The purpose of this study was to discuss how traditional construction practices could be applied to school buildings. The spatial arrangement and constituents of Seoweon and Hyanggyo buildings were analyzed, and the spatial arrangement and ground plans of current schools were analyzed as well. As a result, it's found that how the characteristics of traditional architecture should be reflected in today's school design is one of critical matters that need an immediate attention. Based on the case study, there are some suggestions about the application of traditional construction techniques to school buildings: (1) The link between internal and external spaces should be stressed. The type of spatial configuration the could ensure nature accessibility is required. (2) The use of environment-friendly materials is recommended, and classrooms should be arranged in a way to let them function as multipurpose educational spaces. (3) It's not advisable to construct school buildings according to the sung-Confucianistic construction techniques of traditional educational institutions, but there should evidently be a change in tasteless school buildings, They should be built in small size and in consideration of harmony with nature and ecosystem, and boarding schools should be constructed in a more careful and discreet manner.

Father participation in child rearing is gaining its importance in the field of child development. Previous literature consistently suggests the importance of parental efficacy and educational support on children's school life. However, studies which that focus exclusively on the role of the father's role are highly limited. Based on previous literature, we hypothesized that parental efficacy would directly and indirectly affect children's school life via parental educational support at home. We aimed to expand on the previous literature by exploring the relations within fathers. Participants were 662 fathers whose children attended elementary, middle, and high school. We measured parental efficacy, educational support at home, and their children's school life were measured. Descriptive statistics were first conducted to investigate the general features of participants as well as the correlations between study variables. The research model was analyzed using structural equation modeling in AMOS 20.0. Results proved the direct effect of father's parental efficacy on father's educational support at home as well as children's school life. Fathers' educational support at home mediated the effect of parental efficacy on children's school life. Our results suggests that fathers who perceive themselves as efficient parents provides a higher level of educational support at home for their children; consequently, children of those fathers in turn adjust better in school and achieve higher grades. Also, the father's parental efficacy also indirectly exerts positive effects on children's school life via heightened educational support at home. An importance of paternal participation and support in child rearing and education was highly suggested. Relevant policy issues regarding paternal educational support were discussed.

Purpose - The study aims to examine the students' perspective (stream wise) of parameters affecting the undergraduate engineering education system present in a private technical institution in NCR, Haryana, India. Research design, data, and methodology - It is a descriptive type of research in nature. Questionnaire Based Survey has been used to collect the data. The sample size for the study is 500 comprising of the students respondents. The sample has been taken randomly and the questionnaire was filled by the students (pursuing B. Tech) chosen on the random basis from a private technical educational institution in NCR, Haryana, India. For data analysis and conclusion of the results of the survey, statistical tool like F test was performed with the help of high quality software; SPSS. Conclusion - Analysis of variance revealed statistically no difference between the mean number of the groups (stream wise) for the parameters "Selection", "Academic Excellence", "Infrastructure", "Personality Development and Industry Exposure" and "Management and Administration". While Analysis of variance revealed statistically difference between the mean numbers of the groups for the parameter "Placements".

이 연구는 유아교육기관의 어플리케이션 사용에 대해 학부모 관점에서 만족도와 활용도를 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 경기도 소재 5개 사립유치원에 자녀를 둔 학부모로 최종 443부 자료를 분석하였다. 인구 통계적 기술통계, t검정, F검정 통계분석방법으로 이용에 따른 만족도, 활용도 차이를 확인하였고, 각 만족도 하위요인과 활용도 변수 간 영향 관계의 검증은 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하고 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 학부모의 직업 유무에 따른 만족도와 활용도 차이 t검정 결과, 전체 만족도에서 이용편리성, 전체 활용도에서 의사소통, 자녀관계가 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 확인되었다. 둘째, 만족도와 활용도 차이에 F검정 결과, 만족도에서 학력은 모든 변수, 이용 동기는 교육 활용 변수에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 활용도에서 학부모 학력은 기본생활과 전체 활용도, 자녀연령은 의사소통과 자녀관계, 이용동기는 기본생활에서 유의한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 중다회귀분석 결과, 이용편리성, 의사소통, 교육활동만족도 등 모든 예측변수는 활용도 준거 변수에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 상대적 기여도는 의사소통 만족이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기관용 어플리케이션을 활용하여 학부모와 활발한 의사소통 및 교육 활동에 적용 가능성을 확인하고 다양한 교육 컨텐츠 어플리케이션으로 유아기 학부모와 적극적인 의사소통과 교육활동에 활용하여 교육 효과를 극대화할 수 있음을 검증한 것에 의의가 있다.

