Hanyang woman's college educational facility general planning presents "Long-term and expansive space organization plan" of Hanyang woman's collage to correspond to sudden decline and "Globalization specialization" of "Matriculation competition rate by school age decrease in population" but there is primary purpose. To detailed item, secure "Flexibility of campus space by learning environment change" and studies and examines "Campus ashes construction plan by step by new earth purchase" we wish to propose "Long-term and systematic synthesis master plan" and "Newly-appointed official and present official new construction plan".

본 연구의 목적은 학교도서관진흥기본계획과 도서관발전종합계획의 연계성을 분석하고, 주요 연계점으로 학교도서관이 교육공동체에 협력할 수 있는 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 연구결과 기본계획과 종합계획 사이에서 18개의 연계점을 발견할 수 있었다. 연계점에서는 관종별 도서관이 교육공동체에 협력해야 하며, 학교도서관이 통로 역할을 해야 한다는 내용을 강조하고 있었다. 학교도서관의 교육공동체 협력 방안으로 관종별 도서관 전문성 강화, 학교도서관 교육과정 설정을 제시하였다.

In general, It is known that there are important concepts related with organization space of the elementary school in Japan. They are correspondence to various educational method, consideration of children's activity, consideration about use of the local residents, application of the concepts of house design, and introduction of the ecological concept and technology. But there is little report written concretely how to plan and design for above mentioned concepts and it is realty necessary to investigate about these for the future image of elementary school in Korea. For this purpose, we investigated by analyzing the plan, and the design explanation of the 84 excellent public elementary schools awarded by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology from 1988 to 2005 in Japan. As a result, we have found many examples about various spaces, methods and ideas to plan a school that is specialized and fit for a local peculiarity and user(children and local residents). The diversity of educational method and ecological concepts correspond to direction of future's society.

Educational facilities have an affect to make a decently learning environment. After constructed, it needs a maintenance plan to keep the performance or function which provide the repair time, repair scope and ratio. But the fundamental data are so insufficient that the field worker can't provide the maintenance plan and has no choice use the other data which concerned with apartment or office building. Above all, the service life is indispensible to make a repair plan because the repair time and scope would be provided within the service life. This study aimed at providing the method to make a service life of component in educational facilities and applying the method into the roof proof and floor finishing. Results are shown that first, it is important to set the $1^{st}$ repair time after constructed. when it proposes the three ways with the probability approach, choice probability model and cumulative cost function. Second, the service life of roof proof is provided with about 35 years. In addition, the service life of the floor finishing is about 40 years. These result would be utilized to conduct the repair plan under the service life.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the housewives' needs for educational program. In this study the needs lot housewives educational program are consisted on 3 areas ; 1. program contents, 2. program management and 3. program activization plan. For the survey and statistical analysis the questionares from 445 full-time housewives who participate in educational program at present are used. The results of this study are following； 1, in the area of program contents the needs for housing/health, nutrition, family life planning for elderly stage and enhancement of parents-children relationship are very high. This contents are very related with research topics of human ecology. So the researcher of our science are expected to be involved more in the related program development and actualization in the field. 2. in the area of program management the needs for the concret management process such as human resource management and education period are much higher than the educational provision. 3. in the area of program activization the systematization of the program incording with program level is most needed. 4. the housewive who are keeping the social characteristics such as social orientation, the motivation of social integration, the participation in the social-oriented educational program have higher needs for the most entire program contents, management and activization plan.

This study, as one of the specific suggestions to satisfy the social needs of life long education and to overcome the limitations of the supply of regional facilities, presents plans for the possibility of the mixed-use of educational facilities and regional facilities as the ultimate objective. By focusing on the space composition of the mixed-use facility to execute the roles of the educational establishment actively and efficiently, the purpose is to present the mixed-use methodology in architectural plan on which functions to combine and by how much, when the mixed-use plan of educational facilities. The investigation objects was the 27 elementary schools in Seoul which have undergone mixed-use of educational facilities work as at August, 2007. And each educational facility was classified mixed-use functions and analyzed for the composition form of functions and the characteristics by functions. And for mixed-use facility, form types were derived from the relationship with the school buildings through the analysis on characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of each types were presented by factor-by-factor plan directions of mixed-use facility.

Recently, an active relation between the University and city has become an issue of increasing importance in the field of campus planning. Campus master plan is known as long range development plan, and is not simply an abstract drawing work but definite scaling work procedure. The purpose of this paper is to examine the planning process and relation between university and the region through master plan of master plan of D University and K University which located in Seoul city. From the research which sees master plan of D universities which are presented in existing an instance and K universities master plan did the service blueprint with base and investigated. And both university currently analyzed the situation which is being placed and grasps a problem point, presented that alternative with what kind of method.

This plan for the Medical and Information Technology University which is built by the will and support of Korea at the small county Kingdom of Swaziland in Africa. As we consider the essential condition of self-supporting of nation is the education for the poor country in culturally and socially. The establish the University in the downtown is a significant work in socially and culturally as the urban infrastructure. Besides, this is presenting the master plan not only educational institution purpose but the place for the desirable communication between regional resident in educational and cultural circumstances. It is the main concept for this plan that flexible arrangement of the lower stories buildings on the gentle hill according to the geographic features of the field, road situation, supporting equipment, construction ability and Building materials.

The main objective of this research is to develop an experimental educational facility management information system that will be used for maintaining existing educational facilities in the elementary, junior high, and high schools. The development is based on the nationwide development plan of the education administration information system. The system developed is accomplished by use of Map-application Information System(MAPIS), an applied commercial software that combines Geographic Information System(GIS) with existing Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) such as Database system, Multimedia methodology, and Internet system. In order to figure out the features to be improved in the system developed, the research interviewed the educational facilities management in the Ministry of Education and P Local Education Authority. The authors suggest the functional improvement of the system based on the interview results.
