본 논문에서는 수중함의 전력시스템에 대한 안정성과 신뢰성 분석을 위해 고장나무분석 수행한 결과를 제시한다. 본 논문의 고장나무분석 결과는 추후 수중함 설계 시 현재의 전력 계통 체계에서 전력 생산부와 전력 변환부의 장비 추가와 전력 배전부 구조의 변경가능하게 함으로써 더 우수한 신뢰성과 안정성을 갖는 수중함을 설계 할 수 있는 설계 가이드라인을 제시한다.

This paper presents the selection method of Minimal Cut Sets(MCS) for substation reliability evaluation. We used the Quality solution in order to model the FT for the substation equipment. Quantitative analysis is performed to estimate the probability of top event occurrence and unreliability of the substation component. In this result, it means that reliability indices which can be predict get electricity services and better maintenance in substation management.

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is currently a prevalent disease from which many people suffer. Early detection and treatment could reduce the risk of heart attack. Currently, the golden standard for the diagnosis of CAD is angiography, which is an invasive procedure. In this article, we propose an algorithm that uses data mining techniques, a fuzzy expert system, and the imperialist competitive algorithm (ICA), to make CAD diagnosis by a non-invasive procedure. The ICA is used to adjust the fuzzy membership functions. The proposed method has been evaluated with the Cleveland and Hungarian datasets. The advantage of this method, compared with others, is the interpretability. The accuracy of the proposed method is 94.92% by 11 rules, and the average length of 4. To compare the colonial competitive algorithm with other metaheuristic algorithms, the proposed method has been implemented with the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. The results indicate that the colonial competition algorithm is more efficient than the PSO algorithm.

전기트리근 절연체의 제작상태 및 운용중의 열화진단 방법으로 널리 연구되고 있다. 이러한, 전기트리 영상을 측정할 때는 일반적으로 트리패턴을 추출하는 과정을 사용한다. 하지만, 트리열화 과정의 재현성이 떨어지고 트리의 패턴이 복잡함으로 기존의 시각적 관측으로는 트리성장의 정확한 정량화가 어렵기 때문에 영상처리에 의한 실시간 처리가 제안되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 측정된 전기트리 영상을 고주파 강화필터링과 이진화 과정 등을 거쳐 최적의 분석영상으로 변환한 후, 개선된 에지검출 기법을 이용해 전기트리 영상을 분석함으로써, 트리의 실시간 계측 및 정량화, 부분방전의 패턴인식, 측정결과를 통한 절연재료의 파괴 정도를 예측할 수 있었다.

In this paper, the conducted EMI reduction performances of active feed-forward current-sensing current-actuation (CSCA) and voltage-sensing current-actuation (VSCA) filters for a three-phase induction motor drive system are evaluated by experiments. For comparison purposes, the conducted EMI (CM emission, DM emission and total emission) of a three-phase induction motor drive with a conventional CM choke, a conventional CM choke in series with an active VSCA filter, and an active CSCA filter (where the CM choke was modified and used as a sensing current transformer) were compared to the case of a system without any filter inserted. Experimental results show that the active CSCA and VSCA filters can improve the CM reduction performance of the conventional CM choke by about 5 dB especially at low-frequencies. However, for DM comparisons, it shows that there is no different between cases with and without filters inserted.

In this paper, we propose a parallel collaborative sphere decoder with a scalable architecture promising quasi-maximum likelyhood performance with a relatively small amount of computational resources. This design offers a hardware-friendly algorithm using a modified node operation through fixing the variable complexity of the critical path caused by the sequential nature of the conventional sphere decoder (SD). It also reduces the computational complexity compared to the fixed-complexity sphere decoder (FSD) algorithm by tree pruning using collaboratively operated node operators. A Monte Carlo simulation shows that our proposed design can be implemented using only half the parallel operators compared to the approach using an ideal fully parallel scheme such as FSD, with only about a 7% increase of the normalized decoding time for MIMO dimensions of $16{\times}16$ with 16-QAM modulation.

Hygrothermal aging at the elevated temperature induces the long-term degradation of the epoxy resin. We investigated the effects of hydrothermal stress on the dielectric breakdown phenomena of epoxy composite filled with natural zeolite. The cured specimens absorbed the moisture in the autoclave at $120^{\circ}C$. $T_g$ of the deteriorated composite by moisture absorption decreased. The dielectric breakdown strength decreased with the moisture absorption cycle. It was concluded that the thermal stress and the high water-vapour-pressure deteriorated the natural zeolite filled epoxy resin system, consequently and the tree growth rate increased.

An algorithm is presented which computes the perimeter of regions in images represented by BF( breadth first) linear quadtree. In order to compute the perimeter, we determine adjacent neighbor nodes in the horizontal and vertical directions. It is the method which directly find the associated nodes in order to know whether it exists in BF linear quad tree or not. Average execution time of the algorithm is proportional to the number of black nodes in the quadtree.

In roder to investigate the influence of treeing on electric breakdown of solid organic insulator the initiation and growing mechanism of tree itself, and the correlation between corona discharge and treeing phenomena in solid orgainc insulating materials, several experiments were carried out by means of needle test on polymethyl-methacrylate. The obtained results showed that the existence of voids in specimen had important effects on initiation voltage of trees and, when the direct voltage was applied, the initiation voltage of trees increased by space charge effect. And also the stagnation phenomena due to the transfer of vacancy cluster or polymekr cage in specimen might beconsidered in process of growth of trees, and corona discharge seemed to be the pre-phenomena of treeing because trees were normally initiated by internal discharge in voids.
