본 연구의 목적은 전자적 임상시험 데이터 관리를 위한 설계 시 시간적 요인에 주목하여 시스템의 효율성을 검증해 보고자 함이다. 임상시험 데이터 관리에 대한 관심이 커지고 있고 시스템 도입이 활발한 데 반해, 실제 효율성 측정에 관한 실증연구는 많지 않다. 특히 국내의 경우 임상시험 데이터 관리를 위한 전산화 도입률 조차 낮은 실정이다. 본 연구는 전자적 임상시험 데이터 관리에 대한 중요성 인식 확산을 위하여 전자적 시스템의 효과에 대한 실증연구를 시도하였으며, 시간효율성 측정지표를 활용하여 다기관 임상시험 사례의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과로서 전자적 시스템으로의 전환이 임상시험 전체 프로세스에 제공할 수 있는 시간 측면에서의 효율성을 검증하였으며 전자적 임상시험 데이터 관리 시스템의 활용 효과를 분석하기 위한 국내 첫 실증연구의 시도라는 의미가 있다. 나아가 전략적 데이터 관리 수립 및 임상단계 별 비교연구 등 향후 다양한 비교 연구들의 초석이 될 것이다.

기록물을 생산·보존하는 업무환경이 4차산업혁명의 신기술을 뛰어넘어 디지털 전환 시대에 따라 변화하고 있다. 기록관에서의 전자기록 관리전략은 그 시대의 기록관리 전반에 관련된 기술, 정책과 환경변화에 맞게 준비되어야 하는 것이며, 이를 토대로 기록의 가치를 보존하여 국민이 기록에 접근할 수 있도록 기반 환경을 조성하는 것이다. 본 연구는 디지털 환경의 기록물 관리의 변화 방향과 전략에 대하여 미국의 국가기록관리청(NARA), 호주 국립기록원(NAA), 한국의 국가기록원(NAK)의 전자기록 관리전략의 추진 방향을 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 디지털 시대의 전자기록 관리 방향성과 국가 전자기록 관리전략의 핵심 요소로 정책, 시설, 인력 요소를 제안하였다.

With the rapid development of electronic commerce, online reputation management systems are of increasing importance in building trust and managing risk. Reputation rating mode and aggregating method are the most crucial parts of a reputation management system. In this paper, we analyze the merits and disadvantages associated with the rating mode and aggregating approach of current reputation management systems, and put forward some suggestions. These suggestions are helpful in improving current reputation management systems and developing new reputation management systems.

본 논문에서는 power management IC에 사용되는 아날로그 트리밍용 antifuse OTP 셀을 제작하였다. VPP (=7V)와 VNN (=-5V)의 Dual program voltage를 이용하는 antifuse OTP 셀은 antifuse 양단에 hard breakdown 이상의 전압을 인가하여 thin gate oxide를 breakdown시킨다. $0.18{\mu}m$ BCD 공정을 이용하여 제작된 antifuse OTP 셀의 면적은 $48.01{\mu}m^2$으로 eFuse OTP 셀 면적의 44.6% 수준이다. 20개의 테스트 패턴을 측정한 결과 프로그램 후 antifuse의 저항은 수 $k{\Omega}$ 이하로 양호하게 측정되었다.

본 논문의 목적은 전자정부법 시행에 대비하여 전자형태 공공기록물의 공개 및 서비스 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 우선, 기록물관리법 정보공개법, 전자정부법안 등 관련법제에 나타난 정책현황과 문제점을 분석하였는데, 특히 공개대상 전자기록물의 범위, 공개시점과 현행기록물의 공개, 편집 및 부분공개, 인터넷을 통한 정보제공, 물리적 열람공간으로서 자료관의 역할, 전자문서관리 시스템의 정비 등을 중심으로 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 공개 활성화를 위한 전자기록물 관리 및 정책 방향을 제시하였다.

