  • Recently one level higher intelligent switching board than established one by the application of intelligent building and digital system are being constructed. Therefore facility's high efficiency, high degree satisfaction, miniaturaization, standardization through application of communication technology and monitoring and controlling by computer system utilized by web-basis power control system and electric IT are practiced. Especially network must be constructed through unified IBS server that monitors every educational institute's switching boards in real time control system. And I intend to create methods to save energy and raise electricity quality by power demand prediction and remote-controled management and operation. In this thesis I intend to suggest measures of forming unified system through researching educational institute's ways of constructing switching board and status analysis and overcoming technical difficulties in user's side and saving and maintenance expense.

  • The paper proposes to consider information technologies and their application in the educational process as a preparation of presentation material for students of higher educational institutions. The definition and place of information technologies in the educational space are considered. The object of research of this work is the pedagogical technology of presentation of educational information, which substantiates the pedagogical technology of visualization of educational information in higher education, as well as determine its composition and structure. The practical side of pedagogical technology of educational information presentation is considered.

  • National support for use of IPTV in school has increased for the purpose of enhancing public education. As a convergence media, IPTV is expected to create a better and more successful learning experience with individualized content and advanced technology. While the potential benefits of IPTV have been discussed in different perspectives, we cannot fully benefit from new media without careful preparation and pedagogical consideration. Therefore, purpose of this study was to investigate educational use and applicability of IPTV in Korea. First, it redefines the concept and characteristics of IPTV in an educational context. Second, it identifies the main issues and considerations in practice. Lastly, the paper discusses guidelines for future tasks to facilitate the educational use of IPTV in terms of educational application, technological issues (e.g., LMS, set-top box), and content development.

  • The article is devoted to the actual problem of studying the possibilities of implementing personalization of the user interface in accordance with the personality psychotypes. The psychological aspect of user interface design tools is studied and the correspondence of their application to the manifestations of personality psychotypes is established. The results of the distribu-tion of attention of users of these categories on the course page of the educational platform are presented and the distribution of attention in accordance with the focus on educational material is analyzed. Individual features and personal preferences regarding the used design tools are described, namely the use of accent colors in interface design, the application of the prin-ciples of typographic hierarchy, and so on. In accordance with this, the prospects for implementing personalization of the user interface of the educational platform are described. The results of the study allow us to state the relevance of developing and applying personalization of the user interface of an educational platform to improve learning outcomes in accordance with the psychological impact of individual design tools, and taking into account certain features of user categories. The research is devoted to the study of user attention concentration using heatmaps, in particular based on eyetreking technology, we will investigate the distribution of user attention on the course page of an educational platform Ta redistribution of atten-tion in accordance with certain categories of personality psychotypes. The results of the study can be used to rearrange the LMS Moodle interface according to the user's psychotype to achieve the best concentration on the training material. The obtained data are the basis for developing effective user interfaces for personalizing educational platforms to improve the quality of the education.

  • 연구목적: 본 논문은 백열전구를 이용하여 단락보호 전원공급 장치를 개발하고, 이를 학습 교구로 활용하는 연구에 관한 것이다. 전기 안전과 에너지 절약을 동시에 고려한 이 연구는 교육과 산업 분야에서 중요한 응용 가능성을 가지고 있다. 백열전구를 활용한 단락보호 전원공급 장치는 기존의 전원공급 장치와 비교하여 안전성과 효율성을 향상시키는데 도움이 되며, 학습 교구로 학습자들에게 전기 안전 교육을 제공함으로써 실생활에서의 전기 안전 지식을 습득하는데 기여한다. 연구방법: 백열전구를 사용하여 단락보호 전원공급 장치를 개발하고 개발된 장치의 성능 평가 및 안전성 확인을 통해 학습 교구로 활용할 수 있는 새로운 전원공급장치를 제작 한다. 결론:백열전구를 활용한 단락보호 전원공급 장치의 개발과 학습 교구로의 응용 가능성을 탐구한 연구이다. 이를 통해 전기 안전과 에너지 절약에 기여할 수 있는 혁신적인 솔루션을 제시하였으며, 교육 분야와 산업 분야에서의 응용 가능성을 열어놓았다. 이러한 연구는 전기 안전 및 에너지 관리 분야에서의 연구와 교육에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • This paper deals with enhancement of the high school equalization assignment system to be executed by the allied entrance examination after the applicants graduated from their middle schools. In prevailing opinion, because educational demander's will has not been considered under the current system, it whose merits have been covered is required to be improved. If the application system of the entrance examination for the high schools will be returned, a situation that it will result in irregularity of the middle school education and in overheating entrance examination seems to appear explicitly. Since the averages of the allied entrance examination score of all the high schools, achieved by the equalization-application nearest assignment system which is named by writers of this paper, are equal, our system is good for maintaining the merits of the current system. More than 50% educational demander's will has been reflected by our system, so that we come to the conclusion that our system is excellent in all the systems verified up to now. Assigning students to the high school to make an average difference between three and five score, we expect that relection rate of the educational demander's will be increased more than 60%.

  • This study has revisited the definition and characteristics of BIM to contribute to the better understanding of this concept. For the successful application of BIM in architectural design field, it should start with public buildings like schools which can be standardized. Since a number of conditions of school design appear to suit the schematic design phase for BIM application more than do other types of building design, the viability of BIM was examined by applying parametric modeling(one of BIM's basic characteristics) to mass study in schematic design phase for the configuration of schools that adopt the variation type of subject classroom design of the $7^{th}$ National Educational Curriculum. In addition, this modeling technique was used with software of Rhino 3D and Grasshopper, which will have a linkage to environmental analysis in near future. Finally, it can be expected that the work efficiency will be maximized if BIM is going to be applied in the early design stage instead of the end stage.
