A Study on the Accelerating Degradation for AC Traction Motor in Urban Transit EMU (전동차 AC견인전동기의 가속열화에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, the diagnosis method for AC traction motor is to reduce their maintenance loads. We tried to apply this method to maintenance of traction motor in railway vehicle. Sample coils for stator of traction motor were tested by accelerative thermal degradation which composed of heat, vibration, moisture, and overvoltage applying. Reliability and expected life were evaluated on the insulation system for 200 class traction motor.

  • 지능형 자동차에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 AICC(Automatic Intelligent Cruise Control)나 무인 자동차가 개발되고 있다. 이러한 기술을 개발하기 위해서는 자동차의 환경과 운항에 관련된 상황을 실시간 감시하는 것이 중요하기 때문에 본 연구에서는 임베디드 시스템을 구성 후 웹 서버를 구현하여 원격지에 존재하는 자동차의 감시 시스템을 개발하고, 자동차 ECU와 인터페이스 하여 엔진 및 자동차의 내부 상황을 웹으로 확인할 있는 임베디드 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한, ECU의 부담과 자동차 Wireless Hamess(W/H)에 의한 중량을 줄이기 위해 블루투스 방식으로 분산제어 방식을 이용 각 부분별 제어할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • The sliding mode control is acceptable for Autonomous Underwater Vehicle(AUV), since the dynamics of AUV are highly nonlinear and have several parameter uncertainty such as the added mass terms, the hydrodynamic coefficients. The sliding mode control can deal well with nonlinearity of the system and offers a robustness to controller with parameter uncertainty. Since sliding mode control has the defect of chattering problem, only in ideal case the actuator can respond by control law. Therefore we propose the sliding mode control with non-chattering. And computer simulations illustrate the performance of the proposed controller.

  • 본 논문에서는 운행 중인 자동차에서 스로틀밸브의 각도와 자동차의 속도를 추출하고 시스템 식별 알고리즘을 이용해 비교적 정확한 자동차의 수학적 모델링 식 즉, 전달함수를 구하고, 식별 알고리즘에 의해 구해진 고차 형태의 전달함수를 2차식과 시간지연 항으로 간략화 시켜 자동차가 순항 운행할 수 있는 제어기를 설계한다.

  • This paper describes the development or a closed-loop Strapdown Attitude Reference System (SARS) algorithm integrated filtering estimator for determining attitude reference for railway and aviation system using fuzzy inference. The SARS consists of 3 single-axis rate gyms in conjunction with 2 single-axis accelerometers. For optimal values of fuzzy systems, we utilize on-line scheduling method for initial values and then use genetic algorithms for fine tuning. Implementation using experimental test data of unmanned aerial vehicle has been performed in order to verify the estimation. The proposed fuzzy inference based SARS demonstrate that more accurate performance can be achieved in comparison with conventional one. The estimation results were compared with the on-board vertical gyro as the reference standard.

  • 우주발사체I 상단 시스템은 비행 중에 킥 모터 점화, 위성분리와 같은 HBW 점화기 기폭이 순차적으로 발생 한다. HBW 점화기의 기폭시에는 일반적으로 전도성 구조물을 통한 단락전류가 일시적으로 발생한다. 이러한 단락전류는 구동 전원 측으로 최대 전류 값 및 루프 면적에 비례한 일시적인 자기장을 형성시키고 near 필드(${\lambda}/2{\pi}$) 내의 인접하게 위치한 하니스에 자계 결합을 통한 역기전력 발생의 원인이 될 수 있다. 이러한 인접 하니스에 자계 노이즈 결합은 여러 자료를 통해 우주시스템 환경에서 일시적인 데이터 손실의 원인이 되는 것으로 분석되고 있다. 본 논문은 우주발사체의 HBW 점화기 기폭시 발생되는 전도성 구조물 단락전류 귀환현상으로 인한 자계노이즈 분석 및 감쇄방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

  • In a visual driver-assistance system, separating moving objects from fixed objects are an important problem to maintain multiple hypothesis for the state. Color and edge-based tracker can often be "distracted" causing them to track the wrong object. Many researchers have dealt with this problem by using multiple features, as it is unlikely that all will be distracted at the same time. In this paper, we improve the accuracy and robustness of real-time tracking by combining a color histogram feature with a brightness of Optical Flow-based feature under a Sequential Monte Carlo framework. And it is also excepted from Tracking as time goes on, reducing density by Adaptive Particles Number in case of the fixed object. This new framework makes two main contributions. The one is about the prediction framework which separating moving objects from fixed objects and the other is about measurement framework to get a information from the visual data under a partial occlusion.

  • Actually, The present traffic accident detection system is subsisting limitation of accurate distinction under the crowded condition at intersection because the system defend upon mainly the image information at intersection and digital image processing techniques nearly all. To complement this insufficiency, this article aims to estimate the level of present technology and a realistic possibility by analyzing the acoustic characteristic of crash sound that we have to investigate for improvement of traffic accident detection rate at intersection. The skid sound of traffic accident is showed the special pattern at 1[kHz])${\sim}$3[kHz] bandwidth when vehicles are almost never operated in and around intersection. Also, the frequency bandwidth of vehicle crash sound is showed sound pressure difference oyer 30[dB] higher than when there is no occurrence of traffic accident below 500[Hz].

  • An autonomous navigation technology for the mobile robot is investigated in this paper. The proposed robot path planning algorithm employs the dynamic programming to find the optimal path. The algorithm finds the global optimal path through the local computation on the environmental map. Since the robot computes the new path at every point, it can avoid the obstacle successfully during the navigation. The experimental results of the robot navigation are included in this paper.

  • Fast burning achieves higher efficiency, and reduces cycle variations which is able to improve vehicle driveability. Furthermore, the greater resistance to knock with fast burning can allow the fuel economy advantages associated with higher compression ratio to be realized. One way of increasing the combustion speed is to enhance the performance of ignition systems which were able to reduce the early period of combustion. It is well known that shortening the initial stage of combustion also reduces the cyclic variations. This literature survey deals with the papers which have studied the ignition process or various ignition systems. Those systems increasing the combustion speed, extending the lean misfire limit, reducing the exhaust gas and stabilizing the operating condition of the spark ignition engine by modifying the ignition process or increasing ignition energy.
