Today, educational facilities are considered to be one of the most important built environment. And the appropriate combinations and applications of technical elements related to green building on the education facilities are emphasized and demanded. These are must be compatible with the occupants' activities and their needs. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze of green building technologies, based on Green Educational Facilities' Case Study in Korea, USA, and Japan. As a result of the comparative analysis of this research, the green technological approaches, problem, and characteristics on educational facilities in different area, climate zone are identified and analyzed by external environment, energy, materials and resources, and indoor environment. It is useful as basic reference for future green educational facilities' planning and design in Korea.

Climate crisis is one of the most urgent and serious threats to the right to life. As AR picture books are particularly effective for safety education, this study aimed to produce an AR picture book featuring animals that are endangered due to the climate crisis. In order to increase the educational effect and enhance the climate sensitivity, this study developed a children's activity workbook (with follow-up activities) and a teacher's guide (with lesson plans) as a package. To this end, market research and surveys were first conducted. Next, through the management and support of the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development, this research team produced a climate crisis themed AR picture book package through expert advice, help from outsourcing companies, and field application. The package was promoted through publicity in various forms of media. The contents of the AR-using picture book package of this case study were introduced and then advantages and disadvantages were discussed.

This study was conducted with 150 pre-service early childhood teachers at G University in G Metropolitan City to find out the perceptions of pre-service early childhood teachers on climate change. The questionnaires were collected and frequency, percentage, and multiple response analysis were conducted. As a result of the study, first, all pre-service early childhood teachers perception of climate change was recognized, and a sufficient understanding of the concept of greenhouse effect, concept of climate change, and types of greenhouse gases was required, and scientific knowledge was insufficient. Second, about the relationship between climate change and humans, the causes of global warming and the signals of climate change were properly recognized. The awareness of the effects of global warming was high, but the comprehensive understanding was insufficient. Third, the convention on climate change knows to some extent how to respond to climate change, and the international community recognizes the subject of climate change prevention, and climate mitigation efforts are limited to individuals. It was found that most of the practical contents for reducing carbon emissions in daily life are being practiced well. These results are intended to provide basic data for the development of educational programs for pre-service early childhood teachers on climate change.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of needs for professional development and organizational climate on organizational socialization of clinical nurses. A cross-sectional analysis were performed to assess the factors affecting organizational socialization. Methods: The data used in this study were obtained from clinical nurses who were employed in a hospital (N=606). Using multiple regression, we tested variables to assess their effects on organizational socialization in this sample. The data were analyzed using descriptive test, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficiency and stepwise multivariate regression. SPSS 17.0 program was utilized for data analysis. Results: The mean scores of organizational socialization, needs for professional development and organizational climate were statistically differed by career ladder, educational level and position. Organizational socialization had significant positive correlations with the needs for professional development (r=.332, p<.01) and organizational climate (r=.523, p<.01). Those variables including career ladder explained 33.4% of organizational socialization. Conclusion: Our findings indicate that organizational socialization of clinical nurses could be enhanced by meeting the needs for professional development and organizational climate. Developing innovative educations for encouraging clinical nurses' carrier development and creating a positive organizational climate are mandated for clinical nurses to have constructive organizational socialization.

Climate change is undeniably the most urgent challenge that humanity faces today. Despite this, the level of public awareness and understanding of climate change remains insufficient, indicating a need for more proactive education and the development of supportive content. In particular, it is crucial to intensify climate change education during elementary and secondary schooling when values and ethical consciousness begin to form. However, there is a significant lack of age-appropriate, experiential educational content. To address this, our study has developed an innovative 3D simulator, enabling learners to indirectly experience the effects of climate change, specifically sea-level rise. This simulator considers not only sea-level rise caused by climate change but also storm surges, which is a design based on the analysis of long-term wave observation big data. To make the simulator accessible and engaging for students, we utilized the 'Unity' game engine. We further propose using this simulator as a part of a comprehensive educational program on climate change.

As the influence of mankind's actions grows on the earth's climate, the necessity of climate change education is increasing everyday. Therefore, this study will discuss desirable courses about climate changes education that can be used throughout the world. It is meaningful to try to compare the contents and scope of earth global warming education courses of different nations. where education and a research about earth global warming occur simlutaneously. This is key because global warming is not just a national issue, but an international issue. Therefore this study need to understand the status of environmental education is over the world to devise an improvement plan help to solve the problem of climate change on an international level. Therefore, this study compared, the global warming educational contents which appeared in Korean textbooks to Japanese and American textbooks, and analyzed commonalities and differences of each. Also, we will discuss desirable global warming educational instructional strategies. This study analyzed the present situation of nations by looking at common points and differences using an analysis form. Even though the researchers of an each nation analyzed the teaching material through common analysis forms, this study utilized a common analysis method with a colleague researcher regarding environmental education, environment, environmental science to increase the validity of the study in each nation. Also the difference and similarities were aggregated as This study collected the analysis results of each nation. The researchers utilized the results of the analyses to engage in repeated discussion and the sharing of results.

