에그-박스 코어 형상 변화에 따른 등가 전단 탄성계수 수치 해석 연구 (Analytical Study on Equivalent Shear Modulus according to Shape of Egg-box Core)

  • 본 논문에서 다루고 있는 에그-박스 코어는 공기 흡입식 추진기관의 연소실 케이스로 사용되고 있다. 무게의 경량화 및 제작 비용/시간을 절감하기 위한 목적으로 에그-박스 코어의 피치 길이 및 두께 변경의 필요성이 대두되었다. 짧은 시간 내에 에그-박스 코어 변경에 있어 연소실 케이스의 구조 안정성에 영향을 미치는 등가 전단 탄성계수의 특성을 파악할 수 있는 방법으로 굽힘 시험을 모사한 유한요소해석을 이용하였다. 등방성 재료인 H130-폼 코어를 가지는 샌드위치 판넬에 대한 유한요소해석을 수행하여 얻은 전단 탄성계수 값이 참고문헌에서 주어진 값과 거의 일치함을 확인하였다. 에그-박스 코어의 피치 길이와 두께 변화에 따른 등가 전단 탄성계수 변화를 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 연두금파리의 난세포성숙에 따른 단백질의 변화와 난특이성단백질의 특성을 확인하기 위하여 gel filtration, 전기영동 및 분자량측정, 아미노산과 지방산함량을 측정하여 얻은 결과는 다음과같다. 연두금파리 암컷성충의 난소단백질은 단백질원을 섭식시킨 후 72시간 이후 빠르게 증가하였고, 완전한 성숙이 일어나는 96시간에 최고의 함량을 나타냈다. DEAE-cellulose와 Sephacryl 5-200으로 gel filtration하고 7.5% native polyacrylamide gel에서 전기영동한 결과 난소에서 분리된 특이단백질은 ${R}_{f}$ 0.4에서 혈림프 및 난소와 다른 밴드가 확인되었으며, 분자량은 110,000 dalton이였다. 분리된 난특이성단백질내 아미노산 조성은 asparagine 외 모두 13종이 검출되었으며, asparagine, glutamic acid와 함께 tyrosine이 특이하게 높게 나타났다. 지방산은 난소와 함께 난특이성단백질에서 palmitic acid의 4종이 분리되었다. 따라서, 연두금파리의 난에는 지방체에서 합성, 분비된 난황단백질이외에 난소에만 존재하는 특이단백질이 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • 참돔 종묘생산을 위한 생물학적 기초자료를 얻고자, 난발생에 미치는 환경요인으로서 수온의 영향에 대하여 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 난발생의 각 단계에 이르기까지의 수온($T\;:\;^{\circ}C$)에 따른 발생속도(t : hour)는 수온이 높을수록 빨랐으며, 그 관계식은 다음과 같다. 8 세포기 : 1/t=0.0618T-0.5877(r=0.9899) 상실배기 : 1/t=0.0284T-0.2556(r=0.9948) Kupffer씨포 출현기 : 1/t=0.0076T-0.0829(r=0.9902) 부화자어기 : 1/t=0.0031T-0.0350(r=0.9985) 2. 참돔의 초기발생에 있어서 난발생이 진전되지 않는 생물학적 영도는 평균 $10.2^{\circ}C$로 나타났다. 3. 설정수온별로 수정에서 부화에 이르기까지의 소요시간은 $15^{\circ}C$에서는 87시간, $18^{\circ}C$에서는 48시간, $21^{\circ}C$에서는 32시간, $24^{\circ}C$에서는 27시간이었다.

개베도라치(Petroscirtes variabilis)의 산란행동 유도 및 난 발생, 자어의 형태발달 (Induced Spawning Behavior and Morphological Development of the Eggs and Larvae of the Variable Sabretooth Blenny, Petroscirtes variabilis (Pisces: Blenniidae))

