Reference Current Limit Control for Stable Generative Breaking of SRG (SRG의 안정발전제동을 위한 기준전류 제한방식에 관한 연구)

  • Switched reluctance machine has much attention because of high efficiency, high power and DC series torque characteristics with a traction drive. But the motor has to have a regenerative mode when it is adopted in an electric vehicle. A current divergence during the regeneration makes difficulties in the control of SRM. This paper proposes a reference current limitation strategy for a stable regeneration based on simulations and experimental tests. The motor is operated with conventional current limit and switching angle control method in motoring mode. Simulations and experiments are executed to verify proposed method.

  • The traction drive system for the urban transit Rubber-tire system is described in this paper. To control the magnitude and frequency of the output voltage of induction motor transiently, the vector control strategy is generally used. But in case of the traction drive system for the railway vehicle, it is difficult to use the vector control caused by the one-pulse mode in the high speed region. Therefore, this paper proposes the control strategy combined the vector control in the low speed region and the slip frequency control in the high speed region. And also, the overmodulation PWM method is discussed to make the change to the one-pulse mode softly. The performance of the Proposed traction drive system is verified by the MATLAB simulation results.

  • The vector field histogram(VFH) uses a two-dimensional Cartesian histogram grid as a world model. The VFH method subsequently employs a two-stage data-reduction process in order to compute the desired control commands for the vehicle. In the first stage the histogram grid is reduced to a one dimensional polar histogram that is constructed around the robot's momentary location. Each sector in the polar histogram contains a value representing the polar obstacle density in that direction. In the second stage, the algorithm selects the most suitable sector from among all polar histogram sectors with a low polar obstacle density, and the steering of the robot is aligned with that direction. We applied this algorithm to our four-legged robot.

  • 이 논문은 자기부상열차 속력에 따른 부상제어기 성능을 분석한다. 현재 실용화 사업은 시속 110km/h 속력으로 부상공극 8 mm 기준으로 상하 3 mm 이하 변화를 목표로 개발 중에 있다. 부상제어기의 안정성에 영향을 미치는 외란으로는 가이드웨어 처짐, 크로스아암에 의한 레일 처짐, 레일 불균일, 레일 연결부 단차 등이 있다. 이러한 외란이 복합적으로 작용하지만, 설계 단계에서 각각의 영향을 단순화하여 독립적으로 그 영향을 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 차량속력에 따른 가이드웨어 처짐이 부상제어기에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 하나의 전자석과 유연레일을 모델링하고 상태궤환을 갖는 제어기를 제안하여 속력에 따른 부상공극 변화를 관찰한다. 모의시험 결과 12 mm 레일의 휘어짐 상황에서 속력에 따라 부상 공극 변화가 커지지만, 실용화 사업의 목표를 달성함을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 WiBro 및 이종망간의 이동성을 지원하는 Convergence 단말용 플랫폼을 제안한다. MIPv6과 MIH(802.21) 모듈 그리고 Unified network controller 모듈이 결합된 구조의 플랫폼으로 Ipv6 기반 이종망 사이에서의 이동성을 제공할 수 있다. 제안된 플랫폼 모듈은 향후 WiBro, WCDMA, HSDPA 등과 같은 차세대 무선 인터넷 서비스 환경에서 Communication, Data, Media 등 무선 Convergence 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

  • This paper presents about the analysis on cost factor reduction using the life cycle cost model for motor block in the KTX-1. Until now, most life cycle cost of the system as a whole that has been studied. but in case of railway industry part, LCC studies are needed on the subsystem like a propulsion control system because subsystems are developed continuously localization. Therefore, In this paper presents cost breakdown structure for life cycle cost (LCC) estimation for localization development of propulsion control system (Motor Block) in high speed railway vehicle (KTX-1). Also to analysis LCC on motor block, it was analyzed physical breakdown structure (PBS) and preventive cost on propulsion control system in view of maintenance cost. Based on this, we describe life cycle cost on motor block of KTX-1.

  • It is important to consider power stability in case of design and construction of a substation at railroad because a train is operated by electricity and tains are drived simultaneous at the same section. This paper described stability of feeder system considering driving conditions and railroad conditions of train which is drived. Simulation tool, TOM(Train Operations Model) software is used to ensure stability of feeder system. As results of simulation, feeder voltage source is in limits on driving operation dia of trains.

  • This paper describes an approach to design a interior permanent magnet motor(IPM motor) for the reduction of cogging torque. The magnitude of the torque ripple and cogging torque in a interior permanent magnet motor(IPM motor) are generally dependent on several major factors: the shape of stator tooth tip, slot opening width, air gap length, the shape of barrier preventing flux leakage of magnets, magnet configuration and magnetization distribution or magnet poles. In this paper, the IPM BLDC motor is designed considering a saturated leakag flux between the barriers on the rotor for increasing the efficiency and decreasing the magnitude of the cogging torque. Analytical model is developed for the IPM BLDC motor with a concentrated winding stator. The results verifies that the proposed design approach is very efficient and effective in reducing the cogging torque and the torque ripple of the IPM BLDC motor to be used in an electric vehicle.

  • 현재, 고속철도차량의 국내기술확보를 위해 한국형 고속전철이 개발되어 단품시험, 완성차시험, 공장시험 등을 통해 기본적인 성능을 확인한 후 현재는 본선시운전 시험을 실시하고 있다. 시제차량의 성능 및 기능을 종합적이고 효율적으로 확인하기 위해 고속철도 시운전시험시 상시 계측시스템을 시제차량에 설치하여 운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상시계측시스템을 이용하여 보조전원장치에 대한 고장진단을 실시한 것에 대하여 기술하였다.
