Development of the Automatic Page Passing Device (자동페이지 넘김장치의 개발)

  • In this study, we deal with the system design and development of the automatic page passing machine. In order to turn pages without injury of a book or a musical note, we used an inhalation motor. Also, when we turn over pages. the successive actions of fixation and inhalation are embodied by motors which are operated by a microprocessor. In traditional products. some limited pages must be fixed into the Turning Bar in advance. On the contrary, proposed equipment is able to turn over the pages of a book without laying the groundwork. Experimental results using produced facilities are presented to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed equipment.

  • This is experimental result which is reported with use the dsPIC30F2020 16-Bit SMPS microprocessor of MicroChip company which composes a digital control circuit and it applies in switched-mode power supply unit. The basic topology consist of the synchronous rectifier in a two transistor forward converter. In a experiment, it is used from microprocessor to do with A/D conversion and it is embodied with PID controls in order to detect a over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature and output voltage.

  • 중국의 전통민족 문화는 유구한 역사를 가지고 있으며, 중국의 문화 저력은 전지 애니메이션 디자인에 많은 영향을 끼쳤다. 중국 전통 문화를 전지 애니메이션 디자인에 활용하는 것은 이미 오늘날 중국 전통 애니메이션 발전에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 전통 문화에 대한 학습과 중국 문화와 민간 예술 연구를 기반으로 애니메이션 예술 디자인을 진행해야만 중국 문화의 특성을 갖춘 애니메이션 영화를 연구할 수 있다고 생각한다. 본 논문은 중국의 문화 특성으로부터 시작하여 전지 애니메이션 캐릭터 이미지 디자인에 대한 연구를 진행하고자 한다.

  • Recently, the mRFID which combines RFID system a mobile uses infra of mobile communication and it provides object information service with the form which is various. Currently, many object information service system exists. But such system object information is by a service box and becomes the inclusion in specific territory and connection it does from different territory, there is a difficult problem point. It secured the weak point of object information service system of existing from the dissertation which it sees and the object information service system which is suitable in application development of the mRFID it embodied.

  • The primary focus of this study is to develop a practical safety management manual that can be served as a guideline for building deconstruction works over the entire deconstruction processes; say, pre- and during the deconstruction process. Built upon the analysis findings of domestic deconstruction codes and laws, deconstruction manuals from several countries, and actual deconstruction practices, a safety manual is proposed. Total of 940 safety items are included in the manual according to the predetermined 15 safety categories. To improve the efficiency of end users' utilization, the proposed manual is embodied in the form of e-safety manual. Detailed descriptions and discussions on research findings are elaborated. in the main text.

A comparative study on implementation methods of PWM controller in small scale solar energy system (소용량 태양광발전용 PWM제어기의 하드웨어 구현방식 비교)

  • In this study, we designed a digital fuzzy logic controller based on FPGA and microprocessor for MPPT of the solar power generation system. A fuzzy algorithm to control the power tracking function of a boost converter has been built into the FPGA, and applied to the small scaled solar power generation system. The embodied controller showed a stable operation characteristic with the small output voltage ripple for the intensity change of solar radiation. This result proves that the implementation of the power tracking controller using FPGA is an effective way compared to the existing one using microprocessors.

A New Method for Resistive Leakage Current Measurement (새로운 저항성 누전전류 측정 방법)

  • It is important to measure the resistive component separately from the total leakage current at power distribution line. It is because electric disasters such as electric shock and fire are caused mainly by the resistive component of the total leakage current. In this paper, a new theory for measuring the resistive component separately from the total leakage current is suggested, and is embodied to an actual circuit using operational amplifiers, analog switch and R-C low pass filter. Through experiments for various cases containing both the resistive and capacitive leakage currents, the suggested algorithm is confirmed to be able to measure the resistive leakage current within 4.1% of error even when the capacitive leakage current is much bigger than the resistive one. The suggested method is expected to lower the total cost because it can be realized using simple and cheap devices, and implies the measuring time can be possibly reduced because the resistive leakage current is computed exactly from the signals during only a half period of power voltage.

  • This paper presents design and manufacture of RF type non-contact radiological dosage measuring device. It also concerns on the broad out-line and the ways of improvement about RF type non-contact radiation measuring device. Measuring radiological dosage with non-contact RF, the stability and efficiency of the measure have been improved by reforming constant current circuit. Furthermore, applying communication protocol in process makes it possible to achieve faster and more accurate communication than old circuit. On the base of those, RF type non-contact radiological dosage measuring device which consists of radiological dosage measuring module and Reader module has been designed and manufactured. While testing communication against embodied device, the possibility of the field application could be confirmed.

Research System Design for Creative Innovation in the National R&D Program : The Case of Creative Research Initiatives in Korea (창조적 혁신을 위한 국가연구개발사업 연구추진체제의 설계 : 창의적연구진흥사업 사례)

  • This study addresses the question of how to design the research system for national R&D programs that aim to promote creative innovation. This paper attempts to analyze the case of Creative Research Initiatives(CRI), a new national R&D program recently launched by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Korea. CRI is a strategic program intended to shift the national R&D paradigm from imitative innovation to creative innovation. The key features of the research system of the program include: a research-centered system, long-term research funding, the sunset approach, a dynamic and flexible research organization, and a centralized research system. This paper suggests theoretical rational of these key features based on the literature review on creative innovation. Based on an analysis of the results of implementing the CRI in 1997, this paper also examines how the research system design is reflected and embodied in the program implementation process. Finally, policy implications and future research directions are also discussed.

Study of the Civil Liability for Unborn Life (출생 전 생명에 대한 민사법적 고찰)

  • Owing to the development of Biotechnology, the involvement of humans in life before birth has been increasing. This means the need for the protection of unborn life takes on new importance. The respect for life and human beings which is based on fundamental constitutional principle should still be respected under civil law. This study examines how methods of respect for life are embodied in civil liability law. In particular, it enunciates the protection of unborn life within time-flow. Lastly, it studies the instruments of the civil liability law and the extent of protection for a fetus from the process of fertilization of an ovum by a sperm, development into an embryo and implantation. Especially, it looks into when and how the subject of the right changes. Besides, it critically scrutinizes the opinions of leading case lawyers and the Constitutional Court which conclude that, in order for a fetus to become the subject of Damage law, it is required to be born alive to comply with precedent. Furthermore, it suggests an alternative interpretation theory.
