고분자전해질 연료전지의 MEA 제조방법에 따른 성능비교 (The effect of MEA fabrication procedure on PEMFC performance)

  • The PEMFC behavior is quite complex and is influenced by several factors, including composition and structure of electrodes and membrane type. Fabrication of MFA is important factor for proton exchange membrane fuel cell. MFA of PEMFC with hot pressing and direct coating method were prepared, and performances were evaluated and compared each other. The effect of MEA preparation methods, hot pressing methods and direct coating methods, on the cell performance was analyzed by impedance spectroscopy and SEM. The performance of PEMFC wi th direct coat ing method was better than wi th hot pressing method because membrane internal resistance and membrane-:-interfacial resistance were reduced by elimination of hot pressing process in MEA fabrication. In addition the micro structure of MEA with direct coating method reveals uniform interface between membrane and catalyst layer.

  • In this paper, a method for optimal measurement placement in the problem of static harmonic state estimation in power systems is proposed. At first, for achieving to a suitable method by considering the precision factor of the estimation, a procedure based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) for optimal placement is suggested. Optimal placement by regarding the precision factor has an evident solution, and the proposed method is successful in achieving the mentioned solution. But, the previous applied method, which is called the Sequential Elimination (SE) algorithm, can not achieve to the evident solution of the mentioned problem. Finally, considering both precision and economic factors together in solving the optimal placement problem, a practical method based on GA is proposed. The simulation results are shown an improvement in the precision of the estimation by using the proposed method.

  • The conventional Optimized Injection Method is a good control technique but can't be applied to 3-phase a.e. line. In this paper, a new technique, Time-sharing Method based on basic principle of conventional Optimized Injection Method is introduced to hold the independence of each phase, and the structure of power circuit is improved to realize the new control method. By this scheme it is possible to simplify the control circuit and power circuit. The characteristic of the new control method are investigated and compared with conventional Optimized Injection Method by computer simulation.

Multi-Sensor Multi-Target Passive Locating and Tracking

  • The passive direction finding cross localization method is widely adopted in passive tracking, therefore there will exist masses of false intersection points. Eliminating these false intersection points correctly and quickly is a key technique in passive localization. A new method is proposed for passive locating and tracking multi-jammer target in this paper. It not only solves the difficulty of determining the number of targets when masses of false intersection points existing, but also solves the initialization problem of elastic network. Thus this method solves the problem of multi-jammer target correlation and the elimination of static false intersection points. The method which dynamically establishes multiple hypothesis trajectory trees solves the problem of eliminating the remaining false intersection points. Simulation results show that computational burden of the method is lower, the elastic network can more quickly find all or most of the targets and have a more probability of locking the real targets. This method can eliminate more false intersection points.

  • The objective of this study is to present an accurate and simple method to describe the motion of constrained mechanical or structural systems. The proposed method is an elimination method to require less effort in computing Moore-Penrose inverse matrix than the generalized inverse method provided by Udwadia and Kalaba. Considering that the results by numerical integration of the derived second-order differential equation to describe constrained motion veer away the constrained trajectories, this study presents a numerical integration scheme to obtain more accurate results. Applications of holonomically or nonholonomically constrained systems illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • There are several methods which have been presented up to now in solving the simultaneous linear equations by computer. They are Gaussian Elimination Method, Gauss-Jordan Method, Inverse matrix Method and Gauss-Seidel iterative Method. This paper is not only discussed in their mechanisms compared with their algorithms, depicted flow charts, but also calculated the numbers of arithmetic operations and comparisons in order to criticize their availability. Inverse Matrix Method among em is founded out the smallest in the number of arithmetic operation, but is not the shortest operation time. This paper also indicates the many problems in using these methods and propose the new method which is able to applicate to even small or middle size computers.

