There is a big change in Electronic Commerce. With little or no profit projected for the foreseeable future with the dotcom companies, Internet venture capitalists are looking for new business models. They are now turning to B to B Electronic Commerce. It is expected that B to B Electronic Commerce will be more active than B to C in the very near future. In the future B to B Electronic Commerce will move to include collaborative Electronic Commerce which includes product development, engineering, material procurement, and management. Even though the solution to this multidimensioal and complicated process may take some time, a total solution to this will dramatically change the landscape of Electronic Commerce. Thus the various corporations must work together to find the total solution that will build this infrastructure.

This study is to search for the core factors of improving competitiveness of small and medium venture manufacturing company in electric and electronic industry and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company in electric and electronic industry. The report is analyzed how the relationship between the quality management system that was discussed in existing literature and the core factors of absorbing capability impact to the enterprise management performance.

항공기의 엔터테인먼트 시스템은 고정된 모니터를 사용하는 대신에 승객 개인의 휴대용 전자기기를 사용하는 형태로 그 패러다임이 바뀌었다. 이로 인해 기내 설비는 간소해진 반면 휴대용 전자기기들의 전기 충전으로 안전에 대한 리스크는 증가되었다. 송신 기능이 없는 개인 휴대전자기기와 달리 와이파이 기능이 있는 전자기기(T-PED)의 사용이 허용되고 기내에서 배터리의 충전도 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 기내 무선 환경과 엔터테인먼트 서비스의 변화에 따른 영향을 조사하기 위해 NASA 항공안전보고시스템을 이용하여 기내 전자기기 사용 관련 자료를 분석하였다. 이를 기초로 하여, 항공기 안전관리 관점에서 비행 중에 발생된 객실 전자장비나 승객 휴대용 전자기기(특히 스마트폰)로 인한 이벤트 발생 사례를 공유하여 개인용 전자기기의 위험성을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 위해 잠재적 위해요인의 식별과 리스크 평가 작업이 수행되었으며, 최종적으로 휴대용 전자기기의 안전한 사용을 위한 리스크 완화 전략이 제시되었다.

The Purpose of this study is to examine logistics characteristics related to electronic commerce and to suggest improvement of logistics Service in electronic commerce. This paper concerns the logistics functions which are essential for completing a commerce process even under the EC environment and provides ways to improve the logistics performance. Electronic commerce have introduced two scenes; dramatic change of the existing distribution surroundings and noticeable achievement of the economic advance and social efficiency. But, in the same scene, electronic commerce can be a threat to business condition, especially logistics management. It suggests that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service and logistics information system.

이 글은 전자잡지의 선정, 예산, 정책결정, 장서평가, 보존 등 전자잡지에 관한 장서관리문제를 소개 분석하고 있다. 전자잡지와 관련한 직원과 예산이 주제별 접근방식이나 형태별 접근방식에 따라, 또는 이 두 접근방식을 병행하여 조직될 수 있다고 주장하고 있다. 전자잡지는 인쇄형태 잡지와 마찬가지로 자료식별, 평가, 선정이라는 3단계과정을 거쳐 선정된다. 전자잡지는 인쇄형태잡지에 적용되는 전통적 기준뿐만 아니라 또 다른 기준이 추가로 적용된다. 이 글은 전자잡지의 구독취소와 제적을 언급하고 있지 않지만, 그 중요성은 증가할 것이다. 잡지의 소유권보다는 이용가능성과 접근가능성에 중점을 둔 새로운 이용자위주 평가 방법기법에 대한 요구가 일고 있다.

최근 들어 미국과 한국 등에서 연달아 도입되고 있는 전자 소송시스템은 급격하게 기업경영환경을 변화시키고 있으며, 전자적으로 자료를 관리해야 하는 기업의 경우 상당한 영향을 받을 것으로 예상된다. 미국의 경우 2006년부터 민사소송에 전자소송시스템을 도입하였으며, 한국의 경우 소송 문서제출부담의 감소, 소송비용의 절감, 소송절차의 신속성, 투명성제고 등을 목적으로 2011년 5월부터 전자민사소송시스템을 운영하였는데 이에 대한 대비는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 전자소송시스템의 도입이라는 것은 사법환경을 획기적으로 변화시키는 것이므로, 이 시스템의 도입이 기업의 경영환경에 미치는 영향을 면밀히 분석하고 소송시스템의 변화에 따른 기업 경영환경의 변화를 면밀히 주목해야 할 필요성이 있다.

Social infrastructure such as production, transportation, gas, and electrical facilities would be degraded according to time and those facilities might need more maintenances, repairing, and management as time goes by. Especially, in the case of a power transformer, it is important to diagnose the transformer in order to avoid malfunction and failure because they could cause enormous damage. The economic as well as technical aspects of a transformer management must be considered while it is operated. Therefore, the concept of asset management should be applied as an advanced method of transformer management. Asset management refers to a series of processes to make a plan of maintenance and conservation of a power transformer considering the soundness, investment cost, and importance of equipment. It is important to apply the asset management considering calculation of a lifetime loss. In this paper, the lifetime loss calculation method of asset management for a power transformer is suggested.

Objectives : This study developed an iPad-based animation for an electronic informed consent to directly help patients prepare an informed consent. The goal was to raise patients' understanding about the contents contained in a DNR informed consent in the current medical situation in which DNR informed consents are mostly written by a guardian. Methods : The development of a DNR electronic informed consent was done in 3 stages: analysis, design and development. The analysis stage was done with a survey on the real status of preparing a DNR informed consent in a medical institution. The design stage was done with the contents in the DNR electronic informed consent through a primary and secondary Delphi survey. The development stage created a DNR electronic informed consent and evaluated it through a tertiary Delphi survey. Results : After evaluating the appropriateness of the composition of the contents, the understanding of the contents, the convenience of use, the reflection of an expert opinion, and the suitability of the application, all had scores higher than 4 points. Conclusions : The results of this study show that our proposed DNR electronic informed consent can help patients better understanding the contents of a DNR informed consent.

Development of efficient integration management system needs to operate and manage internet shopping mall for customer, sale, product, stock, account management. The purpose of this paper implements of small shopping mall logistics management system as a plan to raise efficiency of management of the Internet shopping mall which was a representative business form of electronic commerce. Logistics management system operates an Internet shopping mall, progressed with the aim of construction of the management system that systematizes a member, a product, a stock, customer management, and can efficiently manage a total stock grasp and the amount of transaction of a product based on Web environment by real time.

Electronic document management system is tool, based on the document life cycle concept, for structured management of various documents within an organization. In this paper, we address a development process of electronic document management system based on pure JAVA and CORBA. We have developed a electronic document management system which can support a variety of platform in heterogeneous distributed environment. EDMS can serve as an integration platform for industries that require handling of massive document and data such as construction and engineering, automobile, shipbuilding industries. Using the developed system, users can access documents in the system through an internet brower, and also add or modify existing document.
