The European Union(EU) bas enacted a series of directives including the Directive on Electronic Commerce and started harmonizing the national laws in this area. As a result of this effort, Electronic, Commerce bas been vitalized as a part of Information Society Services. This article would be helpful to analyze the new legislations of the EU and to show their essentials as seeming free movement of goods and services by Electronic Commerce in the community. Therefore, this article would be useful to draw up a plan of South Korea Legislations on Electronic Commerce.

An electronic receipt (e-receipt) is a receipt issued electronically in place of a traditional paper receipt. This e-receipt, which can be accessed on a smartphone or online, allows for the exchange of goods, refunds, and other services without a paper receipt. The government is focusing on widespread dissemination of e-receipts to realize a society without paper by 2020. Introduction of the e-receipt has begun in mainly large marts and coffee shops, and recently, major franchise convenience stores. As a result, individual customer's transactions are being converted into electronic transactions, and the payment methods are changing to card-based electronic payment services or prepaid electronic payment services. The number of non-paper commercial transactions are also on the increase. In this paper, we try to identify the e-receipt industry ecosystem by analyzing the industries and markets participating in the process of receipt issuance from the perspectives of storage, management and disposal, and to analyze the domestic industrial and social economic effects expected from the spread of electronic receipts.

본 논문에서는 통합적으로 상품 정보를 처리할 수 있는 전자 카탈로그 문서 구조를 정의하고 다양한 카탈로그 문서 포맷 및 구조를 지원하기 위하여 전자 카탈로그 표준 포맷을 XML(eXtensible Morkup Language)로 제안하였다. 또한, 거래에 참여하는 사용자가 정의된 전자 카탈로그 문서를 전자 상거래에 이용할 수 있도록 통합형 전자 카탈로그 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 웹 서비스와의 연동을 통하여 웹 서비스가 가지고 있는 비즈니스 통합 및 상호 운용성 등 다양한 장점과 전자 카탈로그 문서에서 얻을 수 없는 유용한 정보들을 웹 서비스를 통하여 얻을 수 있도록 하였다.

This study aims to analyze users' assessment of electronic libraries in the mobile app market and promote service improvement based on this. To this end, the basic background and purpose of the research, research method, and research scope were first set, and the relevant literature and empirical prior studies were analyzed. Next, users' evaluations of electronic libraries were collected and analyzed from Google Play Store. Based on the results analyzed, measures to improve the quality of electronic libraries were discussed. Based on the results of the study, the following improvement measures are proposed. Need for systemic improvement and stabilization. Provision of applications suitable for multi-device environments. Resumption of services after systematic inspection after updating. Simplification of sign up, log in, and authentication procedures. User support through real-time chat. Introduction of a detailed assessment of reviews. Provision of guidance and user manual for electronic libraries. Improvements to expand user convenience, and Securing differentiation from other similar services.

This research aims to examine consumers' general types of information search and their unsatisfactory factors in purchasing agricultural products on electronic commerce and analyze consumers' behavioral characteristics. As study subjects, 802 consumers who have visited the home pages of 14 households or companies, whose home pages are actively managed, were sampled. As a research tool, pop-up post and e-mail were used as research tools and questionnaires were asked three times. The date on research result were analyzed using SPSS 13 statistics package in terms of frequency, percentage, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis.

향후 전자정부 시대에는 행정 업무 담당자가 PDA와 같은 단말기를 이용하여 언제, 어디서나 업무처리가 가능하게 되고 일반 사용자 역시 어느 장소에서나 최신의 정보 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 편리한 시대가 도래할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 교통행정분야도 텍스트뿐 아니라 카메라 이미지, 동영상과 같은 디지털 자료를 이용함으로써 기관 업무 및 민원 서비스의 획기적인 개선이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 전자교통행정 서비스의 공통된 요구사항 중의 하나는 다양한 멀티미디어 정보를 수시로 등록하고, 언제, 어디서나 다양한 단말기를 이용하여 구독해 볼 수 있도록 하는 미들웨어인 메시징(MOM: Message Oriented System) 서비스를 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 본 연구는 유선 및 무선의 분산 환경에서 수행되는 다양한 전자정부의 교통행정서비스를 지원하는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 유통시스템인 메시징 엔진 미들웨어 소프트웨어를 아키텍처 설계방법론에 따라 설계한 내용을 다루었다. 또한, 설계과정에서 비대칭 채널 패턴과 메시지 스위치 패턴, 쓰레드 풀 패턴의 3가지 아키텍처 패턴의 활용에 대해 설명하며, 아울러 다른 엔진과의 구조적 차이를 비교 및 평가를 수행하였다.

