유아의 사회적 능력과 정서지능과의 관계에 대한 연구 (The Relationship between Children's Social Competence and Emotional Intelligence)

  • This study examined the factor structure of social competence and the relationship between social competence and emotional intelligence in preschool children. The subjects were 503 3- to 6-year-old children. Instruments were the Emotional Intelligence Rating Scale for Preschool Children and The Social Competence Scale. The validity and reliability of the factor structures of The Social Competence Scale were confirmed. These factors were initiative, ability, and sociability. The relationship between The Social Competence Scale and the emotional intelligence scale was highly significant (r=.29, p<.001). Three sub-factors of The Social Competence Scale were significantly related to the total emotional intelligence score. Among the six sub-factors of emotional intelligence, 5 were related to the total score of social competence. These were utilization of emotion, empathy, appraisal and expression of self emotion, relationship with teacher, and relationship with peers.

감성 척도 맵 개발 및 패션 브랜드의 감성이미지 비교 연구 - 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 웹사이트 배색 이미지를 중심으로 - (Development of the Emotional Scale Map and Comparison of Emotional Scale between Fashion Brand Image and Brand Website Coloration Image)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose some plan which could satisfy consumer's expectation emotional needs by comparing emotional scale between fashion brand image and brand website coloration image. For this study, 12 brand websites within four fashion zone, men's clothing, women's clothing, casual wear, and sports wear were chosen. The questionnaires were comprised of 27 emotional adjectives which were selected from previous studies. The questionnaires were distributed to university students and office workers for 3 to 17 on September. Among them, 118 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS tool. The qualitative analysis for emotional adjective sorting, content analysis for website color chip sorting, and quantitative analysis for consumers were used in this study. Some differences exist between brand image and website coloration band image as the result. As the numbers of internet user became larger, the costumer's emotional image which gives maximum satisfaction is getting more important in fashion brand website. Therefore, fashion website managers should satisfy consumers with functional and emotional needs.

소셜미디어 정서전염척도(SECS)의 개발 및 타당화: 20대 성인을 대상으로 (Development and Validation of Social Media Emotional Contagion Scale(SECS) for 20s Adult)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 소셜미디어 정서전염척도(Social Media Emotional Contagion Scale, SECS)를 개발하고 타당화를 하는 것이다. 전국의 20대 성인을 대상으로 결측을 제외한 총 326명을 대상으로 진행되었으며, SECS의 높은 신뢰도를 확보하였다. EFA와 CFA를 통해 SECS가 2요인 구조임을 확인하였고 한국판 정서전염 척도(K-ECS), 성인 공감척도(BES-A), Rosenberg 자아존중감척도(SES)와의 준거관련타당도를 확인하였다. SECS는 K-ECS와 BES-A의 정서적 전염과 관련된 하위요인과는 수렴하였지만, K-ECS와 BES-A 전체 척도와는 변별되었다. 이는 오프라인상에서 나타나는 정서전염과 소셜미디어상에서 나타나는 정서전염을 구별할 필요성을 시사한다. SES와는 변별되었으나 SES의 하위요인과는 일부 수렴하고 일부 변별되었다. 더 나아가, IRT를 시행하여 SECS가 높은 변별도와 적절한 심각도 문항으로 구성된 타당한 척도임을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, SECS 척도의 기준점을 제시하였고 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

한국판 감정자각 수준 척도의 개발 (Development of a Korean Version of the Levels of Emotional Awareness Scale(LEAS-K))

