The economical detection of dual-tone multifrequency(DTMF) signals is a important when developing cost-effective telecommunication equipment. This paper propose that the modified M-channel Goertzel algorithm can reduces the real-time processing and memory waste. By using this M. The advantage of internet survey compared to the traditional survey methods are speedy in data collection, cost-effective, high performed design and able to data process and analysis at the same time. The other side are difficult to select sample, come from serious nonresponse errors. We suggest the new internet survey method to the questionnaire design that have the high response rate, enough to advanced preparations and system stability.

Using intelligent systems, many users do effectively their works. In general, the effective usages of the systems have to possess the usability and accuracy. This paper concerns with parent-child relationship program for the adolescents' parents(PCRP). The purpose of this paper is to develop a model for the strength of the relationship between parents and their children as well as to prevent adolescent's individual and social problems The contents of PCRP based on the theoretical background consist of our parts: understanding adolescent physical and psychological development understanding adolescent sexuality developing effective communication skills and developing conflict solving skills. Implicationsh for the program evaluation methods and further development of family life education are discussed.

This paper aims to synthesize the research on fatigue mechanisms of high strength aluminum alloys which are widely used in motorcars or airplanes to prevent accidents. To measure the data of crack opening ratio, the same materials and methods are used for evaluating the fatigue crack propagation rate as an effective stress intensity factor. But, many researchers have brought different results. An exact crack opening ratio was, therefore, proposed for getting a more accurate fatigue crack propagation rate.

Quality Assurance Method of Defense Logistics Agency, U. S. A., was changed from Contract Quality Assurance Program to In-Plant Quality Evaluation in May, 1990. IQUE focuses on working with contractor in spirit of team work to measure and continuously improve processes and resulting product quality. The goals are to achieve customer satisfaction, improved product quality, and a reduction in the costs of items and ownership. It is suggested to adopt and apply the IQUE method to the effective accomplishment of Korean aircraft projects.

Massive data are continuously produced with a data rate of over several terabytes every day. These applications need effective clustering algorithms to achieve an overall high performance computation. In this paper, we propose ancestor as cluster center based approach to clustering, the K-means algorithm using ancestor. We modify the K-means algorithm. We present a clustering architecture and a clustering algorithm that minimize of I/Os and show a performance with excellent. In our experimental performance evaluation, we present that our algorithm can improve the I/O speed and the query processing time.

Cognitive-behavioral approach to two cases with chronic headache was presented. Cognitive-behavioral interventions focus on indirectly altering symptom-related physiological activity by changing the way patients cope with headache-eliciting stressors. This treatment focuses directly on the patients' cognitive and behavioral changes. Cognitive-behavioral treatment can be divided into three phases Education, self-monitoring, and problem-solving or coping-skills training. Literature reviews on the follow-up evaluation of therapeutic effectiveness revealed that cognitive-behavioral treatment is effective in the management of chronic headache.

Railway is huge traffic system which is operated organically combining all the elements; vehicle, track, electric power, signal/communication, operation, etc. Safety level has ben improved steadily by learning lessons from past accident. But with rapid progress in high-speed, massive, high-frequency transit fresh idea of accident prevention is now in order. In quest of effective and efficient countermeasure, we aim to establish an adequate safety evaluation/management method. Our proposals are basic concept relating to safety analysis of fatal accidents, AHP of Saaty, Fuzzy AHP.

We proposed a new variable sampling rate model which expresses the phenomena with both rapid and slow components. A method for determining the variable sampling rate and the older of the time series model was explained. The proposed variable sampling rate model was evaluated based oil an information criterion(AIC). Tile variable sampling rate model brought smaller an information criterion than one of a constant sampling rate model of conventional type, and was proved to be effective as a prediction model of the system with both rapid and slow components.