The purpose of this study was to understand the ways to enhance academic help-seeking by analyzing the structural relations among individual(achievement goal orientation) and contextural (teacher behaviors and classroom climate) factors known to affect help-seeking, one of the effective self-regulated learning strategies, for upper elementary students. More specifically, it explored the mediational roles of general classroom climate and student achievement goal orientation in the relation between supportive teacher behaviors and student academic help-seeking. A survey was administered to 315 fifth- or sixth-grade students in three elementary schools and the data from the survey was analyzed. Main results are as follows. First, supportive and learning-oriented teacher behaviors with high expectation related to more cohesive and positive classroom climate and more adaptive achievement goal such as mastery goal. Positive classroom climate played an important role in improving student mastery goal, and only mastery goal among different types of achievement goal orientation had a positive prediction of student help-seeking. Second, teacher behaviors significantly predicted student help-seeking through a double mediation of classroom climate and student mastery goal, which showed that classroom contextual factors and student individual factors interacted for help-seeking. These results suggest that the role of teachers as well as the mastery goal of students are important for enhancing students' help-seeking behavior as an adaptive learning strategy.

This study is about interdisciplinary education model of using Davis Guggenheim's documentary film on global warming which is a big concern in climate change issues, An Inconvenient Truth. It based on Al Gore's slide speech. Through a course student analyzed the cause and phenomenon of global warming resulted from increase of $CO_2$ by using fossil fuel and its environmental science effects-heat wave, desertification, tornado, hurricane, sea level rise caused by melting glaciers, destroying ecosystem like habitat degradation of wild animals, for example polar bear, extreme cold wave caused by change of ocean currents- of global warming. After, student discussed of efforts to prevent global warming. This educational model is appropriate for lower grade student of environmental engineering and also available for converged majors or general education class.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between nursing organizational climate and job satisfaction of nurses in general hospitals and also the factors which had influences in the nursing organizational climate and job satisfaction of nurses. Data were collected from 200 nursing managers and 800 nurses with structured questionnaires at 11 general hospitals in Taegu and Kyungbuk-area, from June 1 to June 30, 1999. Data were analyed with SPSS 7.5 using program such as t-test, ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression. The results were as follows: 1) In the nursing organizational climate there were significant differences by age(F=9.246, p=.000), religion(f=5.658, p=.001), educational level(F=4.660, p=.010), position(F=27.016, p=.000), and the total length of service(F=7.274, p=.000). Also there were significant differences by subsidiary school(F=11.224, p=.000), the number of beds(F=9.893, p=.000), the number of nurses(F=6.365, p=.000), and kind of medical agency(F=5.251, p=.000) in the hospitals. 2) In the nurses' job satisfaction there were significant differences by age(f=11.528, p=.000), religion(F=3.003, p=.000), position(F=22.485, p=.000), career the department of the present service(F=5.157, p=.000), total career of service(F=9.243, p=.000), and salary(F=5.507, p=.000). Also there were significant differences by religious background(F=4.779, p=.009), subsidiary school(F=7.039, p=.000), the number of beds(F=7.039, p=.000), and kind of medical agency(F=2.778, p=.006) in the hospitals 3) There was significant correlation between nursing organizational climate and job satisfaction of nurses(r=.686). 4) The nursing organizational climate was explained 21.8% by salary 9.5%, position 7.4%, religious background of hospital 4.1%, and subsidiary school of hospital 0.8%. 5) The nurses' job satisfaction was explained 70.9% by nursing organizational climate 46.7%, salary 21.9%, kind of medical agency 1.4%, position 0.3%, religious background of hospital 0.3%, religion 0.3%.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of climate change education program focused on the keeling curve activities highlighting inquiry process on elementary students' climate literacy. Most of the students have not been able to correctly understand just how serious phenomenon that the temperature rise of the last 100 years is. As a result, there is educational limitations in order to bring about a substantial change in the attitudes toward climate change. So the development program was applied to various questions and explored strategies in order to compare with past climate change data. The results described that 46 students in the experimental group had statistically significant effects on cognitive domain, critical thinking of affective domain and practical domain. In addition, as a result of the analysis of teachers' instructional perspectives and students interview, they supported the researcher's opinion that the developed program could help students improve the climate literacy.
