공공성과 기업성을 동시에 갖는 산업이다. 우리나라의 민간경비 산업은 경비수요의 다양화 등 여건의 급속한 변화로 인하여 경비분야의 업무도 기계경비의 활성화 등 단순 업무의 수준을 벗어나 점차 전문성이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 즉, 사회안전이라는 국가적 중요성에 기인하여 공공의 이익보호 차원에서 사회안전 종사자에 대한 전문성 확보가 무엇보다 중요하다. 특히, 민간경비 분야에서 화재라든지 가스폭발 등과 같은 재난상황에 대한 관심이 증폭되는 상황에서 민간경비 분야의 위기관리 능력은 그 무엇보다 중요하다고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 시민의 안전을 위협하는 각종 범죄, 재난, 화재를 예방하는 업무를 실시하는 민간경비원들의 위기관리 능력 제고를 위한 교육훈련 시스템의 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 민간경비 산업에 있어 위기관리 업무의 특수성과 전문성에 비추어 보다 경비원들에 대한 내실있는 교육훈련을 강화해야 한다. 또한, 현재 경호경비 분야의 유일한 국가공인 자격증인 경비지도사 시험제도를 민간경비원들의 위기관리 능력 극대화에 중점을 두어 시험과목과 교육 프로그램을 개선해야 한다.

Job Satisfaction among Library and Information Science Professionals in India: A Case Study

  • Purpose: This study aims to assess the level of job satisfaction among the practicing Library and Information Science (LIS) professionals in India. Some of the key variables studied include salary, work environment, professional position, working hours, location, employee participation in administrative matters, recognition, and advancement. Scope: The study is limited to LIS professionals in India; however, the results of the study show some degree of commonality among LIS professionals across the world. Methodology/Approach: The study has been purely undertaken by analyzing the primary data collected from practicing library and information professionals across India by circulating an online questionnaire, using Google services and by posting the link on various social groups and other social networking sites such as Groups, Facebook, LinkedIn, discussion forums, and e-mails. Findings: Responses were generated across 20 states and union territories of the country, representing 88.15% territory of India. Of the total responses generated, 72.88% are males and 27.12% females. From the data analysis it emerged that every third library professional in India enters in to LIS profession by chance and not by choice, as 35.59% respondents expressed that they landed in the LIS profession by chance and 60.45% by choice. More than 77% respondents have expressed their willingness to change their present employer, if given better opportunity. More than 80% professionals either fully or partly agree that most of the LIS professionals across India are dissatisfied with their employers. All these and many more areas have been explored, which reflect the aspects of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction among LIS professionals in India.

계급에 따른 군대급식에 대한 인식 및 만족도 분석 (Analysis of Perception and Satisfaction of Military Foodservice that are Provided According to the Ranks of the Soldiers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for efficient operation and management of the military foodservice by analyzing the satisfaction of the quality of the foodservice and the perception of the military foodservice which are provided according to the ranks of the soldiers. Methods: A total of 252 military personnel (48 Private, 87 Private first class, 74 Corporal and 43 Sergeant) participated in Gyeonggi area from November 1 to 30, 2013, and data were analyzed by the SPSS Win (ver 18.0). Results: The perception with foodservice, variety of menu (p < 0.001), importance (p < 0.01), problem (p < 0.05) and leftover reason (p < 0.05) significantly differed by the rank of the soldiers. With regard to the satisfaction with food, there were significant difference by rank for all items (p < 0.01). Satisfaction with facilities did not indicate significant differences by rank. Satisfaction with sanitation indicated significant difference by rank in the categories of table ware (p < 0.05), process of distribution (p < 0.05), employee's uniform (p < 0.001) and drinking water (p < 0.05). Satisfaction with service indicated significant difference by rank with regard to kindness of employees (p < 0.01), providing information on foodservice (p < 0.05) and fast distribution (p < 0.01). Conclusions: In order to improve the satisfaction of all ranks, there is a need to offer a variety of nutritionally balanced menu and a proper amount of food provided through the voluntary food distribution services. The results also suggested the need to find a sustainable foodservice management plan to carry out satisfaction surveys regularly in the military foodservice.

