Communication systems, such as Switching System, are operated in the restricted conditions that the suggested events must finish in the time-constraints. Therefore, the data in the systems requires not only rapid access time, but also completion in the restricted time. Many existing data systems have been developed and used in the communication environments. But, the system construct a structural scheme and provide users with basic data services only. In recent, as the complexity of data in the communication area is rapidly increasing, it requires the data system which can represent the unstructured dataset and complete the data access in this dataset on the restricted condition. In this paper, we propose the data model which is suitable to the unstructured multi-dataset environment. The data model supports the rapid data access for unstructured dataset and enables users to easily retrieve data needed at the execution. In addition to, we define the several algorithms to clarify the structure of our model.
In distributed systems like cluster systems, in order to get more performance improvement, the initial task placement system precisely estimates and correctly assigns the resource requirement by the process. The resource-based initial job placement scheme needs the prediction of resource usage of a task in order to fit it to the most suitable hosts. However, the wrong prediction of resource usage causes serious performance degradation in dynamic load balancing systems. Therefore, in this paper, to resolve the problem due to the wrong prediction, we propose a new load metric. By the new load metric, the resource-based initial job placement scheme can work without priori knowledge about the type of process. Simulation results show that the dynamic load balancing system using the proposed approach achieves shorter execution times than the conventional approaches.
The investment agreement prepared at the beginning of inter-Korean economic cooperation in 2000 can be evaluated as very ineffective as a product of mutual political and diplomatic compromise rather than an effective protection for our investment assets. South Korean companies suffered a lot of losses due to the freezing of assets in the Geumgang mountain district and the closure of the Kaeseung Industrial Complex, but they did not receive practical damage relief due to institutional vulnerabilities. Currently, North Korea is under international economic sanctions of the UN Security Council, so it is true that the resumption of inter-Korean economic cooperation is far away, but North Korea's human resources and geographical location are still attractive investment destinations for us. Therefore, if strained relations between the two Koreas recover in the future and international economic sanctions on North Korea are eased, Korean companies' investment in North Korea will resume. However, the previous inter-Korean investment agreement system was a fictional systemthat was ineffective. Therefore, if these safety devices are not reorganized when economic cooperation resumes, unfair damage to Korean companies will be repeated again. The core of the improved investment guarantee system is not a bilateral system between the two Koreas, but the establishment of a multilateral system through North Korea's inclusion in the international economy. Specifically, it includes encouraging North Korea to join international agreements for the execution of arbitration decisions, securing subrogation rights through membership of international insurance groups such as MIGA, creating matching funds by international financial organizations. Through this new approach, it will be possible to improve the safety of Korean companies' investment in North Korea, and ultimately, it will be necessary to lay the foundation for mutual development through economic cooperation between the two Koreas.
Security threats occur from the outside, but more often from the inside. In particular, since the internal user knows about the information service, the security threat damage caused by the internal user is greater. In this environment, the actions of all users accessing information services should be monitored and recorded in real-time. However, the current operating system records only the logs of system and application execution, so there is a limit to monitoring user behavior in real-time. In such a security environment, damage may occur due to user's unauthorized actions. To solve this problem, this study proposes an architecture that monitors user behavior in real-time in a Linux environment. As a result of verifying the function to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed architecture, the console input values and output angles of all users who have access to the operating system are monitored in real-time and stored. Although the performance of the proposed architecture is somewhat slower than the identification and authentication functions provided by the operating system, it was confirmed that the performance was not at a level that users would recognize, and thus it was judged to be sufficiently effective. However, since this study focuses on monitoring the console behavior, it is impossible to monitor the behavior of user applications running in the background, so additional research is needed.

Objectives : A protocol called "critical pathway" was developed to standardize the management of hospital patients the day after they underwent gamma knife radiosurgery. The quality of improvement in patient outcomes was evaluated. Methods : Critical pathway was developed, according to the regulations of the I hospital, by analyzing the medical records of 22 inpatients who underwent gamma knife surgery within the period from January to April 2011 on the day of the surgery. The study included a group of 22 patients admitted to the hospital the day after they underwent gamma knife radiosurgery, between July and September 2011. The control group included 22 patients who had surgery employing the same method within the period from May to June 2011. To measure the effects on quality improvement, the average length of stay, the execution rate of the hospital discharge notice system, daily hospital revenue, and the satisfaction of the patients and the medical team were assessed. The patient questionnaire employed a four-point Likert scale while the medical-staff questionnaire employed a five-point Likert scale. Result : The average length of stay was significantly shorter in the study group compared to the control group (2.3 days vs. 3.8 days, P<0.05). The execution rate of the hospital discharge notice system was higher in the study group (100% vs. 72%) than in the control group. Daily hospital revenues were higher by 264,178 Korean won in the study group when compared to the control group. The study group showed greater satisfaction of patients compared to the control group based on a four-point Likert scale (P<0.05). The study group showed greater satisfaction in medical team compared to the control group based on a five-point Likert scale (P<0.05). Conclusion : The development and implementation of a critical pathway protocol for hospital admission the day after gamma knife radiosurgery is an effective care process that improves the clinical quality.