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 Richard D. Lane이 인지발달이론에 기초하여 감정의 경험을 평가하기 위해 개발한 Levels of Emotional Awareness Scale(LEAS)를 번역하고 그 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하여 한국판 감정자각 수준 척도(LEAS-K)를 개발하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 방 법: LEAS를 일차번역과 역번역의 과정을 거쳐 가능한 원문에 가깝게 번역을 한 후 문화적 차이를 고려하여 수정한 것을 최종 연구 자료로 사용하였다. 경북대학교 의예과와 의학과에 재학 중인 학생 476명(남자 322명, 여자 154명)을 대상으로 검사를 시행하여 신뢰도를 알아보았으며 타당도를 검사하기 위해 한국판 감정표현불능증 척도(TAS-20K), 개방성 척도(Openness to Experience Inventory), 사회 바람직성 척도(Marlowe-Crowne Scale), 외현 불안 척도(Bendig short form of the Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale), 정서 표현성 척도(Emotional Expressivity Scale)를 같이 시행하였다. 결 과: LEAS-K의 내적 일치도(internal consistency)는 Cronbach's alpha 계수 0.81이었으며 검사자간 신뢰도는 0.99였다. LEAS-K와 TAS-20K는 부적 상관관계(r=-0.10), 개방성 척도, 사회 바람직성 척도와는 정적 상관관계(r=0.10)가 있었으며 통계적으로 모두 유의하였다. 외현 불안 척도, 정서 표현성 척도와는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 결 론: LEAS-K는 신뢰도와 타당도가 만족할 만한 수준임을 알 수 있었고 감정을 경험하는데 있어서 감정의 강도보다는 감정 경험의 구조(structure)나 복합성(complexity)을 측정하는 척도임을 시사하였다.

어린이집 원장의 감성리더십과 보육교사의 이직의도와의 관계에서 직무만족도의 매개효과 검증 (The Verification of Mediating Effects of Childcare Teachers' Job Satisfaction on the Relationship between Their Intention to Change Jobs and the Directors' Emotional Leadership)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate whether childcare teachers' job satisfaction plays a mediating role between their intention to change jobs and directors' emotional leadership. The participants of this study were 282 childcare teachers in Seoul. The instruments for this study were Director's Emotional Leadership Scale (2 factors with 18 items), Childcare Teacher's Job Satisfaction Scale (K-CTJSS, 6 factors with 40 items), and Childcare Teacher's Intention to Change Jobs Scale (1 factor with 7 items). These instruments were verified by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ as a reliability and factor analysis as a validity. The data were analysed by Pearson's productive correlation, stepwise multiple regression and path analysis by the SPSS ver. 20.0 and AMOS ver. 20.0. The results were as follows: First, there were significant negative correlations between directors' emotional leadership and childcare teachers' intention to change jobs, and between childcare teachers' job satisfaction and their intention to change jobs, whereas there were significant positive correlations between directors' emotional leadership and childcare teachers' job satisfaction. Second, the directors' emotional leadership was explained by 22% and the childcare teachers' job satisfaction was explained by 9% of their intention to change jobs. Last, the childcare teachers' job satisfaction mediated between the directors' emotional leadership and childcare teachers' intention to change jobs.

유아의 정서지능과 사회적 유능성의 관계에서 유아-교사 관계의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Child-Teacher Relationships on the Relationship of Preschooler's Emotional Intelligence and Social Competence)

  • This study examined the effect of preschooler's emotional intelligence, child-teacher relationships (intimacy, conflict and dependency) on children's social competence. A sample of 269 children (142 boys and 127 girls) aged 3 to 6 in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do participated in the Emotional Intelligence Scale, the Child-Teacher Relationships Scale and Social Competence Scale by teachers. Descriptive statistics, t -test, Pearson's correlation analysis and regression analysis analyzed data via SPSS ver. 20.0. This study followed a mediated effect model. The results showed that: (1) The emotional intelligence of girls was significantly higher than boys. However, the child-teacher relationship and children's social competence had no significant difference relationship to gender. (2) There was a mediating effect of child-teacher relationships between preschooler's emotional intelligence and social competence. The effect of emotional intelligence on social competence was partially mediated by intimate relationship, conflict relationship and dependency relationship. The degree of mediating effect was investigated in regards to conflict relationship, dependency relationship and intimate relationship. This study demonstrated that child-teacher relationships mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and social competence of preschoolers.