In hospitals and pharmacies, the distribution of medicines is an important part. Any mistakes, misses, fake medicines and expired medicines can cause medical accidents. With the widespread application of the Internet of Things technology (IoT), traditional drug distribution methods need to be upgraded. This article proposes a drug distribution management scheme based on the Internet of Things technology. In the production of drugs, a flexible RFID tag was printed on the packaging box, which stored a series of information such as drug name, dosage, raw materials, efficacy, production date, expiration date, and manufacturer. The use of a drug distribution management system combined with RFID readers can identify drug information and effectively prevent the occurrence of erroneous, missed, counterfeit, and expired drugs. It can also improve management efficiency, reduce management costs, and control management risks. Through the circuit design and software system development, the test results show that this solution is effective and feasible, the proposed method can achieve the expected results.

Electronic commerce is giving rise to many new and innovative 'gest business practices,' such as telecommuting and the virtual workplace. Telecommuting and the virtual workplace go hand in hand. Today, more then 35 million people in the United States telecommute, and that expected to grow by 20 percent over the next several years. And more then 30 million people used internet shopping mall every years in Korea. Therefore, using the internet and information technology, electronic commerce has the potential to propel a company to 'break out' of existing strategic constraints and radically alter business processes, strengthen customer and supplier ties, and open up new markets. The object of this study is the investigation method for activity solution of electronic commerce of fashion cloth shopping mall in korea. The study has investigated 2 cases about 'halfclub.com' in Korea and 'bluefly.com' in America in the research. Therefore, the study founded the 3problems of electronic commerce at fashion cloth shopping mall in korea and suggested that the activation policies of electronic commerce. The result of suggested that the new electronic commerce style, a lot of contents affects positive effects on the performance of fashion cloth shopping mall in Korea and hope that will be expect new role of electronic commerce to be the herb in fashion cloth shopping mall in korea.

오늘날 대부분의 도서관 전자자원 이용은 라이선스 계약에 의해 이루어지고 있다. 이용자의 전자자원 접속 및 이용은 라이선스 조건 범위 내에서 허용된다. 따라서 전자자원을 효율적으로 관리하고 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 라이선스 관련 데이터요소를 체계적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전자자원 관리를 위한 라이선스 관련 메타데이터를 설정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구방법으로 전자자원 메타데이터 스키마, 저작권 권리표현언어의 분석과 외국 대학도서관 전자자원 관리시스템의 라이선스 관련 데이터요소의 비교분석을 하였다. 이를 종합하여 최종적으로 전자자원 라이선스 관련 핵심요소와 선택요소로 구분하여 라이선스 관련 메타데이터를 설정하였다.

The electronic money market in Indonesia continues to experience an increase in the number of users and volume of transactions. However, the electronic money market, especially server-based, in Indonesia is becoming concentrated into a few issuers. Electronic money issuers compete in price and promotion wars to gain new customers and maintain their existing ones. This paper presents an analysis of the orientation and factors that influence the loyalty in electronic money products. The research model variables in this study are adopted from the E-Service Quality and Marketing Mix categories. These variables are hypothesized to affect the perceived value and then customer loyalty. The research population consists of all Indonesians who use server-based electronic money, with a sample of 400 individuals. The results show that, in the E-Service Quality group, reliability, responsiveness, and security significantly affect perceived value, while the perceived price and perceived promotional benefits significantly affect perceived value in the Marketing Mix group. The perceived price has the highest effect on the perceived value and customer loyalty, while the perceived value has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Finally, it was found that the customer is more sensitive to the price than quality in using electronic money.

In order to care about preserving the environment for future generations, each country has been required to make the laws of the environment. So car manufacturers must design, manufacture and sell cars and trucks that meet customer's need and must do this while meeting the needs of the environment. In this research we have developed product structure and configuration management system that treats electronic catalogs for recycling of automobile parts. This research focused on two system. One is XML-based electronic catalog that give the information about recycling of automobile parts. The other is product structure and configuration management system based on electronic catalog.