Comparing with sequential programming, parallel programming has additional complexity due to the consideration of parallelism, communication and synchronization of processes. A synergism between users and compliers should be established, each assisting the other to produce high quality parallel programs. On the above underlying philosophy, we developed a parallel Object-Oriented specification language, POOSL, as preliminary works. However, it is still likely to hard for users to write parallel program because users have to consider grammar of POOSL and to write text-based parallel program. It would be more desirable to provide users wit visual environment for effective parallel programming. Therefore, we propose a visual programming environment. VEPO(Visual environment for Parallel Object-Oriented Programming), based on POOSL in order that users can develop parallel programs more easily and conveniently. It aims at supporting a programming environment in which users can represent their programs more naturally and visually I parallel manner with object-oriented concept and essential steps during parallel program development such as program specification, compilation, execution and animation of execution are integrated. VEPO has useful features for parallel processing. Especially, complicated parallel codes for synchronization and communication of processes are automatically generated in the translation phase, so users can be relieved of writing error-prone parallel codes. The system is targeted to the transputer-based parallel system, MC-3. The graphic user interface of VEPO was implemented using Visual C++. Visual programs descirbed on VEPO are translated into Inmos C and executed on MC-3.

Often a network becomes complex, and multiple entities would get in charge of managing part of the whole network. An example is a utility grid. While the entire grid would go under a single utility company's responsibility, the network is often split into multiple subsections. Subsequently, each subsection would be given as the responsibility area to the corresponding sub-organization in the utility company. The issue of how to make subsystems of adequate size and minimum number of interconnections between subsystems becomes more critical, especially in real-time simulations. Because the computation capability limit of a single computation unit, regardless of whether it is a high-speed conventional CPU core or an FPGA computational engine, it comes with a maximum limit that can be completed within a given amount of execution time. The issue becomes worsened in real time simulation, in which the computation needs to be in precise synchronization with the real-world clock. When the subject of the computation allows for a longer execution time, i.e., a larger time step size, a larger portion of the network can be put on a computation unit. This translates into a larger margin of the difference between the worst and the best. In other words, even though the worst (or the largest) computational burden is orders of magnitude larger than the best (or the smallest) computational burden, all the necessary computation can still be completed within the given amount of time. However, the requirement of real-time makes the margin much smaller. In other words, the difference between the worst and the best should be as small as possible in order to ensure the even distribution of the computational load. Besides, data exchange/communication is essential in parallel computation, affecting the overall performance. However, the exchange of data takes time. Therefore, the corresponding consideration needs to be with the computational load distribution among multiple calculation units. If it turns out in a satisfactory way, such distribution will raise the possibility of completing the necessary computation in a given amount of time, which might come down in the level of microsecond order. This paper presents an effective way to split a given electrical network, according to multiple criteria, for the purpose of distributing the entire computational load into a set of even (or close to even) sized computational loads. Based on the proposed system splitting method, heavy computation burdens of large-scale electrical networks can be distributed to multiple calculation units, such as an RTDS real time simulator, achieving either more efficient usage of the calculation units, a reduction of the necessary size of the simulation time step, or both.

The OSGi framework is a java-based service platform that can be remotely managed, providing an application life cycle management model, a service registry and an execution environment. Based on the framework, various OSGi layers, APIs, and services have been defined. A bundle is an application that can be executed in the OSGi framework, deployed through a bundle repository. Usually, bundles in the repository are accessible via a designated web page. Unfortunately, the current bundle repositories do not provide any kind of group access services and dynamic bundle installation and deployment. In this paper, we describe a WebDAV-Based OSGi bundle repository named WOBR, which supports effective group-based accesses. WOBR is composed of a WOBR bundle repository, a management bundle and an access bundle that interact with the bundle repository. The management bundle is for configuration of the WOBR bundle repository, managing group access facility to the repository. The access bundle provides access to the repository and search mechanism for the bundles. Additionally, it provides the life cycle management of the installed bundles on the local environment.
With the development of IT technologies, IT environment is making great change over life whole and is displacing business and business achievement systems of industry at the fast speed. The system which is proposed in this paper, supports environments to share codes, execution files and objects between project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency in web environments. Through impact assessment which is achieved at correction and development of existing programming codes by maintenance requirements, it minimizes obstacle occurrence factors and supports tracing obstacle sources. Through conversion the correction and development histories of existing sources and executable files between project teams to XML documents suitable to share in web, it stores them to relational database. In this paper, through impact assessment and change management for the correction and development of applications in the existing system development environments, we support efficient IT developments.

Japan has been tried to integrate Western planning theories into its parks and green systems in the past. However this effect has been regarded unsuccessful. One of reasons for this is that the green systems have been treated as an urban facility, instead as systems. Another reason has to deal with greenbelt's stationary and reservation characteristics that make difficulty to respond timely to the rapid urbanization. The parks and green systems in Korea was introduced in 1990 and began to be promoted fully with the 'Parte and Green Master Plan' established in 2005. However, due to its short history, incomplete aspects exist in its philosophy and methods for promoting the system. Based on these experiences, the current green zone plans in Japan considers the green structure as an independent institution and amenity plan, not a tool of urban planning, that can be a medium for realization of urban visions. And main characteristics of this approach are 1) classifying the green structure into four categories in order to respond to urban forms and purposes, 2) pursuing confirmity with urban planning, and 3) executing the landscape plan based upon core green areas. From reviews upon experiences of Japan as well as considerations on demands and conditions of green systems in Korea, we proposed the following five new strategies for the construction of the urban parte and green system in Korea. They are 1) to develop urban parks and green systems into a genre of urban development improving the quality and local competitiveness of cities rather than a means of urban planning; 2) to form the integrated structure of urban green zones; 3) to transform the urban parte and green systems into practical systems as the centers of localities; 4) to raise criteria for planning and execution plans for effective implementations of the urban parte and green systems, and 5) to provide specific guidelines for the construction of urban parks and green systems through organizing research groups or specialists.
