  • This research is to identify an easy and effective method of teaching-learning plan. The teaching-learning plan is a blue_print applied for designing effective lessons. However, most of the teachers regard it as a difficult and inefficient job. This study proposed the concrete instructional model framework as a tool to develop the teaching-learning plan easily and effectively. The concrete instructional model framework will represent a decomposed instructional strategy applied for each step of the instructional model developed by educational researchers. This method is applied to develop a computer teaching-learning plan. Therefore, the proposed method will expand an easier teaching-learning plan. Furthermore, the proposed method develops a teaching-learning plan with fluent content in detail based on low-level instruction strategies applied in the concrete instruction model framework.

The data collection was done from April 20 to June 30 in 1997 and the educational program was applied to the experimental group on the third postpartum day and telephone calls were made on the fourth and the twelfth postpartum week to investigate feeding behavior after discharge. The collected data were analyzed by means of Chi-square test and descriptive statistics. The results are as follows : 1. Breast-feeding rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group($x^2$=6.578, p=.043). 2. Background variables affecting feeding behavior were age and feeding plan(age: $x^2$=8.660, p=.070, feeding plan : $x^2$=25.762, p=.000). 3. The insufficient milk supply was the main cause of discontinuing breast-feeding and others were mother's job, baby's jaundice and diarrhea, baby's refusal to suck breastmilk. In conclusion, the breast-feeding educational program which was applied in this study is effective in the promotion of breast-feeding.

  • A brief emergency planning educational presentation was taught during work hours to a convenience sample of employees of various workplaces in Northern Missouri, USA. Participants were familiarized with details about how an emergency plan is prepared by management and implemented by management-employee crisis management teams - focusing on both employee and management roles. They then applied the presentation information to assess their own organization's emergency preparedness level. Participants possessed significantly (p < 0.05) higher perceptions of their organization's level of emergency preparedness than non-participants. It is recommended that an assessment of organizational preparedness level supplement emergency planning educational presentations in order to immediately apply the material covered and encourage employees to become more involved in their organization's emergency planning and response. Educational strategies that involve management-employee collaboration in activities tailored to each workplace's operations and risk level for emergencies should be implemented.

  • Objectives: In this study, existing knowledge and needs of childcare teachers for developing oral health education plans for infants and young children were investigated. Methods: From March to April 2023, an online questionnaire survey led to the collection of data from 150 childcare teachers. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) revealed that importance and knowledge of oral health education, importance of oral health, and prevention of oral diseases were priority areas, and treatment, symptoms, and causes were priority areas that needed improvement . According to the IPA on the importance of and demand for oral health education support, the importance and demand for an educational plan were both high. Expert education based on educational goals, information sharing, educational environment support, evaluation system, and monitoring was low in importance but high in demand. Conclusions: Oral care habits during infancy are important for maintaining oral health throughout life. Oral care practice should be improved by developing an oral health education plan for childcare teachers to implement.

It will examine and analyze the changing process of the distributional patterns of the present urban educational facilities. The results are follows: In the older cities which have a strong tendency to grow naturally, the majority are a cluster type. The new planned cities are a distribution type, which shows a tendency to become a cluster type as the city developes. The distribution of educational facilities under the cluster type is classified into five patterns in accordance with the combination of schools. The cluster type of educational facilities cause many problems in local cities, therefore must change into the distribution type.

  • This paper presents results from analysis of architectural plan drawings of 355 elementary schools recently designed for 4 years. Theses plans are analyzed by factors such as local distribution, number of classes, type of plan, total construction area, area per a class, area per a student, and area status of each space. The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental resources for architectural designing and planning of elementary schools through finding trend and status of elementary school buildings that have no detailed data of area index. The results of this study are as follows: 1. As a result from analyzing number of classes in the surveyed schools, schools having 36 classes are dominant and schools having 72 classes are also shown. Average number of classes is 34.1. This result reflect s that elementary schools have been planned as large-scale schools. 2. In terms of type of plan, we found out that instead of disappearing traditional single corridor type building, the open school building that have multi-purpose spaces are mainly designed. In addition to that, there are few schools with large class rooms. 3. In the status of area of each school, they have much larger areas than areas provided by building guidelines. Secondly, there are some schools with two times area difference even though they have same class number. Therefore, it needs to adjust the school building guidelines to practical needs in the consideration of elementary school building for compulsory education. Though the plans of recently designed school for 4 year s are more differentiated than past, there are few schools planned by appropriate plan design and area distribution scheme. As a consequence, some improvements like improvement of building guidelines are desperate.

Recently, the Korean government proposes the rural tourism as an alternative plan for solving the problems of agriculture and rural community that experience difficulty by the opening of agricultural market and the falling price, etc. As result of investigation of cases of OECD nations and the growth rate of tourism market in Korea, it has been determined that the demand of rural tourism was sufficient. The Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry makes a goal of attracting the yearly 150million tourists by 2013 to the rural communities. Rural tourism can be new income source in the rural communities in Korea. It is important to develop the resources in the rural amenity and promote the tourism leader group with it that will be applicable in the field in order that this rural tourism may take its place as main source of income. As a result of research, on the characteristics of the Korea National Agricultural College that the demand of manpower about the rural tourism and the most of students settled down on the rural community after their graduation, it has been determined that the education for rural tourism leaders in the Korea National Agricultural College would authenticate the validity. Also, it suggested the educational plan by the curriculum for the education for the rural tourism leaders, and suggested the necessity of the establishment of the department of rural tourism. The establishment of the department of rural tourism in the Korea National Agricultural College should be investigated and determined carefully through the relations with the other departments and the process of collecting the public opinions within and outside schools, etc.