  • 본 연구는 개베도라치의 산란행동 및 난 발생과 자어의 형태발달을 조사하여 분류학적 연구의 기초자료로 이용하고자 실시하였다. 수정란은 구형으로 백색의 불투명한 침성 점착란이었고 유구의 수는 10~11개였으며, 난의 크기는 0.90~1.43 mm (평균 $1.11{\pm}0.23mm$, n=10)범위였다. 사육 수온은 $25.5{\sim}28.5^{\circ}C$ (평균 $27.0^{\circ}C$), 염분 32.5~33.5‰ (평균 33.0‰) 범위를 유지하였다. 난 발생 과정은 2세포기 후 24시간에 배반이 난황의 2/3 이상을 덮고 내려와 초기 낭배기에 달하였다. 2세포기 후 330시간에는 비공과 입이 형성되었고, 머리부터 난막을 뚫고 나오면서 부화가 시작되었다. 부화 직후의 전기 자어는 전장 2.59~3.02 mm ($2.81{\pm}0.25mm$, n=5)로 입과 항문은 열려 있었고, 난황과 유구는 흡수된 상태였다. 부화 후 3일째 후기 자어는 전장 3.02~3.07 mm ($3.04{\pm}0.04mm$)로 막으로 된 꼬리지느러미가 원기모양으로 분화하기 시작하였다. 부화 후 13일째 후기 자어는 전장 3.04~3.20 mm ($3.12{\pm}0.11mm$)로 아래턱과 윗턱이 발달하면서 먹이 섭취하기 시작하였다.

난백 마요네즈의 개발을 위한 주부들의 마요네즈 소비실태 및 난백 마요네즈의 물성과 관능적 특성 (A Study on the Mayonnaise Consumption Pattern of Housewives and Sensory and Physical Properties of Egg-white Mayonnaise)

  • The study was carried out to investigate housewive's consumption pattern and preference of mayonnaise for the development of egg-white mayonnaise. Data was collected from 515 housewives in Ulsan by self-administered questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS package program. The results were as follows: 1. Most(98.1%) of housewives were concerned about nutrition and health and they considered that nutrition was the most important factor when purchasing food related items. 2. The frequency of using processed foods was two to three times a week and the reason for use it was the convenience. Usually the housewives obtained nutrition related information through mass media such as TV, radio(37.5%) , and newspaper, magazine(32.1%). 3. 75.9% of the subjects thought mayonnaise is a high calorie food and 57.5% of them knew the basic ingredients of mayonnaise. Most(79.3% ) of housewives perceived that cholesterol which is rich in egg yolk is related to cardiovascular disease and arteriosclerosis. Among family members, children showed high degree in the preference for mayonnaise. 4. Comparison of the low cholesterol mayonnaise which was made by egg white for egg yolk with commercial product was made by sensory evaluation and mechanical test. The viscosity and turbidity did not show any difference. Overall taste of low cholesterol mayonnaise was better than of commercial product. Based on these results of this study provided useful information for development of egg-white mayonnaise (low-cholesterol mayonnaise) and expected the possibility of using low cholesterol mayonnaise will be high.

Microbial Phytase와 무기태 인 수준별 급여가 산란 생산성, 소화율 및 계란 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Supplemental Microbial Phytase and Nonphytate Phosphorus Levels on Performance, Digestibility and Egg Quaility in Layer)

  • The effect of supplemental microbial phytase and non - phytate phosphorus(NPP) levels on layer productivity and nutrient digestibility were conducted in 640 21 weeks - old HyLine brown layer for 12 weeks. Supplemented phytase levels were 0, 300, 500 and 1,000 DPU/kg diet. NPP levels were adjusted with tricalcium phosphate(TCP), which were 0(0.11% NPP), 0.5(0.20), 1.0(0.29) and 1.5%(0.38). ME, CP and Ca levels were maintained at 2,800㎉/kg diet, 16% and 3.5%, respectively. Egg production was increased with phytase compared to without phytase(P〈0.05). Increasement of egg production was higher latter of experimental period. Egg production was not different to phytase levels. Egg production in TCP levels were increased in above 0.5% compared to 0% TCP. Difference of egg production by TCP was higher after 6 week. Especially, egg production to supplemental phytase was higher in 0% TCP. Egg weight was not different to phytase and TCP levels. Egg mass was increased with phytase compared to without phytase, but not difference significantly. There was similar to phytase levels. Egg mass in TCP group was increased in TCP supplementation(P〈0.05). Feed intake was not different in phytase levels, and greater with increasing TCP levels(P〈0.05). Feed conversion was improved with phytase(P〈0.05), and not difference in TCP levels. All of nutrients digestibility tended to improve with phytase, P(P〈0.05), especially. There were not different among phytase levels. The effect of adding phytase was higher in low phosphorus diets compared normal levels. Eggshell breaking strength and eggshell thickness also improved in added phytase(P〈0.05). Tibial ash and P content were slightly increased with phytase, and Ca content also was higher(P〈0.05) compared without phytase. We concluded that supplemental phytase in low phosphorus diet was showed to increase laying performance, feed efficiency, nutrients digestibility, egg quality, and bone development. Phytase supplementation was able to compensate for low NPP diet. We also thought optimum phytase level is 300 DPU, and can decrease NPP supplementation adding phytase in later diet.