수의과대학 반려동물병원의 프로그램 및 공간구성에 관한 연구 - 최근 10년 내에 준공 된 국내 수의과대학 동물병원 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the Medical Program and Space Configuration for Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital - Focused on the Analysis of Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital built in the last ten years of Korea)

  • Purpose: At the moment prevention and treatment of animal related diseases is becoming a social concern as the demand for animal increases. Furthermore, The design of the veterinary medical teaching hospital are even more complex because they have to accommodate medical program for animal and education and research program for students. However, there are a few experience and useful guidelines for the planning of the veterinary medical teaching hospital. So it is not easy for the regional hub universities to work out the proper plan for the construction of the veterinary medical teaching hospital for their own. This study has been started in order to provide basic informations for the planning of Korean veterinary medical teaching hospital. Methods: Interview to veterinarian, intern and employee of the veterinary medical teaching hospital and Field surveys to veterinary medical teaching hospital in Korea have been conducted for the data collection. The drawings of three universities of veterinary medical teaching hospital have been analysed and diagramed. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into three points. The first one is that the veterinary medical teaching hospital spaces are divided into five areas (ambulatory care, central medical care, hospitalization, education and research, operations and support) and each area is divided independently and connected properly. The second one is that the veterinary medical teaching hospital differs from hospital in the detailed space plan in the sense that the animal is a patient. The third one is that each hospital has different operating practices and programs according to local conditions Implications: It is meaningful as a basic source of veterinary medical teaching hospital design in the future.

서비스 종업원의 매력성이 대인신뢰와 만족, 애호도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Attractiveness of Service Employee's on Interpersonal Trust, Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • Purpose - Most past studies related to this focused on the physical attractiveness of service employees, but this study emphasizes the social attractiveness and not just the physical attractiveness of employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to first categorize attractiveness as physical attractiveness and social attractiveness and to examine the impact of physical attractiveness on social attractiveness for service industry employees. Secondly, this study aimed at verifying the impact of physical attractiveness and social attractiveness on interpersonal trust. Third, it aimed at revealing the impact of interpersonal trust on customer satisfaction, as well as satisfaction on loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - Questionnaires were distributed to customers that used beauty salon services, among the various service industries, to verify the hypothesis of this study. Also, hypothesis was analyzed with the structural equation method using Amos 20.0. Results - When presenting the results on verifying the research hypothesis, it was found that physical attractiveness had a positive impact on social attractiveness. Second, while physical attractiveness did not have a positive impact on interpersonal trust, social attractiveness was found to have a positive impact on interpersonal trust. Such results show that in forming interpersonal trust, social attractiveness was more important than physical attractiveness for service industry employees. This result is in contrast with the results of past studies, but it is different in that previous studies suggested only physical attractiveness and did not present social attractiveness in the hypothesis. Third, it was found that interpersonal trust had a positive impact on satisfaction, while satisfaction did not have a positive impact on loyalty. Conclusions - The biggest implication of this study is that it presented social attractiveness, which was rarely dealt with in past studies. Also, this study is significant in that it examined the relationship of physical attractiveness and social attractiveness. The results of this study show that in the service industry, the role of human elements such as service employees is important and that in addition to physical attractiveness, social attractiveness in the course of interaction such as communication with customers can also be an important strategic element.

신임사서공무원을 위한 기본소양 사이버 연수용 콘텐츠 개발 (Development of Cyber Training Content for Newly Employed Public Services Librarians)

  • 본 연구는 신임사서 공무원을 위한 기본소양교육에 필요한 연수용 콘텐츠 개발을 위해, 신임사서 공무원의 연수과정을 실태 조사하고, 연수용 교육콘텐츠의 기획 설계 제작과정에 대한 개발모형을 제시하였다. 또한 소양교육 사이버연수용 콘텐츠를 평가하기 위한 자체 평가 도구를 개발하고, 전문가 집단에 의한 델파이 방식의 평가문항 및 척도의 검증작업도 실시하였다. 사이버 콘텐츠개발모형에 따라 개발된 최종 콘텐츠는 6개 영역 28차시로 제안되었고, 교육용 콘텐츠 타당성 평가 목적으로 평가문항 및 척도 구성을 위해 17개 문항에 대한 요인분석의 결과 변량치 .40 이상 4개 요인이 도출되었으며, 콘텐츠개발 모형에 대한 요인별 인식차이는 통계적인 의미를 보이지 않았지만, 문항별 적절성에 대한 인식의 차이는 일부 문항에서 현저히 낮은 결과를 보였다.