Innovation is considered as an implemented innovation in education - in the content, methods, techniques and forms of educational activity and personality education (methods, technologies), in the content and forms of organizing the management of the educational system, as well as in the organizational structure of educational institutions, in the means of training and education and in approaches to social services in education, distance and multimedia learning, which significantly increases the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. The classification of currently known pedagogical technologies that are most often used in practice is shown. The basis of the innovative activity of a modern teacher is the formation of an innovative program-methodical complex in the discipline. Along with programmatic and content provision of disciplines, the use of informational tools and their didactic properties comes first. It combines technical capabilities - computer and video technology with live communication between the lecturer and the audience. In pedagogical innovation, the principles reflecting specific laws and regularities of the implementation of innovative processes are singled out. All principles are elements of a complex system of organization and management of innovative activities in the field of education and training. They closely interact with each other, which enhances the effect of each of them due to the synergistic effect. To improve innovative activities in the training of students, today computer technologies are widely used in pedagogy as a science, as well as directly in the practice of the pedagogical process. They have gained the most popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, searching for information on the network for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a unified scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The article considers computer technologies as the main building material for the entire society. In the modern world, there is a need to prepare a person for life in a multimedia environment. This process should be started as early as possible, because the child's contact with the media is present almost from the moment of his birth.

본 연구는 구전의 정보원천 효과가 학원에 대한 기대형성에 미치는 영향을 규명해 보고자 함과 동시에, 기대형성이 실제 교육서비스 판매에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 또한 교육서비스 판매에 있어 사전에 형성된 기대가 교육서비스 판매에 있어 매개효과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 가설검증 결과 구전정보 원천효과가 기대속성에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 전문성, 유사성, 호감성, 친숙성의 요인들이 기대속성에 미치는 영향이 유의한 결과를 보이고 있다. 그러나 진실성은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 학원 방문전 기대속성이 교육서비스 판매에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 유의한 결과를 보이고 있어, 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 구전정보의 원천이 교육서비스 판매에 있어서 미치는 영향에 있어 기대속성의 매개역할에 대한 결과는 기대속성은 전문성이 교육서비스 판매에 미치는 영향에 있어 부분매개효과, 진실성에 있어서 완전매개효과, 유사성에 있어 부분매개효과, 호감성에 있어 완전매개효과, 친숙성에 있어 완전매개 효과가 있다는 결과가 도출되었다.

교육기관에서 개인정보의 보호가 중요한 이슈로 부각됨에 따라, 교육과학기술부(현재의 교육부)는 2012년 9월 교육기관 종사자를 대상으로 정보보호교육을 실시하는 교육센터를 4개(사이버센터 1개 포함) 개소하였다. 정보보호교육센터의 취지를 잘 살리기 위해서는 교육수요자의 수요를 반영한 교육과정을 개발하고 장기적인 교육이수경로를 제공할 수 있어야 하며, 정보보호교육의 전문성을 확보할 수 있도록 전문적인 기술교육과정을 편성함은 물론 자질있는 강의인력을 확보하여야 한다. 본 논문은 정보보호교육센터의 개소가 국내 교육기관 및 교육종사자들의 정보보호 수준향상의 직접적인 계기가 될 수 있도록 '교육기관의 운영 효율성' 평가 관점에서 교육내용 및 교육운영을 중심으로 교육기관 평가지표를 개발하고 평가지표의 가중치를 산정하여 제시하였다.

There have been growing concerns about whether proper measures are in place to ensure the delivery of quality services and the operations in research and educational institutions. This paper describes various quality models and discusses their relevance into the total quality concepts and quality management systems (QMS) in education. It then illustrates how a QMS and the accompanied quality manual be developed in a research and educational institution using the Centre for Enterprise Research Integration (ERI) at The University of the West Indies, Trinidad as a case. Through personal interviews with the $Centre{\square}s$ personnel, views on the operations and determinants of the QMS were acquired. Results showed that the people's resistance to changes, conflicts on academic freedom, and difficulties on measuring performance were the obstacles to QMS implementation. People involvement and proper communication are determinants of QMS implementation. The system also rests on having a tailored quality manual that entails the documentation of processes and procedures for ascertaining the delivery of quality services and operations in the Centre. The development of quality manual is briefly described in the paper.

최근 해킹, 바이러스 등 정보화 역기능의 확산에 따라 정보보호는 전 세계에 걸쳐 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 정보보호제품을 생산하고, 정보보호업무를 담당할 정보보호인력은 안전한 정보사회의 달성을 위해 가장 핵심적인 요소일 것이다. 여러해 전부터 정부와 민간 차원에서 정보보호인력 양성을 위한 많은 방안을 마련하여 추진해 왔음에도 불구하고, 인력양성의 핵심적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 정규교육기관에서의 정보보호전공 현황에 대한 체계적인 분석은 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 교육통계연보를 이용하여 국내 정규교육기간(전문대학, 대학, 대학원)의 정보보호전공 설치 현황을 파악하고, 이를 통하여 정보보호인력의 공급을 전망한다. 본 논문에서의 분석이 정보보호분야의 인력수급불일치를 해소하여 정보보호산업의 발전과 정보화 역기능의 방지에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.