  • The reproductive ecology of the purple shell, Rapana venosa was investigated by the histological observations on depositions of the egg capsules, and hatching of larvae in the laboratory and the subtidal zone of the vicinity of piung-do, Chollabud-do, west coast of korea, for one year from June 1992 to May 1993. The results are summarized as follows:1. Rapana venosa is dioecious in sex. The ovary is composed of a number of ovarian lobules, and the testis comprises a number of ovarian lobules, and the testis comprises of gonads could be classified into 4 stages in males and 5 stages in females: 1) growing stage(in female subdivided into 2 stages of early and late growing stage). 2)mature stage. 3)spent stage or copulationstage. 4)rdcovering stage. The early growing stage in females of the purple shell was in September through February, late gorwing stage was in October to March, mature stage was in September to January, mature stage was in September to July, copulation stage was in Februaty to June and recovering stage in April to October.3. Spawning occurred 3-4 times at intervals of 1-3 days, and completed within 10 days from the beginning of spawning during the spawning season of the year.4. From the results of laboratory and field observations, egg masses are composed of a number of egg capsules, egg masses are occurred from May to late August, and in mid August depositions of egg mass in composed of 90-113 egg capsules, fecundity in an egg capsule was ranged 984 to 1,241 eggs(average 1,096 egg). Therefore, fecundity in total egg capsules spawned per individual during the spawning season is estimated as approximately 320,000 to 450,000 egges.5. The incubation period during deposition of an egg capsule to hatching larvad tood 17 days at 18.3-20.4%C(water temperature)and 1.021 (specific gravity fo sea water).

  • Electrogastrogaphy(EGG) is the technique by which gastric myoelectrical activity is recorded noninvasively, from electrodes on the abdominal skin. Despite many attempts made over the decades, the clinical application of the EGG signal has not improved to the identification of waveform characteristics using comparison of EGG signal to be detected other EGG system. Cutaneous measurements of EGG are yet to be standardized in methods of detection and analysis. This may be responsible in part for some of the variability in the results. Thus, we develope EGG system composed of amplifiers, analysis methods, patient database or standardization. we introduce configurations of EGG system and their functions. Several important EGG parameters are introduced, including the dominant frequency and power of the EGG, the relative, period EGG-dominant frequency and power, the instability coefficient of EGG-dominant frequency and power, standard deviation, the percentage of running spectrum activity of gastric slow waves.

생쥐의 정자 추출물이 정자-난자의 결합에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Sperm Extracts on Sperm - Egg Binding in Mouse)

  • In order to study the sperm-egg interaction during fertilization process in mouse, the effects of sperm concentration, the duration of capacitation and insemination, the stages of maturation and development of eggs, and sperm extracts and BSA on sperm binding to egg were examined. Sperm-egg binding was increased depending on sperm concentration within the range of $10^3-10^6$ sperm/ml. It showed the most numbers of sperm-egg binding at 60min from the beginning of preincubation(capacitation) and insemination, respectively. During sperm capacitation, sperm-egg binding inhibitor was released from sperm into the incubation medium. Sperm extracts containing trypsin-like enzyme which is secreted through the acrosome reaction increased the binding. BSA in the culture medium showed a positive effect on the binding. It is suggested that physicochemical alterations of zona pellucida in the process of maturation and fertilization of eggs leaded to inhibition of sperm-egg binding.

Association among Egg Productivity, Granulosa Layer IGF-I, and Ovarian IGF-I in Korean Native Ogol Chicken

  • There exists considerable evidence that insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) is involved in the regulation of ovulation rate and follicle development. IGF-I is believed to modulate the effects of gonadotropins on follicular growth and cell differentiation via paracrine and autocrine mechanisms. Therefore, this study was performed to relate the expression of IGF-I on ovaries and follicles with egg productivity at 60 wk. The egg productivity of 70 KNOC was recorded from 20 to 60 wk. Blood was taken every 10 wk and ovaries and follicles were taken at 60 wk. Serum IGF-I and IGF-I of ovaries and follicles were measured by radioimmunoassay. Based on egg production levels up to 60 wk and ovarian IGF-I expression at 60 wk, respectively. Chickens were divided into two groups, high and low. Egg production and serum IGF-I in the high IGF-I group were higher than those in the low group. Moreover, the IGF-I expression of follicles in the high ovarian IGF-I expression group was higher than that in the low group. These finding are consistent with the report that IGF-I indirectly regulates ovulation in chickens, suggesting that this regulation may play an important role in improved egg productivity.
