The purpose of this study is to empirically examine how much the electronic clinical trial data management system actually enhances its efficiency. While the development of clinical trial markets highlights the significance of data management with increasing rate of adoption of electronic systems, its effects have not been fully supported with rigorous evidences. Particularly, the adoption rate of electronic clinical trial systems is low in domestic clinical trials markets. This study attempts to analyze the effect of the systems for reminding the importance of e-data management in clinical trials. The measurement indicator is experimented with the time related data collected from a multi-center clinical trial case. The result showed that the speed of the electronic clinical trial processes can be improved. The implication of this study lies in its first attempt to empirically analyze the effect of electronic clinical data management systems. Furthermore, application of the indicator in conjunction with electronic clinical trial processes is expected to facilitate strategic data management.

The work environment that produces and preserves records is changing in the digital transformation era, going beyond the new technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The electronic records management strategy in the archives must be prepared according to the technology, policy, and environmental changes related to overall records management of the era. Based on this, the basic environment in which the public can access records can be created by preserving the value of records. This study analyzes the direction of changes and strategies of records management in the digital environment and the direction of electronic records management strategies of the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) in the United States, the National Archives of Australia (NAA), and the National Archives of Korea (NAK). Based on the analysis, the study suggests policies, facilities, and personnel elements as the core of the national electronic records management strategy and direction in the digital era.

With the rapid development of electronic commerce, online reputation management systems are of increasing importance in building trust and managing risk. Reputation rating mode and aggregating method are the most crucial parts of a reputation management system. In this paper, we analyze the merits and disadvantages associated with the rating mode and aggregating approach of current reputation management systems, and put forward some suggestions. These suggestions are helpful in improving current reputation management systems and developing new reputation management systems.

We manufacture an antifuse OTP (One-time programmable) cell for analog trimming which will be used in power management ICs. For the antifuse cell using dual program voltage of VPP (=7V) and VNN (=-5V), the thin gate oxide is broken down by applying a voltage higher than the hard break-down voltage to the terminals of the antifuse. The area of the manufactured antifuse OTP cell using $0.18{\mu}m$ BCD process is $48.01{\mu}m^2$ and is about 44.6 percent of that of an eFuse cell. The post-program resistances of the antifuse are good with the values under several kilo ohms when we measure twenty test patterns.

This study aims to analyze the current policies and problems associated with the electronic records disclosure and to suggest the access paradigm for electronic records management. For this, Act on Disclosure of Information by Public Agencies. Public Records Management Act, and Electronic Government Act are analyzed in the light of public access to electronic records. The analysis lays special emphasis on the scope of public records to be disclosed, time to disclosure of public records. computer editing for pubic service. records dissemination through Internet, and the role of records centers and public libraries. Based upon the analysis, policy directions for electronic records management are suggested.

In hospitals and pharmacies, the distribution of medicines is an important part. Any mistakes, misses, fake medicines and expired medicines can cause medical accidents. With the widespread application of the Internet of Things technology (IoT), traditional drug distribution methods need to be upgraded. This article proposes a drug distribution management scheme based on the Internet of Things technology. In the production of drugs, a flexible RFID tag was printed on the packaging box, which stored a series of information such as drug name, dosage, raw materials, efficacy, production date, expiration date, and manufacturer. The use of a drug distribution management system combined with RFID readers can identify drug information and effectively prevent the occurrence of erroneous, missed, counterfeit, and expired drugs. It can also improve management efficiency, reduce management costs, and control management risks. Through the circuit design and software system development, the test results show that this solution is effective and feasible, the proposed method can achieve the expected results.

Electronic commerce is giving rise to many new and innovative 'gest business practices,' such as telecommuting and the virtual workplace. Telecommuting and the virtual workplace go hand in hand. Today, more then 35 million people in the United States telecommute, and that expected to grow by 20 percent over the next several years. And more then 30 million people used internet shopping mall every years in Korea. Therefore, using the internet and information technology, electronic commerce has the potential to propel a company to 'break out' of existing strategic constraints and radically alter business processes, strengthen customer and supplier ties, and open up new markets. The object of this study is the investigation method for activity solution of electronic commerce of fashion cloth shopping mall in korea. The study has investigated 2 cases about 'halfclub.com' in Korea and 'bluefly.com' in America in the research. Therefore, the study founded the 3problems of electronic commerce at fashion cloth shopping mall in korea and suggested that the activation policies of electronic commerce. The result of suggested that the new electronic commerce style, a lot of contents affects positive effects on the performance of fashion cloth shopping mall in Korea and hope that will be expect new role of electronic commerce to be the herb in fashion cloth shopping mall in korea.

Lately, most of the libraries subscribe electronic resources such as e-journals, under the license contracts for the access and use of these electronic resources. It was found that the management of licensed electronic resources in the library has become one of the major problems due to the lack of proper metadata elements in the existing management system of electronic resources. The electronic money market in Indonesia continues to experience an increase in the number of users and volume of transactions. However, the electronic money market, especially server-based, in Indonesia is becoming concentrated into a few issuers. Electronic money issuers compete in price and promotion wars to gain new customers and maintain their existing ones. This paper presents an analysis of the orientation and factors that influence the loyalty in electronic money products. The research model variables in this study are adopted from the E-Service Quality and Marketing Mix categories. These variables are hypothesized to affect the perceived value and then customer loyalty. The research population consists of all Indonesians who use server-based electronic money, with a sample of 400 individuals. The results show that, in the E-Service Quality group, reliability, responsiveness, and security significantly affect perceived value, while the perceived price and perceived promotional benefits significantly affect perceived value in the Marketing Mix group. The perceived price has the highest effect on the perceived value and customer loyalty, while the perceived value has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Finally, it was found that the customer is more sensitive to the price than quality in using electronic money.

In order to care about preserving the environment for future generations, each country has been required to make the laws of the environment. So car manufacturers must design, manufacture and sell cars and trucks that meet customer's need and must do this while meeting the needs of the environment. In this research we have developed product structure and configuration management system that treats electronic catalogs for recycling of automobile parts. This research focused on two system. One is XML-based electronic catalog that give the information about recycling of automobile parts. The other is product structure and configuration management system based on electronic catalog.