아동의 성과 공격성 유형에 따른 어머니 양육행동, 아동의 정서지능과 일상적 스트레스 수준의 차이 (Maternal Parenting Behaviors, Children's Emotional Intelligence, and Daily Hassles According to Children's Sex and Types of Aggression)

  • This study explored differences in maternal parenting behaviors, children's emotional intelligence, and daily hassles by children's sex and types of aggression. Subjects were 200 children in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade and their mothers from four elementary schools. Instruments were the Maternal Parenting Behaviors Scale (Kim, 2006), the Emotional Intelligence Scale (Lee, 1997), the Daily Hassles Scale(Min & Yoo, 1998), and the Peer-nomination Measure (Crick, 1995; Crick & Grotpeter, 1995). Data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate analysis of variance. Findings revealed that the relational aggressive group had higher emotional intelligence and more daily hassles; girls had higher level of daily hassles than boys. Maternal parenting behaviors did not differ by child's sex and type of aggression.

방사선 치료를 받는 유방암환자의 피로 영향요인 (Influencing Factors on Fatigue in Patients Undergoing Radiotherapy for Breast Cancer)

  • Purpose: This descriptive correlation study was to identify the influencing factors on fatigue of patients undergoing radiotherapy for breast cancer. Method: One hundred twenty-six breast cancer patients were recruited from a radiotherapy clinic of two university hospitals. Data were collected using a package of questionnaires consisting of the Symptom Experience Scale, mood disturbance scale, and Social Support Scale. Results: The mean score of the fatigue, physical status, emotional status, and social support was 4.18, 21.96, 100.95, and 3.70, respectively. Family support and health profession support were 3.94 and 3.47, respectively. Fatigue and physical status, fatigue and emotional status, physical status and emotional status were found to have statistically positive correlations. But emotional status and social support were found to have statistically negative correlation. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the influencing factors on fatigue were emotional status, marital status, and physical status which explained 64.4% fatigue of breast cancer patients.

어머니의 양육행동이 초등학생의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향 : 정서조절력 매개효과 (The Mediated Effects of Emotion Regulation in the Relations between Maternal Parenting and Children's Adaptation to School Life of Elementary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the mediated effects of emotional regulation in the relations between maternal parenting and children's adaptation to school life of elementary school students. Three-hundred Seven elementary school students completed the maternal parenting scale, the emotional regulation scale, and the adaptation to school life scale. In order to find to identify how maternal parenting, emotional regulation were related with their adaptation to school life, Pearson correlation coefficients were used in the computation. To examine the effects of maternal parenting, emotional regulation on adaptation to school life, multiple regression analyses were conducted. To examine whether emotional regulation as a mediating variable in the process that maternal parenting is influencing children's adaptation to school life, hierarchical regression analyses were performed. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, the analysis of the relationship of maternal parenting, emotional regulation with adaptation to school life shows that there is a significant positive correlation between maternal parenting, emotional regulation and adaptation to school life. Second, in the multiple regression analysis with maternal parenting and emotional regulation as a predictor and adaptation to school life as an outcome variable it has been shown that the emotional regulation were significant in adaptation to school life, but maternal parenting were not significant in adaptation to school life. The higher the emotional regulation is the better can children adapt themselves to school life. Third, the analysis on the mediating effects of emotional regulation in the relationship of maternal parenting and adaptation to school life showed that emotional regulation full mediates the relationship of maternal parenting with adaptation to school life.

임상간호사의 의사소통능력과 감성지능이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Clinical Nurses' Communication Competency and Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of clinical nurses' communication competency and emotional intelligence on organizational performance. Methods: Two hundred and fifty nurses who currently work at two superior general hospitals in Seoul, Korea, participated in the study. Data were collected between March and April, 2015. Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (GICC-15) developed by Hur (2003) was used to measure communication competency. Wong & Law's emotional intelligence scale (WLEIS) developed by Wong & Law (2002) was used to measure emotional intelligence. Organizational performance scale developed by Brewer & Selden (2000) was used to measure organizational performance. Results: The results were summarized as follows: 1) The means of communication competency, emotional intelligence and organizational performance were 3.61, 4.84, and 3.59 respectively. 2) There were positive correlations between communication competency, emotional intelligence and organizational performance. 3) The variance of organizational performance accounted for was 26.0% (adj $R^2=.26$). Conclusion: These findings suggest that developing human resources in nursing is important for better organizational performance.