In this paper, a triple-band printed dipole antenna using parasitic elements is proposed for the multiple wireless services. The proposed antenna is designed and experimentally analyzed at the bands of PCS, IMT-2000, and ISM services. To achieve triple frequency operation, the proposed antenna contains two parasitic elements, which act as additional resonators by coupling from the driving dipole antenna. From the measured results, the resonant frequencies of this antenna are 1.79 ㎓, 2.03 ㎓, and 2.41 ㎓ and the measured impedance bandwidths are 90 MHz(1760∼1850 MHz), 210 MHz(1,930∼2,130 MHz), and 30 MHz(2,400∼2,430 MHz) for VSWR<2. The measured antenna gains are 2.14 ㏈i, 0.9 ㏈i, and 0.5 ㏈i, respectively. Antenna parameters for trifle-band operation are investigated and several antenna characteristics are discussed.

The purposes of this study were to identify the needs for ubiquitous home services in residential environment of elderly single or elderly couple households living without children and also to analyze the differences of the needs according to their demographic and housing characteristics. For this study, a literature review and field works on ubiquitous home services for older people were performed. Also, 1 to 1 interview by using the questionnaire which was developed by the researchers in this study was conducted and 270 elderly residents in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do were responded. Seventy-one ubiquitous service items which were adopted to home electronic appliances and furniture for older people were developed for 1 to 1 interview questionnaire. The major findings of the study were as follows: the elderly residents expressed highest need for ubiquitous home service items related to safety and health issues. Among ubiquitous service items applied to gas stove, vacuum cleaner, TV, telephone, sofa and toilet, the items related to safety and health aspects were most needed. And residents' income level and health status were the two major variables to show group differences in the need of ubiquitous home services. In other words, the elderly residents who were high income and frail tended to have the highest demand for ubiquitous home services adopted to home electronic appliances and furniture.

The demand for multimedia streaming services is increasing rapidly. To meet this demand, there has been much research and many practical developments for providing multimedia services. A push-to-talk (PTT) service is one of the multimedia streaming services that have been deployed not only over IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) but also in peer-to-peer (P2P) overlay networks. The benefit of PTT has been demonstrated in the literature. However, the need for using PTT service in communication can be arbitrary among users, regardless what kind of PTT services they use. This demand does not support current PTT systems, so an expansion of PTT services still be limited. Moreover, the combination of PTT services in IMS and P2P networks will help operators to provide more scalable PTT services. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed a model to support PTT service interworking between IMS and P2P overlay networks. We also introduced our system design and some interworking service scenarios. We confirmed our architecture through implementation and testing.

최근 XML 문서는 전자상거래 분야에서 표준 전자문서로 자리매김을 하고 있다. 표준화된 전자문서의 정보보호 서비스는 전자상거래의 활성화에 큰 걸림돌로 작용하고 있으며, 안전한 전자상거래를 위해서는 우선적으로 전자문서에 대한 정보보호 서비스 기능을 제공해야만 한다. ESES(ETRI Secure E-commerce Services)는 전자상거래 시 교환되는 XML(extensible Markup Language) 전자문서 및 기존의 일반 전자문서에 대한 정보보호 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이며, 전자상거래 플랫폼에 절대적으로 필요한 시스템이다. 본고에서는 ESES 시스템의 구조출 제시하며, XML 기반 전자상거래에서의 전자 문서 교환 시 인증, 무결성, 비밀성 등을 지원할 수 있는 안전한 전자상거래 플랫폼을 설계한 내용을 기술한다.