유통업 종사자의 감정노동 영향과 사회적 지원 및 직무자율성의 조절효과 (The Effects of Emotional Labor and Moderating Effect of Social Support and Job Autonomy on Retailing services employee's)

  • This study seeks to identify effects derived from emotional labor in the distribution industry, and draw ways to systematically manage the employees by exploring effects of the emotion work on performance. For the purpose, literature reviews and empirical experiments were conducted to find out effects of emotional labor and false face acting on emotion work and organizational performance and effects of social support and job autonomy on the relationship between emotion work and organizational performance. To verify the hypothesis, we conducted a hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation model analysis using SPSS 20 and AMOS19. The result of the verification in this study is as follows: First, effects of emotional labor on burnout was found to be statistically significant, second, as for the path-coefficient for "emotional labor ${\rightarrow}$ emotion work" and "emotional labor ${\rightarrow}$ job satisfaction" was not statistically significant, while the path-coefficient for "emotional labor ${\rightarrow}$ service level" was found to be statistically significant. Third, effects of emotion work on job satisfaction was found statistically significant, fourth, emotion work on the service level was found statistically significant, fifth, effects of false face acting on emotion work was found statistically significant, sixth, effects of false face acting on burnout was statistically significant, seventh, moderating were found statistically significant and lastly, moderating effects of the relationship between emotion work from job autonomy and organization performance was not verified in job satisfaction, while emotion work, job autonomy, and interaction variable in service level were statistically significant.

Occupational Health Policies on Risk Assessment in Japan

  • Industrial Safety and Health Law (ISH Law) of Japan requires abnormalities identified in evaluations of worker health and working environments are reported to occupational physicians, and employers are advised of measures to ensure appropriate accommodations in working environments and work procedures. Since the 1980s, notions of a risk assessment and occupational safety and health management system were expected to further prevent industrial accidents. In 2005, ISH Law stipulated workplace risk assessment using the wording "employers shall endeavor." Following the amendment, multiple documents and guidelines for risk assessment for different work procedures were developed. They require ISH Laws to be implemented fully and workplaces to plan and execute measures to reduce risks, ranking them from those addressing potential hazards to those requiring workers to wear protective articles. A governmental survey in 2005 found the performance of risk assessment was 20.4% and common reasons for not implementing risk assessments were lack of adequate personnel or knowledge. ISH Law specifies criminal penalties for both individuals and organizations. Moreover, under the Labor Contract Law promulgated in 2007, employers are obliged to make reasonable efforts to ensure employee health for foreseeable and avoidable risks. Therefore, enterprises neglecting even the non-binding provisions of guidelines are likely to suffer significant business impact if judged to be responsible for industrial accidents or occupational disease. To promote risk assessment, we must strengthen technical, financial, and physical support from public-service organizations, encourage the dissemination of good practices to reduce risks, and consider additional employer incentives, including relaxed mandatory regulations.

기업의 수출활동과 지식재산권 창출활용 (Exporting and IPR Creation Use of Firms)

  • 본 연구는 2006년~2014년 매년 행해진 「기업활동조사」 데이터를 활용해서 기업의 수출을 통한 학습 가설을 검증하고 지식재산권의 활용이 수출에 미치는 영향을 실증한다. 실증분석에 활용한 「기업 활동조사」는 6,144개 기업을 9년에 걸쳐 설문한 총 55,281개 샘플을 포함하고 있다. 데이터는 샘플의 특성으로 기업의 종업원수와 같은 규모에 관한 정보와 종사 산업분야, 수출액, 보유 혹은 활용 지식재산권 수, 외부 혁신활동에 대한 정보를 포함하고 있다. 우선 가설 1에 대한 실증을 통해 본 연구는 기업이 수출활동에 종사하는 여부가 지식재산권의 생산으로 대변되는 기업의 혁신에 연관된다는 결과를 도출했다. 수출을 통한 혁신을 확인할 수 있었다. 다음으로 가설 2에 대한 검증을 통해 본 연구는 연구개발과 지식재산권의 활용이 수출성과에 양의 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인했다. 수출기업은 해외시장에 진출해서 경쟁하기 위해 새로운 제품과 공정을 개발함으로써 더 높은 수출성과를 올린다. 또한 수출기업은 지식재산권 활용을 통해 해외시장에서 혁신성과를 전유한다.