제약하의 예측조합 방법을 활용한 산업별 고용비중 예측 (Prediction of the employment ratio by industry using constrainted forecast combination)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 수출 분야의 산업별 고용비중을 다양한 머신러닝 기법을 활용하여 예측하고, 예측성능을 높이기 위하여 머신러닝 기법 예측값들에 예측조합 기법을 적용하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 각 머신러닝 기법 예측값들에 부여되는 가중치의 합을 1로 설정하는 제약하의 예측조합 기법을 사용하여 예측의 정확성과 안정성을 확보하고자 하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 산업별 고용비중에 영향을 주는 다양한 변수를 고려하기 위하여 재귀적특성제거 방법을 사용하여 주요 변수를 선별한 후, 머신러닝 기법에 적용함으로써 예측과정 상에서의 효율성을 높였다. 분석결과, 예측조합 방법에 따른 예측값은 머신러닝 기법의 예측값들보다 실제의 산업 고용비중에 근접한 것으로 나타났으며, 머신러닝 기법의 예측값들이 큰 변동성을 보이는 것과 달리 제약하의 예측조합 기법은 안정적인 예측값을 나타내었다.

VoIP 네트웍에서 패킷 전송지연시간 변이현상을 없애주는 적응식 변이 제어기 제안 및 성능분석 (Design of Jitter elimination controller for concealing interarrival packet delay variation in VoIP Network)

  • 이 논문에서는 수신측에 도달하는 VoIP 패킷들을 쉐이핑하고 또 버퍼링하기 위하여 CAM형의 제어기를 사용하는 기술로 적응식 쉐이핑 제어기를 제안한다. 패킷간 도탁 시간 간격의 변이를 없애기 위하여, 지연 균등화 방법에 입각한 전통적인 jitter buffer는 요구되는 버퍼크기가 너무 커지고 이에 기인한 지나친 지연으로 오디오 질이 나빠지는 원인이다. 그러나, 이 논문에서 제안한 방법을 사용하면, 도착시간 간격 변이를 없애기 위한 쉐이핑에 의해 야기된 지연은 동적으로 Ip 네크웍에서 존재하는jitter 수준의 정도에 따라 증가 또는 감소한다. 이것은 네트웍의 지연시간 변이 상황에 적응하여 동작하게 되는데, 네트웍에 지연시간 변이현상이 심하지 않으면 쉐이핑 제어기에서의 지연시간이 작아진다는 것을 의미한다. 또 CAM형으로 동작하기 때문에 쉐이핑 과정이 빨리 이루어지고 이는 수신측에서의 VoIP 패킷 처리 시간을 최대한 단축시켜 준다. 마지막으로 쉐이핑 제어기에서의 평균 TALKratio와 jitter buffer 엔트리 수에 대한 패킷 손실과 지연 성능이 관계를 분석한다. 놀랍게도, 제안한 쉐이핑 제어기를 사용할 때의 평균 지연이 약 10msec라는 것을 확인하였다. 이 성능은 수신측에서 60msec 강제지연을 강요하는 지연시간 균등화 방법보다 훨씬 더 좋은 성능을 보여주는 것이다.

SHE방식을 적용한 직류전력 회생시스템의 고조파 저감에 관한 연구 (A Study on the SHE-Based Harmonic Reduction of DC Power Regenerating Systems)

  • 본 논문에서는 직류를 전원으로 하는 지하철에서 직류모선의 잉여전력을 교류모선으로 회생할 수 있는 직류전력 회생시스템의 고조파를 저감시키는 새로운 제어기법을 제안하였다. 직류전력 회생시스템에 수정 a도통(MAC : Modified a-Conduction)방식을 적용하면 출력전압에 12k$\pm$1차의 고조파가 존재한다. 이에 반해 본 논문에서 제안하는 SHE(Selected Harmonic Elimination)에 기반을 둔 방식을 적용하면 11차 고조파와 13차 고조파가 추가로 제거된다. 또한 회생시스템의 출력단에 23차 교류필터를 설치하면 잔존하는 고조파중 최저차 고조파인 23차 고조파도 제거할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 SHE방식을 적용한 고조파 저감기법을 검증하기 위하여 축소모델을 대상으로 하여 시뮬레이션을 행하였다. 그 결과, 출력전압의 THD가 기존의 MAC방식보다 더 낮으며 제어범위에서의 THD가 0.53∼0.68(%) 범위임을 확인하였다.
